I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. Awesome vet and staff. My very fussy chi loves them. They clipped his nails, gave him a head to paw thorough exam, not a partial exam. He has a few issues to monitor; but I would rather find out now, while he is young.

Cold hearted people that only care about your money. I called to ask for help to put my son down after all this years of them taking care of him. Because of COVID I understand we all have to have safety protocols, most of the business are open and still follow safety guidelines! They are not willing to put a dog to sleep with you in the room. You have to wait in parking lot or come back another day to pick up remaining. How are you going to do that to your loyal customers? While other veterinarians have a room just for those type of cases, you have nothing for us. Which family member would leave their beloved pet alone on their last breath? If you are still afraid of COVID, why don’t you open an outside tent for this case and come outside in an astronaut suit to help your loyal customer that supported your business all these years? One thing I know for sure, Forest City Animal Cold Hearted Clinic won’t get one dollar from me and I will make sure all my customers will know about this. I used to send customers to you, now its going to be the opposite. Thank G-d someone told me about Laps of Love that would come to your house to give your beloved pet a respectful farewell! Shame on you Forest City Animal Clinic! Y you oí don’t value your clients, all you care is about our money!

Excellent staff , awesome doctors especially Dr. J. All of our animals absolutely love him . No issue too small , they'll take care of it .

I'm really great full to find this place for my pets they are really friendly they take care really good your pets like if there's, Dr.Arana did my doggie complicated surgery but he did the best to safe her I really appreciate everything they did for my baby girl they are 100% the best I recommend them to everyone who need a good vet

I took our 10 puppies and they were great. I brought my male dog here to have his eyes checked, and they fit him in almost immediately as an emergency. They scheduled the surgery for 2 days later for both eyes and I couldn't be happier. redness and cloudiness are gone, his eyes don't bother him, he can see, his eyes look great and are super clear. We now bring all 4 of our dogs here. Great prices, very informative and friendly.

We have only used this Vets office for an emergency situation unfortunately. From the first call, we felt very thankful to have found Dr. Joel and his team! Despite being fully booked for the afternoon, the receptionist recognized something sounded seriously 'off' with our kitty, Cecil. She spoke to Dr. Joel who agreed to examine Cecil between other appointments. We soon found out he was in a crisis situation and needed a procedure immediately. Dr Joel cared for his other patients & then stayed late to perform a procedure on Cecil after closing. He called later that night with an update & contacted us promptly every time we checked in. Outstanding care! ???????????????? After several days of hospital care, Cecil was ready to come home! The intake tech who did our paperwork, the front desk & especially Dr Joel - all gave compassionate, animal-centered, loving care. We are very thankful & impressed with the entire team! For as long as Dr. J. is practicing animal medicine, he will be the only veterinarian my pets will see. By far the most compassionate vet and staff that I have ever dealt with. Simply Amazing. ❤

I am a first time cat owner. I’ve taken care of cats before but this is the first baby that is all mine. Naturally, i was very nervous to bring my girl Celeste in, no pet parent wants to see their animal in pain and I definitely was worried she had something complicated. Not only was the vet super friendly and responsive he was so thorough and answered all of my questions with empathy and clear information. He made me cry with how sweet he was! He told me he could tell I was doing a good job and it definitely dissuaded my worries. I appreciate the fact that the vet is willing to look further into her symptoms to make sure to rule out any further issues. Thank you a million times. We just found our forever vet ! ❤️ PS: I’ve “shopped” around. The bill wasn’t an arm and a leg like other places, and for that reason as well we will definitely be coming back.

This is by far the best Vet I have ever been to. I appreciate the Dr. And Nurses for always taking in my little pet yorkie Leilani in with such patience and kindness. I am very over protective about my dog and have always been skeptic about going to vets. I appreciate the fact that my heart is at ease when i leave her in their hands. I am a happy dog mom. The absolute kindest people here. So grateful that they were willing to help us with our puppies while our vet was out sick. If we didn’t already have an amazing vet I wouldn’t hesitate to make them our primary. Also very much appreciated the precautions they took regarding covid.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for Dr. Arana and Vanessa. They saved my parvo puppy's life. They are absolutely the best vet. They truly care about the animals and the pet parents. They also are beyond reasonably priced. I am amazed at the love and care this clinic provides. If you are looking for a vet who truly cares come here! Seriously my baby would have died without them. Dr. Arana called me every day twice a day during my puppy's hospitalization. He called well into the night to give me updates. Thank you Dr. Arana and Vanessa you two are seriously a blessing. I really encourage everyone in the Orlando area to bring your pets here. I promise they will be in the best hands!

Dr. Arana and his staff are great. My beagle is 16 years old and when he was a puppy we saw the previous vet at this location; Dr Bloom. When Dr. Arana took over I was a bit hesitant but not after my first visit. Dr. Arana is a soft spoken intellect that genuinely cares for not only the animals but the owners as well. He is clearly very busy but never makes you feel rushed. During Covid his staff came out to my vehicle and carried my old pal, bed included, inside without me asking. The extra care did not go unnoticed. Within a short time Dr. Arana called my cell and identified himself as Joel... not Dr. Arana. I love that. Down to earth and makes you feel like family. I highy reccomend Forest City Veterinary Clinic.

Everyone is very nice, courteous and professional. The entire staff are excellent. Very knowledgeable. The doctor is patient, a real animal lover. He treats your pet as if it was his own and explains everything very thoroughly and really cares. My husband and I have 3 older cats and recently adopted 3 kittens. He was very gentle with them and concerned for their health. I highly recommend Forest City Veterinary. I give them 5 stars.

Everyone is so nice here. My dog gets excited to go to the vet. He literally jumped out of my arm to see the vet tech.

It would be great if every place was as protective of their customers as this place is. Real nice workers and the Veterinarian was very nice to talk to and took all the time needed to understand how my pet was and her needs. This was my 1st visit and plan to return when needed.

Forest City Veterinary Clinic and Dr Joel Arana, veterinarian, have been caring for our fur babies for over six years now. Dr J is one of The Most Compassionate people I've met! This Is the person that You Want Caring for your pets! His knowledge and experience are a great asset to you and your furry family's health care needs! And if he doesn't know something... He will say that, and then go research it, and then come back to help you and your family from there. He is very thorough, he provides a detailed exam and is very happy to educate us. As well as very open to alternatives that aren't in the mainstream medical field. He's studied acupuncture, herbal medicine, laser therapy and many natural remedies to support your pets needs. The dedication and commitment to your animal's well-being is obviously Very important to Dr Joel Arana! And the Entire staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, So kind and respectful to you, and your pets needs. It's a great Blessing for us, to have Dr Joel Arana caring for our family! Dr J and his staff are nothing less than living saints. The care and compassion that is shown for ALL their patients is unmatched. I have been taking critters to this location since I was a boy and Dr Bloom was at the helm. This Vet is a gift from God. Thats right, I said it. Gift. From. God. And Ellen is second to none. Great place to take your pet at a low cost

Dr. A is such a wonderful and caring vet, and I’m so glad we found him. You can really tell he loves animals and his job. My dog has some anxiety going to the vet, and Dr. A got on the floor with him to comfort him until he was more comfortable. It’s the little things like that that make you grateful. The office visits are always reasonably priced, and the admin and vet tech assistants are always so friendly, pleasant, and helpful. I am moving across town soon, but will certainly drive the 45 minutes to bring my pets to Dr. A because of the quality of service.
