Love coming here my dogs Look so good and aI love that they can roam with others while they wait to get their hair cut.

Been taken my three dogs here for years. They are the best my babies always have a good time there and come home looking fabulous. I have also boarded them there with absolutely no problem. Would recommend them to everyone

We've done a sanitary groom once before, but today was our first full grooming visit for our Goldendoodle puppy. Jason and his staff were amazing. Our pup came out looking absolutely adorable. They listened to everything I wanted regarding cut, length, etc. We will surely be repeat customers.

We were not happy. Had our dog for 5 hours. Dropped off at 11:00 and was told between 2;00 and 3;00 would be ready. Called at 2:30 and told 3;30, but they would call. Tried calling at 3:30, but no answer. Went anyway at 4:00 and they said she was just finished and too busy to call us! Never again.

TNT Grooming is a terrific operation all around, with a depth of talent. Everyone there is personable and helpful. It’s clear they care about their 4-legged clients, as well as their minders. I appreciate their adherence to current health protocols while doing a brisk business - bravo! Jason is a standout with customer service, but literally all are good listeners, communicators, and problem solvers. I love spending my dog grooming dollars - uniquely - at TNT Grooming.

As usual TNT has proven time and time again to be very professional and at the same time compassionate and caring towards our furbabies. Even though I moved, I drive 2 and 1/2 hours to bring my 5lb dog Rico for grooming. He has been going to TNT since he was a puppy and is now going to be 9 years old September 23rd. I tried a new place once closer to home and was disappointed in their services and TNT came to the rescue. They are definitely worth recommending

This is the only place I take My baby. They don’t put the babies in cages. It’s like a big daycare and my furry baby always comes out looking amazing.

Finally found a top notch groomer that knows how to handle a double coat! My Newfoundlands coat looks like silk now after 2 visits, what an awesome job! They also know how to groom my standard schnauzer perfectly! I am very pleased and the cute little adornments the girls come home with, bows and "earrings" etc, are icing on the cake!

We are thrilled with the results of our little girl. We tried TNT because several people in our community go here and we should’ve tried them sooner. We became unhappy with our past groomer because the lady who would groom our girl left and to our surprise we found her at TNT when we went in. It was awesome because she knows exactly how we like our girl groomed and also our girl is used to her! They had her ready in a timely manner and were very compliant with our requests to keep her separate from the other pups because she is only 3 pounds. We have a scheduled appointment for our second visit and we are expecting the same quality service and the same quality results! Plus we loved the bows and the little glitter bits in her ears!!

Great with dogs grooming and boarding

Such a great experience here. The ladies in the shop were so caring and handled my cat with such compassion. My cat had ingrown toe nails that a vet didn't even see and they saw it right away and fixed him up. Great price as well. Will definitely be back and recommend this place to all who ask me.

Not happy. I dropped my cocker spaniel off at 12. They never called me to pick him up. At 530 I went and he was just getting on the table. The girl I instructed to trim the eyelashes wasn’t the girl that cut him and they cut them off. They charge different prices each time and never tell you the price until you pick him up. They cut his nails too short and he wouldn’t stop licking his paw for days. I will never bring my dog there again. What a rip off.

Been bringing Conny (bulldog) here for 6+ years for boarding and / or grooming and they are 100% the best. I have never had a bad experience and I can't recommend them enough.

They were able to take my dog as a walk in and they did a great job.

BEWARE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GROOMER! I am very upset with my experience and the way my dog was treated...Her entire body is sore! I authorized a full groom and I DID NOT authorize a de-matting process..which was very expensive and caused a lot of pain for my dog ... Upon arriving for my dogs grooming appointment the groomer held my dog in her arms and felt her body. The groomer suggested and I agreed she should have a full groom. When I came to pick up my dog they said they tried to call me and that they couldn't finish grooming my dog because her body was so sore from their de-matting procedure... I DID NOT authorize this to be done to my dog! They couldn't finish any of the grooming my dog needed and she looked awful!..... They did an expensive and painful process which caused my dog pain and extreme stress....which I would have never agreed to!...and charged me $60.00 for nothing! .... They then told me to wait two days to bring her back because they made her body so sore! They said they would need to shave her at an addition $55.00 plus charge! ....What a RIP OFF!! ...I'm sure my dog will have future problems going to groomers after this awful experience. I Would not trust TNT grooming with my dog! They overcharged me and hurt my dog!

They were by the book, wanting proof of immunizations for the safety of my pup and the others around him. They keep my pup's information and grooming instructions in a file for reference. I appreciated the fact that the dogs were allowed to roam free and play together. I could see the grooming stations from the drop off area. I found the experience to be very professional and friendly.

I had the weirdest experience with this groomer today. I had been using this groomer for probably five years, one visit, about three years ago, a new hire of theirs had groomed my dog and had cut her private area too close. As a result I had to bring her to my vet and received a $200 vet bill for this. They were very nice and we came to an agreement for the bill. I continued to use this groomer for maybe another year. At this point my dog hurt her hind leg and the groomer was worried about the responsibility of grooming her and possibly injuring her leg further. I completely understood this conflict and took her to my vet to be groomed. Her leg is completely healed and I have a new puppy now. I called the groomer to make an appointment and was told today by the owner that they would prefer to part ways? This makes absolutely no sense to me. In business you expect conflict and you work towards a resolution. I was never rude and I don't believe I ever asked for anything unreasonable. I even gave them a second chance after my dog was razor burned to the point she could not sit down from their employees carelessness. This groomer is reasonably priced and does a good enough job, but don't complain if they hurt your dog if you want to continue a relationship with your groomer.
