I have been bringing my lab there for about 5 years now and highly recommend this clinic. The front desk staff is always friendly (especially Pat and Lily Beth!) and accommodating. All the veterinarians recommend only medically necessary services and give you options. I trust their recommendations. Services are well priced.

talked to them at first of week they promised to call back with estimated cost for procedure. When I called them back they refused to tell me anything without seeing dog.

We love Palma Sola Animal Clinic, but recently had a bad experience with Dr. Keller, I had been bringing my dog in for quite a few months to try and figure out the issue, when she recently saw him, she was beyond rude and condescending. Acting as if I didnt take care of my dog. I truly could not believe she was speaking to me the way she was. We have been patients at both locations for 13+ years, but I will never allow my animals to be seen by her again. Otherwise everyone from Pat, to Lilly Beth, the officer managers and techs. Drs. Bystrom, Dr. Murphy(absolute angel) and Dr. Gardiner , all amazing. Perhaps Dr. Keller was having a bad day, nonetheless we will not see her again.

Covid-19 might be making things hard. So you will be in the parking lot waiting while your pet is examined. But your doctor will talk to you via phone. Go over the choices that need to be done. Very professional, polite and dedicated. Have been using them for years.

We have been taking our dogs to Dr Bystrom and staff for 18 years.. They have always been kind and courteous as well as informative in explaining our dogs' condition and treatment. Their office is very organized and efficient. We recommend them highly.

My dog wasn't feeling well yesterday and still today. She had the runs (to put it nicely), but this morning there was blood in her stool. My usual vet is mobile and it's Saturday. I called the Manatee office today to see if I could get my dog in. I had gone there in the past, but not yet with this pup. Unfortunately they were booked with patients and emergencies, but the calming voice that answered the phone took the time to hear what was going on with my dog and gave me some very good suggestions. That wonderful person's name is Trina. (I called back to get her name) I know they have always had a wonderful staff here, but she didn't know me and still took time out of her busy day. I am definitely going to bring my dog to Palma Sola Animal Clinic too. Thank you, Trina!

New to area and very pleased with Dr. Connor Bystrom's care of my senior black lab-mix. I received a welcome card from the office after the visit and this was really nice.

I feel this clinic try's to help you with whatever your pet mb at need. Be it just a nail trim or an emergency they are there for our needs.

Pros - Solid veterinarians Caring, dedicated front office staff Convenient location, easy to reach Nice, laid-back vibe Good hours Mostly affordable. If you have a cat, try to book Dr. Murphy, an extraordinary cat specialist. Cons - It's a very good clinic, not a vet hospital. Manage your expectations. On-site blood testing equipment is unreliable. Insist on an outside lab. Many services are outsourced, which drives cost. Summary - We really like PSAC. It's a great place to take your pet.

We started with this clinic 30 years ago. Dr. William Bystron and now Dr. Murphy have taken care of our four dogs during this time. They have always been kind and honest about any treatments needed. Also, the ladies in the office have shown much concern when calling in for an appointment. We highly recommend Palma Sola Animal Clinic
