This store is superior to others. It is always spotless and everyone is so nice and helpful. The groomers there are top notch, the best in the area. Love this store !

We went to the groomer and our Princess Buttercup loved Kara! This was our first grooming ever but it was great. Pricing was reasonable and we left with a cute bandana and treats. The grooming was excellent, Buttercup smells so good and now her coat is very clean! We will definitely be back! ????????‍????????????

The staff here is very friendly and helpful! I wanted to make that clear before I posted this review. I purchased a baby bunny from this location on 8/19/21. I purchased everything they were feeding the bunnies in the store. On 8/20/21 the bunny stopped eating but continued to drink water and urinate. On the morning of 8/21/21 I took the bunny to vet because he was still not eating and no longer interested in water. The vet said he was underweight, dehydrated, and his abdomen was bloated. They put him in their ICU to give him fluids. Xrays showed he had GI disease called ileum. They tried to treat him but he passed away at the vet clinic. I'm sharing this so you dont have to go through what I went through. Buy a rabbit from a breeder with health certificates. I spent 700.00 on a bunny, cage, accessories, and vet bills to not have a bunny 3 days later. Pet supermarket did give me a full refund for the things purchased from them as well as the bunny but my family is traumatized from this whole experience.

Julie does such a great job on your nails, and pedicures. She really took her time and was very thorough. The establishment is very clean there was a young lady cleaning all the windows, doors, and jars of nail color. Thanks so much my nails look great. I will definetly be back.

Had my black lab buzzed for the summer since we live in Florida . Also had her bathed. The people there are SO NICE. They treat my dog very well and they are 5 minutes away so great.

I take my chug here to see Meara for baths & nail trimming. Always a wonderful service. Everyone is so nice! She’s very sweet with my woofer and he always leaves looking his best!!

Finding the right groomer for my baby has been stressful after having two bad experiences with different groomers in our area. I am so thankful to find Marlene. She listened to me and cut my 8 month old cavapoo exactly as I envisioned. I dropped Sammy off at his 12:30 appt and he was ready for to be picked up less than two hours later. When I picked him up Marlene held him as we talked and he didn’t even try to jump out of her arms towards me! I can’t tell you how happy I am to find this groomer! Thank you Marlene!!

I only buy my fish from them. They have never sold me a sick fish they give great service.

Since this has been here I've been lots of times, the staff know me and welcome me when I come in.

I went there to get my dog's nails done for the first time today.I've been unsatisfied with the big chain up the block for a while now. My friend suggested this place because his groomer Marlene had recently got an employed here. The ladies are courteous. I was a walk in. They weren't annoyed if anything they were gracious and courteous.I asked if I could go shopping at the grocery store next door and they said yeah I was fine. So I killed two birds with one stone.I looked at the dogs who were there getting haircuts. Usually big chains like this only know how to shave your dog bald.but one dog was getting shaved and another dog was actually getting a cut & style and looked good. My dog's nails were cut to perfection it's been a long time since my dog's nails were done right. She has back dew claws and those can be difficult. They cut it and they filed it right I am no way going to get scratched they did a good job. And every time I go in the store the staff always inquires to my needs. I want to thank the ladies who cut crickets nails today Y'all did a great job. My only regret is I didn't get the name of the young lady giving the dog a hairstyle cuz I want her to cut my dog's hair. The dog was getting antsy and she was so sweet and patient to the dog at the same time making the dog look pretty..

My ideal 5 star would have parrots flying over head and little puppy's runnin around freely, oh and a lama greeting you at the door, kittens at checkout to ease the cash out period. Meow

Small in comparison to others but quality staff. Clean and we'll maintained freshwater aquarium friends are found here. The kittens are adorable! Someone please come rescue Cici and Grasshopper. This store is my favorite.

The manager was very sweet and helpful. She really knew her stuff, and even owns the pets we needed info about. She let the kiddos hold one of the Conures, and that really made my son's day. Will definitely shop here more in the future!

My Furry babees love Kara the groomer. They take care of my babies until I pick them up... Always have our dog food we need. Love shopping at all Pet Supermarkets. Someone always answers the phone when I have questions.

The Assistant Manager (forget his name) is amazing! Everytime I go in there and he is there, he goes above and beyond to make sure I get what I need. The unit is clean and always well stocked too.
