Josh was so amazing. He answered all my questions. And was super nice. Best employee there. The 1st time the girl yhat I asked for help seemed to busy to be bothered. Josh is great and the only reason I'll go back. Thank you Josh!!! You rock.

Hands down this is THE BEST PETSMART I’VE ever visited. I purchased my new fur baby yesterday from a different pet store and I was extremely nervous because she wasn’t eating at first, but with the help from Emily and Ali they were able to get my puppy to eat her food. They were helpful, knowledgeable, nice, patient, and went above & beyond to assist me with her. From the time I walked into that store until the time I left, I felt more than welcome, such a friendly environment. I can’t thank these wonderful ladies enough for helping me with my puppy. They have gained a loyal customer! Thank you all a million times.

Workers seemed very stressed and it was not busy at all. Cashier asked if I wanted to open an account I said no thank you and she responded with an attitude. Not necessary. :/ Cat Plants were dead in the containers. Poor cats in cages have smudged out profiles so it was impossible to read about them. Sad. Otherwise they seem to have a decent supply of inventory but I’d rather not make a trip there and order online instead.

So sad look how DIRTY these cups are for the bettas also found a dead one that was rotting and these people claim they love and care for animals. I will also be reporting to corporate Don’t spend money at pets mart they could careless about your animals let alone their own.

A lot of space to move around with your pet. Tall ceilings. Good light. Great customer service. A good variety of pet products.

It's a very complete store, I loved checking out the animals they have on store- between the fish, amphibians and hamsters, I could stay there for hours. They also have pets that you can adopt there, the animals looked well taken care of, I wanted to take them all ????Very organized store, great lighting and smelled nice. Will come back!

Always love PetSmart, The shelves for cat food are a bit low..Thanks to BRANDON.. But other than that all is good at petsmart

Dropped my babies off at the pet hotel tonight. The staff seemed very caring and I feel good knowing they are being well taken care of. What great people you have working here! They truly care about your animals ❤❤❤

Hotel is OK not the best

My two dogs was in the hotel for 3 days. They’ve stayed here before and I never had a problem. Nice and friendly staff. The hotel is very clean and they also have a groomer right at the same location which is a added bonus. Your pets can come home looking and smelling good. I recommend Pet mart hotel to anyone needing a place to take there pets.

Just what we needed and plenty of experienced help to find it!

The Darius guy that used to work in grooming a the Linton location must've abused my dog. It was not until a day later that we discovered he had a cut on his face, it was bleeding. We thought maybe he shaved that spot too close to the skin. The next time I brought my dog in for grooming he was acting strangely once he saw the place, started shaking and peed on the floor. That's when it hit me something was off as it was the first time he acted that way there. Whatever that Darius did to him, it traumatized him. Unfortunately he was no longer working there so we couldn't confront him. I hope whatever work he pursues next, he will stay away from animals.

I normally don’t write reviews, I’ll leave stars of course. However something needs to be said about the pethotel. Our dog a couple months back had Eye surgery and he will eventually go blind due to his breeding, and the fact he has glaucoma in both eyes and he’s only three years old. We were nervous to leave him at home with his condition, and then of course nervous we had to put him in daycare. But every employee in the dog hotel is amazing! They guard him like he’s their very own and they love him. Knowing that he is safe and looked after and loved when we are at work takes away so much stress. Ever since his surgery it’s hard to trust anybody but ourselves to make sure that he is cared for, and my fiancé and I trust these people fully with our fur baby. They have given us support and encouragement and we appreciate you all so much! If anyone needs a safe place where you know your dogs Are looked after go to the Delray petshotel! Not to mention they took this picture which is an absolute gem! Thank you all so much, I don’t think you’ll ever realize what a gift it is do you know that he is safe when we’re not there!

Groomers refuse to bathe my dog just because she is afraid of blow dryer and they don’t want to deal with bigger dogs. I was willing to take my dog home wet but they claim it’s against their policy. Maybe they should change their policies so they can accommodate people that don’t have tiny dogs. Groomers would rather suggest me getting my dog sedated for grooming instead of dealing with a 60 pound friendly golden retriever. I don’t even sedate my dog for teeth cleaning. I would never sedate my dog just to get her groomed. I will just bathe her myself sorry you don’t want my business.

Definitely become a member. Lots of choices for my pets. Friendly staff.

Worst place i have tried to buy from willno go there again

Virginia was great hooked us up with some cool looking fish a tank some affordable food all for my roommate who’s totally pumped to have some new friends shout out to Zach as well nice place to shop

Did the doggie daycare and pet hotel boarding for my 3 dogs prior to today and everything was fine. Today, my husband took my dog to be boarded and he was turned away. This, after I had made the reservation online and was assured everything would be fine. So, my husband was left scrambling at the last minute to find a place to take our “aggressive” dog, on the day he was scheduled to leave on a plane with my two kids to attend my father’s funeral. No one has ever had an issue with boarding my dog…and they took care of him twice before without incident. Yet, the week my dad died, they could not take him in. To the person, who inexplicably denied us today: thanks for the added stress we didn’t need. We WILL NOT be back, not even to shop there.

Superclean store selection is excellent great sales they also have puppy training there and boarding this is a really beautiful store and we are training our puppy there with penny

Been taking our dog to get his nails clipped for many years to this location . Never a problem , compliments on how good he was .Second time now that the new "groomers " could not clip his nails . Maybe this company should hire people that know what their doing instead of a kids . 45 minutes later " we cant do it " you need to take him to you're vet . Well at the vet he gets poked , injected etc. etc and we receive nothing but good reports as to how well he behaves and how good he is . So again years going to this location with NO problem whatsoever , maybe now the children in the grooming Dept ought to be replace by people who know what there doing . Never again !!!!
