Dr. Wade Crankshaw has been my vet for 11 years. This past Thursday he helped my brother in law's dog cross over to the rainbow bridge. He was compassionate giving the pet something to help him relax before injecting him with the shot that sent him over the rainbow.

I took my dogs to get vacinated and fix they dont want to work with big dogs.DONT TAKE YOUT DOGS HERE THEY ARE AWFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Unprofessional, when mentioned slammed doors yelled followed me out screaming. Do not recommend, I document for my records only when their behavior was off . That apparently made them made and the behavior worsened with threats to call the law. I even reflected back on the conversation astonishing to think they would behave in this manor with a civil conversation. Scared my dog half to death slamming doors. Lucking both my dogs been treated now in Hardee county no issues they where wonderful. This experience was odd at best.

Love this vet clinic!! The staff is very friendly and they truly care about our dogs, especially the one with health issues. They return calls promptly and fill prescriptions as requested that our little dog needs. They are reasonably priced and dont push extra vaccines over and above what the dogs require. Its definitely worth the nice country drive from port charlotte!!

Very unhappy with this vet. He was rude.. disrespectful and very nasty when asked questions. I would not recommend him. P.S. He is also extremely expensive.

Service was fast! Everyone I encountered was nice. I’m always nervous with my boy cause he’s scared of the vet of course but the vet tech made us feel really comfortable

Dr. Crankshaw and his team are amazing. This is the second time in two months that my troublemaker Basset Hound has swallowed something that he should not have. Dr. Crankshaw has gone above and beyond both times to save his life. I am so thankful for the Doctor and techs/office staff that really care about animals. Thank you so much!

Ever since I moved to Arcadia 4 years ago, my two beloved dogs, the late Shiloh, and my almost 4-year-old Howie, have been kindly, caringly and expertly cared for by Dr. Crankshaw and his skilled and knowledgeable staff. From Doc on down, you won't find a better group of people to lovingly care for, not only your beloved 4-legged, furry family members, but you as well. I've never been treated more gently or kindly than the day I knew the time had come to put my sweet, gentle Shiloh to rest. I was given all the time I needed to spend with him before walking away from him for the final time. Thank you, Dr. Crankshaw and every staff member present that day. You're all the very best!
