The staff and Dr. Bailey are awesome! They love on your pets and treat them with such kindness. The only reason I gave a 4 was because I had to wait for a bit in the lobby with two dogs, which can be very stressful.

My dog had a recent bad experience with another vets office. She has a fear of the vet now. She recently did what toddlers do and ate a glass ornament. I had to make an emergency visit with Braden River animal hospital. Let me say that 5 stars aren’t enough. My dog was comfortable during her visit, Jasmine was phenomenal. Dr. Brooks and the staff were amazing and thorough. I could not be more pleased with the service and accommodating way they treated us. We now have a new Veterinarian office moving forward.

It is ok, not particularly impressive. The vet and assistant, dr sherry, and Sydney are both good; pleasant, engaged with my rescued dog. The front desk is a bit puzzled, first time I went with my neighbor Alex who has two dogs under your care, the front desk was more welcoming, than the 2nd time, I went by myself, the front desk 2 ladies were somewhat preoccupied, neglectful, finally I paid my bill, said goodby, they were somewhat non-responsive. In short, I missed my last dog’s service (a chihuahua as well) at your facility, the team were very connected with customers, a happy place to be., this could be 6+ years ago, your file may show my full name, my dog: Max. I seriously consider to go back to where I adopted my cat: 14th st, humane society, they gave me a file of my cat’s info. To me, that is organized and profession. Dr. Berarducci is an excellent vet with great knowledge and love and care for your fur babies! She takes her time to answer all of your questions. The staff and technicians also truly show their love for animals.

My dog had her cherry eye removed and got spayed at same time. Everything went flawlessly from scheduling to recovery

I really enjoy the experience at Braden River Animal hospital. The staff is very accommodating with letting you wait curbside until your room is ready which is very helpful when you have two very noisy hounds! The veterinarian Crystal is very kind to the dogs and makes the whole process very easy. I'd highly recommend this veterinarian office to anyone!

They are sneaky about running tests and then charging you an unfair amount for them. Will price gouge you any and every chance they get.

I didn’t have to wait long, everyone was friendly and they were very good with my dog.

Dr Berarducci and her team were warm and inviting and very thorough and I think my little Hattie was in great hands with her first puppy visit. :)

My Chihuahua had bad hacking, turned out tobe a bacterial infection. It was an emergency so my regular vet was not working and I had no appointment. They got her in within two hours of my call and she saw Dr. Bailey. She was very nice, caring, knowledgeable and sympathetic to our worries. Now I feel very comfortable for our fur baby to see either Dr. Bailey or our regular vet, Dr. Feldman. Great place! Thank you.

Everyone on Staff I have dealt with has always been understanding, professional, and kind. They seem to always go beyond just vet service to patient and owner care.

This was my first time in here with my new puppy getting her 2nd set of shots. The office was very clean. Everyone was very nice and friendly. I feel like they were following the required COVID requirements. The assistant and doctor was very gentle and nice with Bella. They explained everything. Would most definitely recommend.
