Costumer service is impeccable, we bought our baby here, and after a few days she caught a cold, we made the mistake of taking her to the wrong place and they treated her very poorly, they had not given us hope claiming that she had severe pneumonia. We called Kim and she immediately came to the rescue. He took care of our Emily for 3 days with the best care, the puppy did not need hospitalization as we had been told at the clinic. Today I went to pick up our baby and she is in perfect condition . Very happy for the attention received, THE BEST store in town. 100% recommended

The store is clean and organized. I went in to look for a new pomeranian puppy and there were two adorable ones. But something about the owner lady was off… really bad energy and she was asking $4300 for a puppy… I had to read some reviews and found out some shady stories. And lots of fake 5-star reviews… I really wanted to go back and get the puppy but now I am afraid to do so.

The toys here are super amazing and interacting for my puppy . She really loves the bully barbells everyone should try them out . Keeps my dog super happy!

DO NOT BUY YOUR DOG FROM HERE. They are a complete rip off and will tell you anything they can to make a sale. It all started over a year ago when I bought my dog (who was sick when I got him) when they promised me the play pen I bought would fit in my carry-on suit case, it did not I had to pay to check my bag. I also told them I needed a dog small enough to fly, they ensured me he would be 8lbs. (But refused to give me the size of his parents) Here we are over a year later, my dog is 16lbs instead of 8 and too large to fit in an airline approved pet carrier. He has many health issues including a sensitive stomach, and bad knees (which the vet said is based off of genetics) requiring him to get surgery and many other issues. I love my dog and wouldn’t trade him for the world but do yourself a favor and save your self the headaches I had to deal with and buy your dog elsewhere! It will end up costing you a fraction of the price, you will love the dog equally as much and as a bonus may not have any health issues!

Super cool puppy shop. I go in with my lil sister all the time and buy her dogs snacks from here. Pure bites in specific. My sisters hungry monster is spoiled with pure bites.

I went into the puppy store and had a warm welcoming. Everyone there is really sweet and helpful. I was provided information about the Golden Doodles which is what I wanted and I ended up walking out with the dog of my dreams. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great place!

My family bought our first dog from here about 3 years ago and we decided to come back here to find her a friend. We were amazed at how well Kim runs her store many years later. This puppy shop is excellent. We realized Kim cares more about the puppies then just selling them. We love Waggs to riches and suggest everyone who wants a clean well taken care of puppy to come here . If you see the other shops in boca they don’t compare. Thanks again for helping us find our forever friends not 1 but 2. Thanks to Kim and bevorly our family is complete.

I love my baby Zoey my second puppy ! Waggs to riches is amazing. Lynn is my groomer and she’s a great groomer. Zoey is 100% perfect and healthy. I couldn’t be happier . If your looking for a great store to buy your fur baby come here !

I had the best experience at waggs to riches I have never seen prettier puppies. The store is beautiful and so clean and I got my puppy from there and have recommended them to everyone I know. My puppy is perfect and I wouldn’t trade her for the world.

When I entered the store I thought “how pretty and welcoming”. As we como he’s to go inside a lady speaks very loudly saying “no petting dogs”. As we look around the store at the dogs they were cleaning the playpens with the puppies Inside. The lady yanked the blanket the dogs WERE ON, and they rolled hard against the playpen, and another lady proceeds to grab 2 puppies aggressively and then almost falling out of her hands. As soon as that happened we left.

Absolutely love the atmosphere of Waggs to Riches. From the minute I walked in there was a sense of cleanliness and the puppies looked happy and healthier than ever. I’d recommend taking a visit to Waggs and experiencing their variety of the cutest puppies. Not to mention their willingness to answer any questions and complete transparency regarding the background of all of their puppies. Very helpful and warm hearted staff, will definitely be returning.

The master groomer, Line, is the best. She does a terrific job.

Our family dog passed away and after time we were finally ready to bring another one into our lives. We went to many stores and did not feel secure about the puppies and where they came from. From the moment we came in and saw the puppies we knew they were from reputable breeders. They had lots of space to play and were so happy and well cared for. The staff was wonderful. They gave us all the breeder information and background on the puppy and also explained how each puppy is vet checked, vaccinated and microchipped. After a few visits we decided on the sweetest little Maltipoo puppy. Its been 4 weeks since we took him home and he is just the sweetest, happiest, healthy puppy anyone can ask for. All I can say is anyone looking for a new puppy this is the place to come. You will get a healthy puppy from a reputable breeder which is what was important to us. Thank you so much for making our lives a little brighter!

We got our puppy back in November and the whole family is in love with her, even my grandma who hates dogs. Just know that they may be bigger than the predicted size, at 2months she was 2lbs and her predicted was 6lbs but she is 11lbs. I still recommend getting a puppy from here tho!!

The owner Kim is great. She was very straightforward about the prices and at the end of the day you get what you pay for. Our puppies are very well socialized and smart for their age. Their friendly and happy temperament directly reflects the amount of care and love that Kim and her team have for the puppies. I would recommend this boutique to all of my friend and family!

Went into this shop looking for a family pet. The store was very clean and all the puppies were healthy and very playful. The staff was very welcoming allowing our kids to play with the puppies. Beverly was just fantastic. She took the time to explain which breeds would be a good fit for our family. We were shown all the paperwork on the puppy including the microchip, vaccines and dewormers on the puppy that were given by the breeder and their own vet. We were also provided a complimentary vet visit after purchase and free pet insurance. With 3 busy kids that gave us extra peace of mind. Everything regarding the puppy was explained in great length. She gave us her personal cel phone number for any other questions that might arise which just proved how much they really care. It's been 3 weeks since we walked into Waggs To Riches and I would recommend to anyone looking for a puppy to come here. Thank you Beverly for being so patient with our family and helping us find the perfect puppy for our family.

We purchased our puppy from this fantastic place and we highly recommend anyone to stop in and see for yourselves how amazing this place is. Our puppy is happy and healthy. We went to see the vet for our first puppy well care visit and everything checked out great! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw all of the glamorous items in this store! Not to mention the puppies are absolutely adorable and the store is as clean as a whistle! I come back every week just to see what new puppies came in! I will be back in a few months when I am ready for another pup of my own!
