My first experience with this groomer was over the phone and I was impressed on how informative, friendly, and professional the person was. When I brought my special needs cat in to be bathed and claws trimmed, I was greeted with smiles and told he would be done in a couple of hours. When I went to pick him up, he was still on a table being brushed and he looked as content as could be. He was so fluffy and beautiful! I was so happy that he was happy. I give this groomer 5 stars and would give them more stars if I could. Outstanding service, great price, friendly staff. Thank you Muddy Paws!! You’re awesome!!

Absolutely horrible groomer. They did not even bother to give my dog a bath and left her hair in tangled knots. I sent them a detailed message about my experience and they did not even bother to reply. My dog was also acting weird for days after taking her here and she has never been like that after a grooming appointment before. If you care about the well-being of your pet I suggest never setting foot in this building.

When I first arrived, the workers were not very attentive at all. I proceeded to leave my dog to get a cut (which was my first mistake). My dog loved getting baths and haircuts. I didn’t get a call that he was done. I went to go pick him up and he was terrified. Ever since that time, he is so nervous getting baths and haircuts. Never again. Do not recommend.

It was Chevy's first visit and I was very pleased they did an excellent job on his nails we will be returning and thank you ladies much appreciated

Super nice staff but the almost 3 hours between drop off and phone call to pick up was disappointing for a small dog. There was only one other dog in store at the time. The end results were not as discussed which only added to the disappointment.

After seeing the reviews I thought this place was my go to for my service dog (Golden Retriever) Buddy to finally have a forever groomer. Michelle who supposed to me the greatest on the website was no where close. She was treating a German Shepherd poorly and being rude. Then a guy comes in and yells at Buddy. After only being there 15mins and seeing what I saw, I chose to take Buddy and not have him groomed there. Michelle didn’t really want my wife and I to stay for a little bit to see how they interact with the animals and I could see why now

They are awesome! Trimmed both my pups nails in minutes. My Blue Heeler and Chihuahua loved them!

I have a Saint Bernard and they did the best job since I've moved to Bradenton!Highly recommended!!

I will only go to muddy paws from now on!! I have an older long haired cat who needs to be shaved as she cannot clean herself very well any more. After taking her to a different place and being disappointed with the service, I was hesitant to try another. But muddy paws was excellent. They were very accommodating with questions to make sure they did exactly the shave that I wanted. Now jungle is sporting a clean lions curt. They cleaned her up at the end and her shave was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a cat!

I dropped my dog off to be bathed. I was told to she would be done in an hour . When I went back to pick her up she was in a cage still. I was told she had not been given a bath yet! Really!! I said let me take her then. No apology at all. Yes you did say you were busy and apologized but this has happened every time I have brought Norma Jean. You really didn’t apologize, you did say you were busy. But as I said every time I brought her you took longer than you told me. I am disabled and I need a place that’s reliable. Norma Jean doesn’t need locked in a cage. She is a very sweet dog. I have taken her to other places and they don’t put her in a cage , leaving her for over an hour. When I’m told the longest it will take is an hour I expect her to be ready. I was trying Muddy Paws because it’s convenient. I will continue to take her where I always have and we are respected and When I’m told she will be ready she is.

My dog hates his nails done but these ladies get it done, and I even watched it being done without my heart hurting . This Lady was so cool talking to my dog and she says to him, I got a trick for you and he never cried one time it made me feel so good I would definitely come back to this place every time for my dog's nails.

This was my first experience DIY at Muddy Paws. It is nothing and I mean nothing like it is back home in Massachusetts. This place is phenomenal. They have this totally awesome dog washing machine that is exactly like a car wash for your dog very cool! And you cannot beat the price along with the staff who are so so friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone and anyone who wants to do your own dog wash.

Muddy Paws is excellent. The prices are fair and everyone who works there is really helpful and my dog Owsley always comes out looking so fresh and so clean. I recommend it to any and everyone for all your dog washing/grooming needs.

Cut my dogs nails so short he was bleeding all over my house and was obviously in pain. The only reason I didn’t cut his nails myself was to avoid cutting him in the first place. I don’t recommend this place to any animal lovers

I take my super anxious, hyper active, crazy pants of a dog here & she is AMAZING. She’s patient, understanding, fair priced & kind. It’s so refreshing to have somewhere consistent for our pup to go to & know she’s taken well care of! Also, one of the most fair prices around town & she does an incredible job. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

I took my dog Sahara there yesterday. They were nice but not very welcoming. My dog Sahara was groomed as I asked. She looked so cute. I took the little scarf they put on off. She has a pretty good cut from scissors or clippers. She never even ckeaned it off. There's dry blood there. And if she would of told me I would not be so upset. I can't even call there. You had too know you did it.

I brought my husky here for the first time and he looks absolutely amazing!!!! ????

Wonderful place. I bring Auggie here for a bath and use their auto wash set up. It is great but I feel sorry for the mess we leave. Michelle is great and willing to share tips & ideas.
