Love this place. The staff was friendly and caring.

I was worried about leaving my unuttered pitlab rescue(Elvis) in boarding but i immediately saw Elvis warm up to Dhamari. I would highly recommend this place versus any Wag or Rover app. They live up to their 5 star standard.

It’s was the worst experience that I have with my son. After I took my dog to Pecas Grooming he is always shaking , so nervous. I do not recommend this place. The owner it’s so unprofessional.

I have a 14 year old small dog and the groomers at Pecas are amazing! My dog always look great and they don’t take 4-5 hours to groom like some other groomers I’ve been to. I highly recommend Pecas- they are very professional, friendly, and have a nice welcoming salon.

Super happy to find Pecas Grooming & Boarding. Dhammy is an amazing and kind groomer. Our Boba always comes out looking great and smelling clean. Can't wait to try their boarding service soon.

My wife went looking for a new groomer for our new puppies. The one we were going to was not providing the service level to the price, she found this place. After setting an appointment she took the pups in and spoke with them. This was their first grooming. Honestly they did a great job. The pups look great and was worth the price we were charged. We try to not rate a place after a single visit. We were so impressed she took our elderly dog who is a chow chow. She is not a fan of new people, she is not aggressive but she will bark and run from people. My wife took her in and they started working with her immediately. My wife came in and sat with our dog in the floor to give her time to acclimate. They spent time talking to my wife and letting our dog get comfortable. They even talked about doing part of the grooming today and the rest tomorrow to reduce the stress on her. We were fine with this, as the more time she is there the more she will get comfortable. We have taken her to multiple groomers in her life, she is almost 11. We always ask for a furminator treatment. Yet she always came home, and still get calls of fur when brushing her. They also ALWAYS left mats behind her ears, even when we asked to remove them. We would have to trim them out ouraelves. Well I had little hope for them to do any better. Pecas did wonderful. She came home and was not overly stressed, her fur is trimmed well and they even took care of the mats. They did so well on the furminator treatment that when she got home we didnt have the issue. She didnt need to be brushed out again. They are GREAT! Honestly, excellent work to value. They care about the animals and their work shows. A chow is not always the easiest breed to groom, and I am talking about their dual heavy and thick coats. They really impressed us.

My family were ready to start our planning for our 8 day Hawaii trip and a big concern for us was choosing the right boarding facility for our MAX who is 17 years old (Poodle mix) and who has never left our side. We found a GEM at Pecas Grooming & Boarding. It was our dog's I little vacation and spa treatment. The most exciting part was receiving little clips of a Happy doggy that brought excitement to my boys eyes and lots smiles as they saw how much fun he was having. I never felt so at ease after that knowing for sure my doggy was in great hands. The treat was how great he looked, smelled and happy he was when I picked him up after our trip. The staff was really accommodating and took seriously all his little needs. He will be back soon to Pecas Boarding because Max now has a home away from home Spa. Thank you so much for your care and professionalism. I couldn't be more happier, the WHOLE family was.

This place is the best groomer I've been to. I have 4 dogs that I'm very particular about their grooming and this groomer went the extra mile. This was the 1rst time but now I will be back. Prada ,Gucci,Creamy,and Princess thank you.

Dropped off my 11 month old Goldendoodle, picked her up and she looked like the photo. Instantly they said "she looked like that when you brought her in". While debating this they even mentioned "we thought asking about it". Lastly they offered to let me see their cameras as if this was a predetermined way of replying to this. Regardless. I have been here before and the first visit was awesome. All I know for sure is my dog did not look like this prior and now she does. She's been to groomers dozens of times. Now I have to go pay my vet for an exam and pray its nothing serious. Back to Wolfgang it it! Save yourself the headache. Oh, and wondering about the positive reviews? They are paid for reviews. You can see that by the fact current and previous staff have posted as if they were clients. Edit: We also specifically asked them to leave the tail and face doodly (scruffy) as we did the previous time. They left the tail bit ignored the face and fully cut it. :( EDIT2: Regarding the grooming, we had requests that were partially honored and partially ignored. I know it just sounds like we are bitter because of the eye but that is not the case, the groom was also subpar this time when compared to the same service from the same place in the past. It was not what happened it is how you handled what happened. It seems you were seasoned to this type of encounter as you immediately informed me that it was not there when I dropped her off and imminently offered to show us video. I had not even gotten to the point of thinking there was something that went wrong. I do now know that this is a common thing when dogs go to groomers on occasion. However still the way this was handled was not good. There are some other complaints I have about the groom itself but as to not make it look like I'm sitting here trying to dump on this business I will just leave it as it is. I will not be back. Also for the record we are very gracious people, it takes a lot before we complain about anything or write a bad review. I actually do PR for a living and deal with Google/Yelp/Facebook reviews all of the time. So I fully understand the importance of feedback. I am not here to just seek some kind of revenge on this business. They didn't maliciously do anything to me, but I am here to provide feedback to the public so all can be shared and maybe one day it can help someone. Edit3 Upon looking, the grooming job was also a mess. Added pictures pictures you yo judge yourself. I paid over $100 plus a vet bill. Edit4: Day 3 and her eye issue came back after seemingly going away. It was not like this before her grooming. Back to the vet for us.

I love Pecas! Since moving to Central Florida 5 months ago this has been my to go place for my Simba to get spoiled. They have always taken wonderful care of my Golden Retriever. Dhamy always does a great job grooming him and gives me feed back on how he did and if she noticed any issues with his coat, ears or paws. He smells so good and looks so cute every time! I also really appreciate that they don’t overbook so my dog is not caged up for hours waiting on his turn. Check this place out if you are looking for a nice, reliable, good groomer.

I have two Great Danes and since day one my babies have been well taken care of. I love that she communicates what she thinks is best because it shows me that she is concerned with what will be best for my babies as far as safety and attentiveness. At this point we've been an on going customer but right from the beginning she kept communication open by sending me video and pictures so I knew everything was OK. The staff is super sweet and it's definitely genuine and greatly appreciated.

The front desk did not understand English well.. gave attitude when I was specific about what I wanted.. was aggressive with another dog when she didn't think noone was watching. And lastly gave my dog fleas.and charged us to remove them but sent her home infested with them.. worst experience for my animal and for us that we have ever endured. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Will be reporting them.

Best service ever!!! This place was recommended by a friend, so I decided to give it a try. I took my dog for a treat since Winter is over and spring was skipped, what better way to embrace summer with hair cut and good shower. If you walk in just don't forget to ask for a discount. Save money is always good.

They did an awesome job on my dog Hansel. He looks so adorable. He was a bit of a handful because he was scared of the clippers but they did a great job and were very sweet so my pup wouldn't be scared.

I brought my 6 month old Husky for her first groomers appointment. Dhamy was very good with her, and I could tell Kira had fun when I came back to pick her up. She was excited to see me, but was also happy to get attention from Dhamy. It was also my first time at Pecas, and we will definitely become regulars after today!

Friday was my first time going to Pecas and I was very impressed. Dhamy was beyond nice and professional. Before taking my dog she interacted with her and asked what my preferences were for her haircut. At the time I arrived she was working on another dog and her interaction was very loving and gentle. I love the way my dog looks and the price was good and fair; better than other salons I have gone to. I have no doubts about returning. Thank you Dhamy!

This place was amazing! He has never looked so good! They did everything we wanted and all for 1/4 the price that we normally pay at PetCo. The lady there was super nice and friendly! They really love dogs! I highly recommend you come here! He was really happy too! He normally hates going to the groomers but this time he was so happy!
