My mother went to drop the dog off and the 3 ladies were so mean to my mom that she literally walked out in tears. If that is how you treat customers, imagine how they treat your dog or cat. I would not leave my dog there for free! I would never write a bad review that's not nice. You don't treat people the way they just treated my mother this morning. Just very rude and not nice at all.

Amazing experience! Kim and her staff go above and beyond to make you feel like family. We are new to the area and just got a rescue puppy who is 11 months old and is terrified of Adult sized people, but who loves children and other dogs. Kim was so patient and kind with our baby. Even my son was impressed when we went to pick her up at how well they handled her. Love the open bay concept. Thank you all :)

First visit was great --- second was a nightmare. On the second visit, when I picked him up, the groomer informed me she had to shampoo him 4 times to get the smoke smell out. Yes, I smoke cigarettes. The poor dog endured a traumatic and violent assault on his system from your overly judgy - anti smoke crusade. So we get home and the dog is uncomfortable....after a day, he is chewing his hair out in chunks. After 2 days, he had a bald spot on his back over 2 in X 3 In. We called you to see what the heck you did to him. We had to go to the Vet. The Vet confirmed that you had severely dried out his skin. He had to get a steroid injection and take Prednisone (anti inflammatory) for a week. Truthfully, any smoke smell would have been gone after one good shampooing. Only someone who has a militant prejudice of cigarette smokers/smoke, would think they needed to give the animal 4 separate shampoos and douse him with chemicals. This is blatantly obvious. The first visit you lectured me about not smoking in my home, which was really brazen of you, to attempt to judge my lifestyle and tell me how to live. But I ignored it. You said you were advocating for the dog. But then you used and apparently overused chemicals, perfumes and who knows what else, which were proven to be toxic to the poor animal. How was that in his best interest? So thanks for the Vet bill of $175. on top of the $160. Grooming. You should refund me....or I should do a chargeback. This was a very frustrating situation.

I had a private groomer who moves away. I was very scared bringing them to a new place. When I picked them I was so happy to see them hanging. Out with the other dogs. They looked amazing. Everyone is so friendly I definitely recommend her and her staff.

Of course my two beautiful dogs needed their nails trimmed during a pandemic ????????‍♀️...but I was so happy to see the owner adapt and make certain changes to the way they did business for the safety of their employees and customers. This is such a hard time on people and especially small business people and hourly employees, I just wanted to say that through the hysteria I appreciated you seeing my dogs today and for the changes you made to try and protect people. My dogs now dont clickity clackety as they walk around the house too ????

Our dogs, Coco & Dakota, never hesitate to go into the salon & always look & smell wonderful when we pick them up. They are always well cared for & we appreciate that very much.

Kim o's staff is great! My dog sassy loves it there and they always take great care of her! Great prices great staff. We don't go anywhere else.

Kim does a great job grooming Roxie and other dogs. She then posts photos of the dogs afterwards and posts them on Facebook

I love this place! Kim and the rest of the crew know their stuff and truly care for every animal like they were their own. We have a particularly have an English bulldog who a bad experience at another groomer. 1st visit he was calm, relaxed and no longer nervous. Now he loves groom day! The only place I will allow to groom my dog! Loyal customer 4 years!

The girls here take care of your pet as if it was their own

Love Kim and her doggie salon. Her and her staff do a great job. They’re quick. My dog is usually in and out in a couple hours. I’ve had groomers call me 6 hours later. She doesn’t keep the dogs in cages, If they are dog friendly they roam around and socialize with one another. I never have a problem scheduling either.

I love this groomer! My dog always looks amazing when she leaves Kim O's. The care is excellent and the prices are great. I never have a problem getting an appointment that works for me and she is done in record time!

Highly recommend!!! Kim is great!! I have 2 very old dogs one being blind and deaf and very “grumpy” she always does a fabulous job and treats my little old men with love and care!!! I’ve recommended her many times!! ????????

Any reviews about Kim O Pampered pups I’m reading that are negative must be completely mistaken / Inaccurate . I’ve been going to KIM the past 6 years and And never had a rude interaction with the front desk/ or Kim herself. …

Brought my dog here, they are rude and immature. Be careful if you decide to say or mention about them being rude or if they did something wrong they just argue as they **** don't stink.

Kim and her staff do a amazing job. I am always greeted promptly, any concerns or questions are taken care of and my pup is treated wonderful.
