I would highly recommend our new 24 hour vet. They were professional and caring in a very difficult time.

I had to come in for a last minute appointment, staff and doctor were caring and gentle. Will definitely use their services again!

Very professional staff from front desk to doctors. Staff was sincere and made us feel like we were important and not just another number.

I called at 6:30AM because my dog had a giant lump. I told them I recently moved here and I am concerned "my dog may fall over and die". She was panting and acting abnormal. I was very calm for the situation I was in. They didn’t care and told me to try to come in at 4PM. I do not trust these vets and their priorities. I am very friendly and professional. I never mentioned a growth. I never screamed. As mentioned before, I stated, "I am concerned my dog may fall over and die". I found an incredible vet who saved her life and now the practice gets to watch my dog recover rather than the opposite. My dog was bit/poisoned and the infection spread. I would upload the photos, but they are graphic. I understand you are trying to save your business. However, we need more practices that actually care about animals rather than the monetary aspect.

My brother took our cat there, they Wanted to run a bunch of tests on our elderly cat. We opted for the urine test since that’s where the issue seemed to be, and declined the $900+ in other ones, they said “we understand why you wouldn’t want to spend that much money on a 17 year old cat.” We don’t make a vets salary unfortunately and considering Christmas just past and we’ve been in a pandemic, money is tight. Don’t like being treated poorly because we don’t have the funds, we’re doing our best and old or not this cat is a part of the family. Thankful they got the issue sorted, won’t be going back.

I can't say enough good stuff about this practice. We've been to a few different Vets between our experiences up north and moving here. We've been so impressed with Dr. Carson, Brooke, Kelly and the entire staff at this very beautiful and welcoming office. They truly care, answer any questions and/or concerns and Dr. Carson ALWAYS takes the time to speak with us personally to address any and all issues. AND they are now available as a much needed 24/7 emergency clinic as well. Thank you for doing what you do. We truly appreciate you ????

Very happy with this veterinarian practice . We researched so many places and decided to come here. They have provided excellent care to our newly adopted kittens. All of the staff are very knowledgeable. My cats had a health issue that is now resolved. I highly recommend this clinic.

As usual the team here went over and beyond the call of duty. As extremely hard as this was to do, they were so kind and compassionate to both myself and my beloved baby.I will miss him terribly, but I find comfort in how they put him to sleep. Thank You for your kindness❤️ And Thank You Brook for staying late to get the sticky thorn in Phillips paw off, the other day. I 100% recommend this establishment. A well needed kind compassionate veterinarian in our community.

This is truly a great place for pets. The staff is friendly, polite, dedicated and helpful. The office and rooms are always clean. They always follow up the following day to check in. Could not have asked for better care.

Had the worst experience! I wouldn't recommend this place if they gave free care! It was a Saturday and I had been up all night with my Chihuahua who was exhibiting signs of Cushings syndrome(our previous vet suspected it) and she was gasping for air. I saw that this office was open later than others, so I called and explained the issue and was told to come in. We live quite a distance, so I called before leaving to let them know we would be in later and was told it was not a problem. We drove over an hour, went in, got weighed etc, and everyone was very nice and helpful. It was 1pm and the Vet came in and said that she didn't have time to see us and that there was no staff there to take blood or do x-rays. She looked at me and said, well, she has congestive heart failure anyway(as if it didn'tmatter because she is dying anyway). I was shocked! She told me she didn't think my girl would make it through to Monday without treatment, so I should take her to an ER. I had already called the ER and been told that a vet should be able to help. Don't become a vet if you don't care about animals!!!!! We used to see Dr Vargas, who treated his patients like family, so it was very upsetting to be treated so poorly. Please don't take your beloved pets here.

Wonderful but VERY expensive my baby boy is much better now it cost us 550. That in social security w as alot since now I am behind iin our bills

I was very excited to visit this new office especially as it was so close to my home. Unfortunately the medicine the doctor gave my cat made the cat much sicker and then I had to spend another big chunk of cash to take the sick cat back in for them to look at and then they said they were going to do things for the cat to help him and then no one got back to me. Unfortunate.

I have worked in the veterinary industry just shy of 20 years and I am very particular in the quality care I expect for my fur babies. I decided to change vets after multiple negative experiences with my former vet and oh my goodness, what a positive experience!!! Dr. Clark and the entire staff were incredibly kind and patient with our newest adopted fur baby, a rescued pittie mix. She's heartworm positive and they took incredible care of her. Answered all of my endless questions, and truly made us feel that there was nothing more important than providing her with top notch quality care. I am so grateful for every single person that we met today.

Dr. Clark is AMAZING. He really takes the time to educate his patients. The office is beautiful and peaceful which eases anxious pets. The office staff is always friendly and helpful.

I loved this place the moment I met the Veterinarious assistant and of course the veterinarian! The time that was spent with my with my sick dog was more than what I could have asked for.. The most caring people ❤

The office and patient rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is absolutely wonderful. I went there today with my 80lb pit who is petrified of vets. He is very fear-reactive in a vet office due to a bad experience with our old vet. The staff all really took their time to earn his trust and love and go to his speed. They were even able to give him a shot without him reacting (normally you cannot even take his temp without having him muzzled and held down). He was actually rolling in their laps for belly rubs, I never thought I'd see him happy and calm at a vet office..... We will only be going here for now on.

Great staff! Beautiful new facility and I was so happy to not break the bank taking my cat in for an exam. So grateful they are so close! I highly recommend them.

Entire staff was so friendly and they got me in within an hour of calling. Facility is beautiful and clean. The front desk, techs and vet were friendly and spent as much time as I needed to get answers to my questions. They even called the next day to check up on my pups. Highly recommend!

Dr Ellis and Brooke are excellent. A caring environment. Savannah is a rescue and needs a few extra minutes but never a problem at the center.

Our dog needed an emergency visit after bloody fight with a cat. When I called his regular vet, they said they didn’t have any appts for 3 days. Called this place and was in the door in 15 minutes with a new patient / emergency appointment. …

Really like this place. All staff are very pleasant and compassionate.

They are a little more expensive than some, but I wouldn't trust anywhere else, especially after a vet a few towns away recommended this place. They treated me and my fur babies so well, with patience and knowledge.

My cat was given a comprehensive physical examination and a couple of booster vaccines by a very friendly and professional staff. The facility was clean and comfortable for our visit.
