Shelly has been grooming our pup for over 4 years now and we absolutely love her. She’s professional, fairly priced, and great at what she does. I highly recommend her.

As seen in the attachment, this Owner [who's cell number is shown in the attachment also] is Harassing my family member. Again its not about your inability to take on new clients, its your outright unprofessionalism. At this point, you are harassing my family so I'm demanding you stop reaching out to my family member or you will be reported to the Authorities. Every Text you send will be posted for the Public to see and will be shown to the Police as well.

I called you earlier today, with my 11 year old listening in on the call, and you abruptly and very rudely told me you were not taking anymore clients. The (1) star rating was NOT because you're not taking any more clients..the (1) star rating is for your rudeness, your unprofessionalism, your very abrasive tone, your temperament...and even my (11) year old stated you were rude. So how is it that an (11) year old can pick up on the fact that you were rude...but you, as a FULL-GROWN Adult, is incapable of noticing your own demeanor? And if I could Give you a worst review, I would, for the simple fact you texted me and threatened to report me to Google simply because I posted an Accurate and Factual Review about my experience with you. If you dont like Negative Feedback, then dont give off Negative Energy to potential Clients. I mean is this your first week in Business?

made appointment online and received email confirmation..never showed up, sent text and got reply hours later then was told doesn't service my area, when asked why appointment was confirmed and I wasn't notified never heard back..they need work on their customer service and online booking service

We have used many Groomer’s in the past but the minute I contacted Maggie we knew she was the one for us. She was very responsive and attentive in detail punctual and very professional. Having a dog that it’s a little feisty she still handled it with no problem. We will continue to use her for all of our dogs needs

We use Wonder Dogs about 6 times a year for the past 4 years. This is a great company with great service. Our pets are as looked at as family members and we take great comfort in knowing that our pets are treated kindly in while in Wonder Dogs care. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet grooming and pet care.

My dog loves her grooming appointments with Wonder Dogs!

Our three Tonkinese cats received grooming for the first time, hoping the shedding would lessen, and we thought we try it out to see how they respond to it. NEVER AGAIN! First off, our cats were VERY traumatized after the grooming, which we expected them not to be excited about it but all three cats hid and stressfully shredded more hair going on a week now. Secondly, two out of the three have bald spots, and even worse, bloody scabs. The cat in the photo had to go to the vet and get an allergy shot as a result of whatever chemicals were used. Thirdly, they smelled like an air freshener. I write this review to all cat owners looking to take on this service. PLEASE know I cannot verify how the groomer does on other animals; I am sure dogs are more familiar with this service. This is not shared to be malicious, but for CAT OWNERS to be aware. I hope no cat should ever go through what our cats went through. The groomer did refund and respectfully apologized, but we are just so upset to see how our cats are still suffering from this grooming.

Our groomer cut our cat . Our cat has 2 open Cuts one that is bleeding. She was nice to us but we are not happy at all with what that groomer did to our cat.

This was the best grooming experience we have ever had in 10 years! She was so kind and gentle and took her time with my Turkish angora. He is not the easiest to work with but she calmed him and took her time and he looks fabulous!

The groomer is the BEST and so experienced! She is great with cats, which cats are not always easy! My 2 cats are sweet but have anxiety and did so great getting bathed and groomed. A+++. Thank you! Highly recommended.
