Dr Flavia Tompkins is the best Vet in this world, her kindness, love and attention to the owners not only the animals is unparalleled.

Friendly staff, they took care of my baby in a timely manner. They make sure to follow-up and my cat seem to like them.

Our Maltese suffered a foot injury recently. My wife rushed her over at 5 pm. The Dr. and her team were compassionate, responsive, and calming. They also followed up with a next day phone call. I wish " people doctors" were as thoughtful and professional as this group. Highly recommended!!

I was preparing to move to the UK and needed an experienced vet that knew how to do the international paperwork required for my cat’s entry, after a failed batch of paperwork with a different office. BVAH knew exactly what was needed and took a weight off of my shoulders. They were also very quick to respond to any questions or needs via email. The doctor was very friendly and spent time talking with me about my cat’s health, and answered any other questions I had. My cat and I made it safely overseas with no issues. Thanks BVAH!

I have used Dr. Tompkins and Dr. Bebe since moving here 5 years ago. I’ve never been to a more caring animal hospital in my life. They actually care and listen which is rare these days. Yes, it’s hard not being able to go in and be there with your pet(s) during Covid, but it’s for the safety and well being of everyone & I think they are doing an outstanding job! The doctors are top notch communicators as well which I love bc our pets are our family ❤️.

We have been using Boca Village since moving to Florida 3 years ago. They are wonderful with my senior Pekingese. Making sure he is healthy and happy and giving honest assessments. We recently rescued another Peke who had been overbred. Dr. Bebe and the team there made sure she got a full exam and the surgeries necessary were done perfectly. I would not go anywhere else!

Dr Beebe and her amazing kind staff are clearly doing what they love to do. This is evident in how they care for my dog Scottie. I highly recommend their service!

We were traveling to Florida and our beloved Maltese wasn't feeling well. Wanted to stop by for a checkup before taking Kola on a flight home. We are so happy with the care that Dr. Tompkins and the entire staff gave Kola! The entire staff recognized our concern and was able to get us in even though were fully booked that day. Amazingly helpful. Dr. Tompkins even called us when we arrived back in MN to check on Kola. Staff was very caring and professional. Dr. Flavia has extensive knowledge which surpasses other practices. Dr. Flavia is the best! Thanks so much for taking care of the furry member of our family.

It is a very clean place. The front office staff is friendly and helpful, and the Vets / Assistants are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.

If I could rate them a 0, I would. Their level of incompetence is overwhelming. The front desk staff is disorganized, rude, and dishonest. They tried to charge me multiple times for a procedure that they never even performed. Calls do not …

The staff here is fantastic to work with and would give them 5 stars but the pricing is a little high - which could be due to the Boca location. However, if adopted from Tri-County (which my pups are), visits a complimentary for the first year. So it does offset some of the cost - I just don't know about long-term.

My dog has been going to BVAH for 6 years and I can’t imagine taking him anywhere else. He is a shy dog and the staff is great with him, Dr T. and Bebe, the vet assistants, front desk, and the groomers. Also, their postcard game is strong…when Rocco is due for his annual they send a reminder with a picture of him on the other side of the postcard, its actually hanging on my fridge.

Dr. Carla is amazing. She is patient and loving to both my Yorkie and my mothers yorkie. Our dogs love everyone there and feel. Comfortable walking in the door with no issues. We will definitely always use Dr. Carla. The technicians are also very friendly, the front desk employees always have a smile on their faces when you enter and when you leave. Prices here are definitely the best also. If you are looking for a new veterinarian, you really want to go to Boca Village Animal Hospital and ask for Dr. Carla.

We just started going there with our new puppy. They seem to be ❤ and very thorough. Dr Carla always asks if we have any questions and gives us an easy to understand answer.

Boca Village's staff is great and Dr. Bebe is a genuinely caring Veterinarian who makes us feel like family every time we are there!

BVA has been around for a long time. I have been bringing my cats here since about 2010. Dr. Tompkins has performed surgeries and has been the main physician for 3 of my 4 cats. Dr. BeBe is also amazing. We most recently met their newest doctor Carla, and she was great too. The staff is wonderful. Prices are a bit high, but I do trust the people and feel safe bringing my cats here.

The most Heart Felt Animal Hospital I have ever used. The entire staff is a true reflection of Dr. Tompkins. Caring and loving. Our dog Kona actually likes going there and we have total trust with Boca Village Animal Hospital.

I have been bringing my puppy here since she was 10 weeks old! Dr. Tompkins and all the nurses and drs there are so kind, loving, and genuinely provide the best care for the animals they work with. Being a first time dog mom they always answer every question I could possibly have, and take time to explain everything to me! My puppy loves to come to the vet and leaves with a smile!
