After a crazy, awful experience at the Petco in Apopka, I was honestly hesitant to go to another Petco. But this one could not have possibly been more different. The people were actually pleasant and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me in any way they could. To answer any and all of my questions. They just had great attitudes and great customer service. I highly recommend this specific location.

Really clean and comfortable to shop in. There aren't sufficient store associates, but the few that they do have are super pleasant and helpful.

Actually I did not like the service I think he has a lack of professionalism for bathing the pets, I took my dog ​​and after 5 minutes they called me to tell me that I was stressed I explained to them on the phone that he was nervous for the bath, but that At one point he calmed down and I spoke with the manager of the place, but even so they did not want to bathe him and said no and no. That is not the way to act, they are supposed to be professionals in that matter.

Mary was SUPER friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in through checkout. She happened to be near me to answer a question I had when I was in the treat aisle, then walked me over to the dental area, then helped me get bday treats for my pup since my hands were tied. Above and beyond service. Don't lose her!

My dog used to love baths now he is terrified if i want to shower him it happened ever since i took him grooming with you guys. Not happy with the results.

Disorganized....dog toys are on every end cap and it is just not laid out well

Watever you do PLEASE do not take your dog to this petco to be groomed. They’re guaranteed to mess up! My yorkie had a full coat of perfectly fine hair. I told them 3 times to only trim him. The groomer left early because she knows she messed up!! She shaved my dog bald!! This is unacceptable and no apology or anything was given. I had no problem in paying for bath and nail clip but haircut should have been on the house wouldn’t you agree? I will keep posted. It’s not fair to have newly grads there cutting peoples pet hair. This is not anything to just brush under the table.

Knowledgeable, friendly, I got there 20 mins b4 closing, never been there and a young man that worked there said for that day only if you download the app and spend $60 you get $20 off. He didn't have to tell me, signed me up quick. Very nice visit. Clean, very easy to see and find things. Don't like a few other Petco's. I'll come here definitely.
