Thank you for getting our beloved Meowzel Tov in quickly and for the care the entire staff showed.

I have two indoor cats that developed a flea infestation. We tried all otc remedies to no avail. We called to make an appointment, as my cats were really suffering, and they were booked two weeks out. So we made it work, no problem. In the meantime we treated our cats as best we could. The day finally arrived, and right as we’re going out the door, this office calls and says the vet has to cancel our appointment because she had an emergency. Meanwhile MY CATS WERE HAVING AN EMERGENCY THAT THEY ALREADY WAITED TWO WEEKS FOR! We will never make an appointment with these people again. Useless, time wasting, and dopey staff who can’t answer any questions. Overall, it seems like this office is just about making money off cat people while actually hating their jobs. Pathetic. 0/10. Do not pass go, do not collect $200.

This is just the best place! We’ve been taking our cats here for a year or so, and every time we have a very pleasant experience. Recently though, we have had more contact with them due to us moving and having lots of questions on how to do so with cats. I spoke with Stacy over the phone for a while and she gave me amazing advice. She knew I was moving away and therefore would not be a paying customer anymore, but still took such great care on the phone with all my questions anyway. It’s clear that the people that work here have cats, love cats, and are passionate about what they do. Couldn’t ask for anything better! The vet and all their staff have always been awesome. Thank you Stacy and thank you to this awesome staff!

I've only been a client for a short time, but I have a medically complicated cat. The vets at this practice are caring, helpful, informative and really great with pets and people! I'm glad that this practice was recommended to me and they are worth the 45 minute drive!

I brought my cat in for the first time the other day. I honestly believe the exclusive cat environment made "jelly bean" calmer and the employees were all so cat confident and kind - definitely a positive experience. I highly recommend!

Brought my almost 22 year old best fur friend Beckham here today for a quality of life check up as he's been having some old man issues. All of the staff here were so kind and incredibly sweet. Beckham is quite feisty and Dr Quest and the vet tech were able to quickly get him comfortably sedated for a thorough examination. That in itself was amazing as I've tried going to other vets who have just said they can't deal with him and to sedate him myself first. (Uhhhh right). I will need to wait for the end of the week for test results to see if he's healthy enough for an upcoming cross country move, but I feel more relaxed knowing he was examined here. He's now back home resting from the day. Totally worth the 1+ hour drive from Kissimmee. Thank you!

I love bringing my cats here. I love the fact that there's no barking dogs to upset my cat. I have been bringing my cat's here for twenty years now. Patty has also been there 20 years and is so knowledgeable friendly helpful and sweet, as is the rest of the staff. They keep you up-to-date and posted every step of the way. They also check after your cat gets home and really listens to how the cat is feeling and doing. I would definitely recommend this place!

What more can I say except AWESOME’. Almost 20 years I have been taking my fur babies here. Some no longer with me and Cat Hospital helped me through those sad times. My senior boy (18) Remy just had his annual plus ‘spa’ day. And once again the staff were excellent. Would recommend to anybody. You want the best - look no further. Oh and Patti is the best ????

The Cat Hospital saved my cat's life a few years ago & now that I've moved, I still drive over an hour each way to get the special care for my best feline friend. They are reliable, good quality and check on my older kitty when I go in for problems. I wouldn't trust her with anyone else!

The Cat Hospital team & Dr. Quest showed unmeasurable compassion & willingness to help save a little 6 week old stray kitten found at my work on death's door yesterday at almost their closing time! This baby was so sick and not once did Dr. Quest give up on him. After receiving excellent emergent care peppered in with a lot of love, our little guy perked up and made it through the night! My heart is filled with the deepest gratitude for their help and saving our newest family member.... named Rufus! I would recommend them to anyone looking for the puuuurfect team to provide excellent care and most importantly love for your beloved feline friends. Thank you again!

They are pretty busy so it can be hard to get an appointment but if you can, they are so good. They are kind and patient, explaining everything in an intelligible manner. I have literally never been treated so kindly by a vet and I have been to a few. Right now, they are doing curbside treatment due to Covid but they have their flow down and it's a super easy process!

2021 Review This is an update to my 2020 review. I still highly recommend The Cat Hospital of Orlando for all of your pet care needs. The staff and veterinarians are AWESOME and pricing is clear and reasonable. Due to COVID they have implemented curbside intake. You pull into a parking spot, text the staff that you have arrived and list in the text message which service and supplies you need. A veterinarian technician comes to your car to get your cat(s). You may be asked to either wait or come back to pickup your pet, and they check you out curbside as well. Easy painless process. 2020 Review The veterinarians and staff are AMAZING! I have been taking my cat Calliope to the Cat Hospital of Orlando since 2019. I used their boarding service while I traveled to Dallas for a conference. It just so happened that it was time for Calliope's annual exam and vaccinations, so I was able to kill two birds with one stone. They took excellent care of her and are extremely clean. In January 2020 Calliope needed a dental cleaning and extractions. The intake process was simple and I knew what to expect beforehand which allowed for a smooth surgery. The pricing was spot on which was appreciated so there were no surprise charges later. Calliope's recovery was excellent. What I appreciate the most about the Cat Hospital of Orlando is that they always call to make sure she is doing well after each visit. I highly recommend the Cat Hospital of Orlando to anyone looking for a safe and caring veterinarian office for their cat.

one of the worst experiences I have dealt with as far as customer service goes. my cat and I will do better at any vet other then this one. the front staff is rude and borderline disrespectful. I can't believe I wasted my day off going here. don't make the same mistake!

I called to see if it would be at all possible to find a remedy for my cats allergies and I was placed on hold l, then hung up on. that should have been the first clue but I called back and spoke to someone who literally did not even listen to my concern and then proceeded to tell me I needed to take my cat to another vet. I don't know what kind of business is being run here but thank GOD I did not waste anymore time or money dealing with them.

Love this cat hospital. I really appreciate the communication and the updates they provided me while my cat stayed overnight for an IV treatment. It's pretty obvious everyone enjoys what they're doing and honestly cares about treating my cat with love.

They took excellent care of my very nervous Brooke! The place is very clean. I will bring my other cat at the end of the month. They even let me be in the room with Brooke. Thank you.
