This is the most amazing place to bring your doggies. Not only do they have fun but they are very well attended to even if you pick them up at closing time thank you very much the whole staff

I couldn't book an appointment the first time I called, but someone got back to me really quick and my dog, Langston, can continue to be seen at Inn the Dog House and receive excellent service. Thank you INN THE DOG House! Thank you for your responsiveness!

The Inn is excellent!! There is plenty of room for the dogs to play and the Staff are Exceptional!!

We have been using Inn the Dog House for our boarding and daycare needs for the last 3 years and we absolutely love it! Our pups, Comet and Jake, love it there too! They always have so much fun and we can go away knowing that they are being cared for. The staff here treats every dog like they’re their own and we never have to worry about a thing. One of the best parts is- they come home exhausted every time ;) Whenever the boys need a day away, we can bring them to daycare for some fun with friends! We look forward to using Inn the dog house often because the staff there makes it so easy!

After passing 4 hr evaluation my 5 yr old lab mix Ralphie stayed in day care for the day. seemed ok so i purchased a package of day cares. He seemed to be upset and was crying when I picked him up.”he needs time to adjust” next time handler told me she had to take him out of group for a while as he “seemed overwhelmed” She said he made it plain that he wanted out. I brought him back for a grooming and nail trim but they could not trim them. I asked for a refund but was told they might be able to give me a credit. Called me bac to say there was nothing they could do except give him his 2 more day cares.I know my dog and he plays with all sizes and kinds of dogs in the dog park but i will not force him to stay somewhere he obviously doesn’t want to be. I am very disappointed with your company’s response. Not what I would call good customer service.L Rosenstein, Update Katie reached out to me and addressed my issues in a very professional and sensitive manner She understood me not wanting to force my dig to somewhere he is not comfortable. She transferred all money owed to me to credit towards grooming. Very appreciative and would recommend the dog house for all

Had our 4 month old puppy syst the night and everyone was great and took very good care of her. Nice place and great options for your pet.

Best dog daycare, boarding, grooming the staff are so phenomenal and amazing, all staff are pet lovers my dog loves this place and runs out the car to get inside with the staff. Play time and ice is his favorite he lives the cuddles he receives from the staff and they pay ALOT of attention to all the animals inside. If you looking for a place for your pet where staff, dogs are friendly and caring innthedoghouse will be the best choice.

We love bringing our dog here! They really care about the dogs and it’s evident. We’ve never had a poor experience. We never have to worry about traveling without our dog thanks to this place. So happy we found it!

We take our two Yorkies here for grooming and day care. The staff is very helpful. The play areas are excellent, and they work to protect the dogs at all times. Very well laid out place.

A very nice and friendly place to bring your dogs or kitty cats. My dog gets to socialize with other types of dogs there and I love that because he has so much energy. 5Stars boom.

Inn the Doghouse is the only place I trust to board my sweet dog Piper. The staff is very kind and caring and I know my dog is safe with them. I love seeing the photos they post on Facebook of my girl playing and having fun! The room she stays in while boarding really looks like a small bedroom (bedside table and all) which makes me feel as though she is comfortable and not in a cage. I also have to mention that their grooming services are top notch and I highly recommend everything Inn the Doghouse has to offer!

Went here hoping for a good daycare but instead found a red haired employee (“alyssa” she said her name was) sitting on her phone reeking of marijuana instead of helping me, had a lousy attitude and overall poor professionalism. Would not recommend due to poor customer service

This place is amazing.....my dog actually knows when we are going there. He leads the way and is excited to see his friends. We are grateful to have a place we we can leave our Ozo and feel safe. The times we've been there it has never smelled dogish, clean environment with great staff to greet you. You can be assured this is a great place. Come visit for you self....????????????‍????

The INN has huge spaces for the dogs to play. On the first visit my small dog learned how to climb stairs. Very happy with our visit

Our pup Ferris absolutely loves coming here! She drags me in and can’t wait to say hi and play with friends. I appreciate the excellent service and smiling faces, and we recommend Inn The Dog House to all our friends. ????

By FAR the worst groomers I’ve come across. Booked an appointment on the phone with an agent for this past Saturday and when I arrived to the location, I received no help and the people working refused to open the door. I called a different location and was told that this location is only open Monday through Friday. It’s now Monday and I receive a call that they are booked up for Tuesday when told on Saturday that I had an appointment for 10am. This place lacks communication and the desire to deliver services. I wouldn’t recommend, even if it was free.

This place is a Godsend! My high energy 2 year old golden doodle absolutely loves coming here to play with her doggie pals and I love that when she comes home she's happily worn out. Just boarded her for the first time and that was another great experience - staff was happy to give me a full report when I called in to check on her. Excellent staff - I feel confident that I can rely on them to keep her safe and well cared for. Great job!

Great staff, clean facility from what I can tell. My 4 legged son was modeling for their Facebook page and seems to have had the time of his life on this week's stay. Definitely recommend boarding your pet here.

I owe a lot to inn the doghouse I was in a situation where I had two options find a new living arrangement or give up my dog Cyprus cy was already enrolled in daycare and the offered to board him while I was ironing out the situation. The staff has been accommodating and regularly makes sure Cyprus and I are well. He loves the staff and his friends the videos and pictures posted online make me know he’s in good hands

Inn the Doghouse is by far my favorite place that I’ve worked! Everyone that works here always ensures the animals have a safe, clean, and happy environment to play around in. We are all animal lovers and it shows in the way that we care for our pups (and cats)! All of the staff is amazing and the clients are awesome to get to know! I would highly recommend this place and can promise that your animals will have a paw-tastic experience if you choose us❤️????

Inn the DogHouse has been the best experience for my dog. I am so glad that I was referred to them. I bring my dog 2-3 days a week for daycare and board her with them anytime I go away. My dog Daisy loves the staff at Inn the DogHouse and is always soooooo excited to see her people and doggy friends. Everyone is so helpful and loving. My son who comes with my most days wants to work at the Inn when he is old enough. Thank you for having such a wonderful place for pups to play safely and happily!

Inn The Dog House is the best dog care facility you will find! After working here for a year, I can say that the staff and management genuinely love and care about all the dogs that step foot through our doors. We know all of the regulars on sight and are always excited to see all the doggies that come in, whether they are spending the night, getting a spa day, or playing with friends! It is also an incredibly clean facility despite all the pup’s that come in daily! If you give any of the three locations a chance you will be amazed at how we treat your dog like family and love them with all our hearts! This job makes me excited to go to work everyday to see all the dogs and wonderful clients and has inspired me to look into careers involving animal care.

These people are extremely unprofessional and combative. Don’t take your pet here and put you’re self through this. You complain, they have excuses to it. If I could rate -15 I would. They praise good reviews but are extremely rude when given feedback on ways to improve. Will be telling my vast network of dog owner friends about my experience and their extremely rude, disrespectful response to it. I’m heavily waiting on the full response from the owner to my review to further prove my point. I hope this lives on the TOP of google reviews so people can see what kind of business you are running

I met Kerry and Katie at Inn The Doghouse, and let me tell you that they are some of the nicest and most wonderful people I've ever met. I've never been so at ease leaving my fur babies with anybody. They adore the animals and treat them as though they were their own.  For anybody looking for an amazing dog boarding facility, Inn The Doghouse comes highly recommended from me and  my four-legged children.  This was my first REAL time using Inn The Doghouse to board my fur babies. In all of their locations,  I observed employees sanitizing and cleaning up as the dogs were playing.  It is so amazing that they offer a bath before pick-up. Inn The Doghouse also provided extra assurance by providing detailed forms which documented when my fur babies had eaten. There is no doubt  I'll be coming back to board my babies here.
