Don’t recommend they charge for service that they don’t do and say they didn’t have time, really then why book appointment? Then they still charged for things not done saying it’s a package price REALLY then so the package

I made an appointment for a standard poodle because my excellent Grooming is far from us and I’m trying to meet someone near. I spend a lot of money on my baby. I don’t care, he is for me very important. The lady on this business was so rude sending me a text because I didn’t show up after I got an emergency. How does a business like this get new clients? Lady you should findout first what happened before assume. Thank you for your actitud, you saved my Sunny of going to a business with a rude person that Doesn’t have any idea of how to be kind. I don't want my baby near you.

Hands down the best groomers I have ever been to! Forget all the big name companies and come here. Service is fantastic and they treat your little furry one like one of their own family members. Forever will I be coming to Fluffy Puppy. Even the name makes me love it more ☺️

This is the second time I have picked up my Havanese and she has been cut to short and has a balled spot, than they cut her ear this time. Three weeks later it is still healing. Way to sad.

Just called to ask how much a bath would be for a dog that weighs about 95 pounds and then they asked what breed and I said he’s a pit bull/Rottweiler mix and their response was “we don’t take pit bulls” Really?! First of all, if you knew my dog you would know he’s a sweet heart and loves people. Second, if your worried about getting bit then you shouldn’t accept all the little dogs because they are the ones that are most vicious. Instead of saying “we don’t take pit bulls” you should of asked me what his temperament is like and if he’s ever gotten baths from groomers before.” I can’t believe people still discriminate against pit bulls and I’ll be happy to take my business elsewhere.

Fluffy Puppy has been grooming my dog Sunny,a small maltipoo since he was born. I live in a gated community called Bellaggio near their salon. Every year around this time the development has a yearly dog show with judges. SUNNY WAS up …

This salon is at the top of my list! Linda is warm and friendly and is extremely accommodating. The salon is immaculate, And everyone is very welcoming. I've seen dozens of dogs come out of Fluffy Puppy and they all look amazing!
