Dr.Alex takes time with you and makes sure all questions are answered. I'm happy to have him as my pups new doctor.

Love this place. Dr Alex is genuinely concerned about all pets and for each customer's comfort. Prices are very reasonable and much more affordable than other vets in the area.

Love the staff, everyone is so kind and helpful. Only problem is scheduling. They sent me a reminder for 11/21, wasn't even open. Never called to say sorry for the mistake. Reschedule for the next Sunday, so many people couldn't even get inside. So, now two appts wasted time. Looking for new vet. Love the doctor, disappointed in the service.

Dr. Alex is a great vet! He genuinely cares about our dogs, he remembers my wife and I everytime we come in, he answers all of our questions, and he's able to explain things in plain English so that we understand exactly what's going on with our fur babies. 10/10 would recommend.

I will forever recommend Dr. Alex to anyone and everyone. I had never met or been a patient of this office until just this week when I had an emergency with my fur baby. When my own Vet of many years couldnt get me in, Pet Xpert didn’t hesitate to get me in at that first phone call. They were fast, caring, inexpensive, and treated us like we’ve been apart of their family for years. Unfortunately later in the week our fur baby declined and once again I called Pet Xpert, again with no hesitation, they said “come in now”. Dr. Alex is a kind, compassionate vet. He does everything he can to help your pets. They have reasonable prices. He even stayed with our dog until he passed away because there wasn't much else he could do.

Dr. Alex and staff put my puppy and I right at ease from the beginning. Frenchie (my puppy Boston Terrier) get quite nervous around new people, but Dr. Alex was so warm and patient during the exam enough so that he received several kisses from Frenchie. He answered all of my questions and even gave me some great tips on taking care of my very curious puppy. If you want to go to a place that will make you feel welcomed and like family.....this is it!!!!

I took my dog there because she was having problems delivering puppies. They wouldn't take payments in stead they told me I had to release her to them or they wouldn't do anything for her. She was going to die. I offered to pay them 200 a month. So I had to say goodbye to my girl I had for 6 years. Then they wanted a donation

I have been bringing my animals to Dr. Alex for several years now, ranging from normal wellness exams, to euthanasia visits for the extremely sick ones, or just a regular bathing in between. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Alex or his staff and always recommend the practice to anyone in need of the best, most gentle and caring Veterinarian I’ve yet to meet.

Took 3 year old cat that became very lethargic and waited 2 days to get back lab results and Dr. was just guessing what was wrong i.e anti biotics lab results came back and a few hours later cat ran to bathroom where I was gave a loud scream fell over and died on the spot. Very poor diagnostic experience. I.e a good car mechanic does not need to take apart an engine only to find out a was a bad sensor.

Good vet. Staff is friendly. Just wish the lobby was cleaner.

The doctor was amazing. He was very patient and attentive to not only our German shepherd, but also to our children, whom had many questions and concerns. In addition, he taught them some cool tips and tricks.

Dr Alex is the best. He gets down on the floor with my big dog to fully examine him in his comfort zone. Staff is great. Convenient hours! This vet truly cares!!

I love Dr.Alex and his staff !! I have 4 fur babies one with allergies and one that is almost 15 that has health issues. The doctor and staff have always been very top notch when it comes to my babies, I myself am a very nervous person when it comes to my pets health and they work hard to ease my anxiety as well lol I used another vet before and it almost cost my pets life. I have never met more kind caring people , they do get hectic moments but they have always informed me if an emergency happens and it will take long . I won’t trade my experience with them , I know the staff hole pack is taken care of !!

Dr. Alex is always very compassionate. You can tell he really cares for animals. His staff is equally as sweet and competent.

I took my little babe here for some teeth extractions and a cleaning. They were so good to him and treated him so well. Im their prices are actually affordable! I would recommend and will go back.

When our dog Jack became mysteriously ill, we were terrified. Suddenly our otherwise healthy boy required a battery of tests and even days of hospitalization for fluids. Since this all began, Dr Alex, Jasmine, Bianca and Ruben have cared for Jack like he was their own family member. The Pet Xpert team has worked diligently to not only save his life but find the cause as well. We will be forever grateful for their kindness and utmost care of our furbaby and we will be loyal customers furever! There are simply no words to thank them enough!
