The front staff is extreme rude especially the employee, Teresa. It is unacceptable to be rude to customers when they have a dog emergency. If you are over booked, don’t take it out on the customers. I think you forget you are helping animals….

The veterinarian is excellent and caring. The place was very clean. They have a safer rabies vaccine that won't cause a severe adverse reaction as compared to other brands.

I refuse to take my dog anywhere else. They treat her like family and make us feel special each visit. Shadow loves her vet and all the techs here are great. Special shoutout to Jen at the front desk who works miracles to get us in when Shadow is very sick.

We had an incredible experience at VCA. The staff was kind, caring, and knowledgeable. We're so happy to have found people we trust to take care of our baby.

2 Doctors at this office told me my dog has Pyometra. Results came back from a specialist saying that was not the case at all. Then they tell me they still suggest i get my dog spayed to prevent cancers. I get on their care plan so that i can get the spay and when i try to schedule a spay they don’t let me. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else. Update: i have gotten better service. Their techs are very friendly and helpful. Update again: I was given a quote for a dental in the $300s so i agreed. I got there today they wanted to quote me in the $400-$500s. Its always something with these people. Ive worked at a VCA Animal Hospital in Lauderhill, FL and we never had issues like these. Im going back to Banfield.

Love this location! Have brought 6 dogs here over the years and they've always done great! From teeth cleaning to regular check ups. Fair prices and quick service. Couldn't ask for more!

They were able to see my cat last minute when he wasn't feeling well and even saw him again a few days later when he still wasn't eating. Thanks to the care he received he's back to his normal self. We'll be taking our pets here for all their needs!

Talking about customer service!! VCA has just received another client for probably the life of my Maddy Girl. My dog was seen for a sprain that effected her front right paw and the VCA crew was able to squeeze her in between other patients. When we sent home with instructions and medication for inflammation they call text three days straight to inquire about Maddy's condition and ensuring that her condition didn't worsen. Its all good news, folks!! If you have a pet and need a animal hospital, look no further.

Staff and Vet Extremely helpful, exams of my two dogs very thorough I'm very pleased and have scheduled their surgeries. I'm very confident my dogs are in good hands.

No nonsense! The employees and doctors were wonderful. They always answer the phone. They also actually follow up with you days later.

My family has been taking our pets here for YEARS and they are amazing. From the front desk staff, the techs, and Dr Maureen of course, we've yet to have a negative experience. I have an ancient cat and I call on a regular basis with questions and concerns (some warranted, some just me being overly protective) and while I always worry about being a pain in the ***, they never make me feel that way. And when i do have to bring her in, they're very thorough and treat her with great care. Highly recommend and won't trust my pets with anyone else.

We have only taken our dog here once, for an emergency situation. While they were not able to provide everything our dog needed, due to not being a specialist for oncology, they were so professional, very helpful, and very wonderful people. Responsive, sympathetic, and kind. I greatly appreciate their assistance and will gladly recommend this animal hospital to any and all family and friends in the area.

First visit was great!! Very friendly staff!! The wait was not long at all. And prices were very reasonable!! My fur friend didn't seem to mind her vaccines and was still smilling coming from the back.. Give them a try ...you wont be disappointed!!!

I'm so disappointed... Long story short, I was sent home with antibiotics for my cat without any testing done. His symptoms got worse as we got home and we had to return to the vet for x-rays when they should've been done already. I felt like they downplayed my cats pain as well. If I didn't return to the vet, we would've have known he had stones and he could've went into renal failure...

I give this clinic 5 stars because they allowed us to bring our dog in on a Saturday and we were not even a patient’s of the clinic. They really made me feel at home and they were thoughtful enough to see I was worried about my dog and took care great care of him. I would highly recommend this pet hospital.

Dropped my dog off to get her first check up after her adoption, and VCA took such great care of her.
