If you have found my review then you are as fortunate as I am to have found the most caring and compassionate doctor in the entire world bar none and he is a highly skilled surgeon that will diagnose the situation completely accurate I cannot actually believe anyone could be as amazing as this doctor he will call you he will give you his personal cell phone number and he will always be there for you and he is never about the money he is only about the animal period and what is best for your pet

Dr. David Fidel, Kathy, Donna and Torri comprise a staff that delivers excellent service, is compassionate, warm and goes out of their way to accommodate. Dr. Fidel is an excellent diagnostician and doesn’t order unnecessary testing or medications. Kathy is Very professional, gentle and concerned. Donna makes you feel welcome and special whenever you call or visit. Torri is relatively new to me but was as kind as she could be when I had to put my Pom to sleep.

Dr. Fidel is a very caring & compassionate veterinarian. He has taken care of my dogs for almost 18 years. His staff is also wonderful. I highly recommend Fidelity Animal Hospital for all of your pet care needs !

Dr. Fidel and his staff are adhering to all the CDC rules and sanitation requirements. Appointments are set and are on time, although you can no longer enter into the facility itself. Instead, there is a bench outside the office and that's where you wait. After the exam, the doc comes out and explains everything in detail. Then a staff member comes out, collects payment and delivers your animal back to you. While I miss the old days of being able to attend during an exam, I'm confident my pets are well taken care of and glad this office follows correct procedures!

I can not even put into words the amazing care my dog received. He went in for 1st time appointment and loved all the attention. Needed a growth removed from his eye and they were so caring and comforting. Really affordable pricing and dr Fidel even called us himself to check on our dog the next day. We didnt feel rushed on the phone or in person. And the staff was just as wonderful. Can not wait to take our dog back. 5 stars just isnt enough... 10 stars if I could.

The absolute best place you can take your beloved animals. I lost my bestest old boy Nico(AKA Fat Man) on January 27th. He decided he wanted to swallow a whole corn cob and unfortunately, despite the love and care Doc showed with emergency surgery, my poor boy just couldn't pull through. I will never be able to express my gratitude at all of the back staff and vet tech staff. I'd like to thank Tori, Kathy, and Tiffany in particular. You ladies were absolutely wonderful to me at such a hard time and I sincerely appreciate it. I'd also like to thank Kim, their amazing groomer and a wonderful, sympathetic woman. You're one best people I've ever know. Last but not least, I'd like to thank Doc. I'll never be able to express my gratitude at your wonderful, compassionate nature and the care and concern you showed. If you want the best care for your pets, this is definitely the place to go.

I love Dr Fidel and his vet techs because they are so kind and patient and professional. Dr Fidel gives patients and humans all the time they need to communicate their concerns and is very calm. This is a great veterinary office the people are kind they're very friendly their dogs that stay and hang out so your dog has less anxiety doctor Fidel is wonderful wonderful man my dog Molly, a Mountain Cur, he's extremely shy but by the end of the visit she was kissing the people in the office the prices are fair and I love the fact that you can reach the doctor after hours not just the service

Front desk was so rude and the groomer was horrible. She looked high on drugs. Never coming back again.

My fiancé and I took our Yorkie to Dr. Fidel as a second opinion in March 2017. Dr. Fidel misdiagnosed our baby and demanded us to put her down immediately. The worst part is, he notified us THROUGH THE PHONE like he did with every other appointments. He lacked professionionalism and sensitivity. My yorkie’s primary vet called Dr. Fidel to discuss the situation and he DID NOT have the answers to any of the questions and treatment plans my vet had suggested. It is now August 2018 and Lily is healthy and well!! After paying a hefty bill and getting the treatment we received, I do NOT recommended going to this DR.

Worst Vet in Florida. Horrible care and the money they charge is ridiculous . But, the Doctor has to pay for his expensive boat, so that's why he charges so much. Google his arrest report on the internet

Dr. Fidel has cared for 8 of our dogs and 2 cats over the years. He has prolonged the life of 4 of those animals, and caught some unusual illnesses and saved the life of a couple others. He is truly an amazing and most of all caring Veterinarian! He has a calm demeanor with the animals, and is compassionate with the "parents". We highly recommend him. After trying out several veterinarians when we first moved to Florida, I am so happy to have found the right one. I will never change Doctors, because in addition to how pleased we are with Dr. Fidel, we are equally pleased with the loving, friendly, knowledgeable support staff. They are a real winning team!
