Greatest vet. Very honest amd reliable. And the staff are all caring. Can't ask for better.

I’ve been to my fair share of vets. Pet medical is great. Always squeezes me in when necessary, professional, and loving. Most importantly I haven’t felt rushed by a dr trying to get in and out. I had a doctor sit and answer 30 min of my questions until nothing was left unclear. Prices are about average for vet services from what I’ve seen. Thank you for the love and care.

I visited recently for the first time with my fur baby, Max. Brought him in for an overall physical and bloodwork. I was more than pleased when I met Dr. Tim Hughes and his team. They were very kind/personable, knowledgeable and answered ALL my questions. And, comforting towards me! (Max, a cat, wasn't taking well to the needle for the blood work. Shocking! lol! Dr. Hughes had to give him a shot to relax him. When Max was in his VERY mellow state, I got a little emotional. I am dork when it comes to my boy!) Because so, we were there longer than expected. I never felt rushed. The office ... nice. The office and exam room ... clean! Administration staff, familiar with them by both phone and office visit, super sweet! As Max was a new patient, they waived the first exam fee. Yay! (Appreciated!) I did, of course had to pay for the blood work. Expected! It took some time for Max to come out of his "mellow" state of mind. I was informed this would be the case. Took longer than I had expected though. I was MOST impressed with a follow up call from this office to see how Max was doing the following day. It meant a GREAT deal. Our pets are like our kids. I expect the same healthcare for Max as I do for myself. I was impressed with Pet Medical Center of Boca Raton to say the least. Hopeful we do not have to visit again any time soon. But if so, they are for sure at the top of my list.

I definitely recommend it!!!! 5 stars. After such a bad experience at a different place I went there for a visit with doctor Tim. He was great and all the staff too. Super careful and care with my doggy! Thank you!!!! ☺️????

Dr Roof is amazing. He saved my border collie Roxie from cancerous tumor 3 years ago. He currently sees my two dogs , my brothers dog and my moms fly’s in from Maryland for her two dogs to see Dr Roof. Everyone in the office is beyond friendly and helpful. They truly care about every animal they see and explain everything. And anytime my dogs have been sick they have always fit me in even if fully booked. Highly recommend Dr Roof and Dr Hughes of Pet Medical Center of Boca Raton.

Amazing customer service! Dr. Roof Is super professional and compassionate doctor. Pricing was very fair. That was my first time with my two dogs and I am very confident in his abilities to take care of my fur babies! I highly recommend them!

I live in Fort Lauderdale but I go to Boca for Pet Medical Center because it's the best.

We moved from Tamarac to Boca, so we had to look for a new vet for our beloved cat and Husky. I did a ton of research to find the best vet who was also affordable because our vet in Tamarac was absolutely amazing and we accept nothing less for our boys. I was so impressed with Dr Hughes and the staff are great. They’re affordable compared to other vets in Boca. Professional, personable, and affordable. Highly recommend!

My experience at Pet Medical Center was amazing from start to finish. I took my cat Stella there for a teeth cleaning since my regular vet was closed because of COVID. Coming in as a new client was easy. Sarah and Will at the front desk helped me with everything I needed. The office was clean and sanitized, and all proper social distancing measures were in place. They scheduled appointments in such a way that the waiting room was practically empty, although their exam rooms were full. In addition, Dr. Roof is a gem! He was so calm and gentle with Stella and and answered all my questions. He did end up having to extract one of Stella's teeth, but was 100% transparent about pricing from the beginning (no hidden costs, told me an extraction may be needed from the beginning, and relayed costs ahead of time). I recommend this vet to anyone. You will receive excellent customer service and receive no surprises on your bill.

I took my dog to see Dr. Roof as she was having many health issues. He was so compassionate with her and when I had to make the difficult decision to put her to sleep, Dr. Roof and his staff were so amazing, kind and supportive through the entire thing. I chose this facility because I was able to go inside with my pet and I'm so glad I did. An amazing doctor and staff. I've since brought my other dog to see him too. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

If you are looking for a vet that has the health of your pet in mind and is not money driven in, PET MEDICAL CENTER is where you should take your babies. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Both of the doctors are just incredible.

I lost my beautiful pup 3 weeks ago and I cannot tell you the compassion I felt in this office at the most difficult time of my life. Before he passed Dr Tim tried so hard to see what we could do to save him. They were kind, compassionate and empathetic. I wish I had found them sooner. I highly recommend this Vet and his competent office staff.

We recently had a procedure performed by Dr Roof to remove a growth from Onyx’s neck. The procedure was very expensive. There was a similar growth on his left shoulder just beneath the other growth. One would assume the dr would remove the other growth at the same time, or at least give as a choice, instead he cleaned his teeth while he was sedated . We are now considering another Vet to finish the job and remove the second growth which will cost us another large fee. We have been going there since 2014.

Dr.Roof and his whole team were the best in being customer service oriented to the level of professional in what they do from making an appointment to checking in for the visit and of course to the veterinary practice itself. Dr.Roof was very friendly and humble. I’ll for sure come back and know that my cats will be in good hands.

Dr. Hughes is very good and cares about his patients. The staff members are polite and efficient.
