We are so grateful for Dr. Shen and her team! We have a very vet-phobic dog who requires a lot of patience, TLC, and knowledge. Under their care he seems to be having much more positive experiences with vet visits. Dr. Shen is extremely professional and makes me feel confident in her ability to care for our dog. She is professional, highly intelligent and competent, and seems to genuinely care about the work she is doing. Thank you guys so much!

Although she did advise they were booked she took the time to help me find alternative places even provided me recommendations of respectable Vets in my area. They are so wonderful with my elderly girl. I’ve used them since she was 8 because she hates cars. She loves seeing them every time .

This was the best vet visit my dog has had in almost 13 years! Everyone was so friendly and professional! And the convience of coming to the house is amazing! Fantastic experience. Would highly, highly recommned!

They were very kind and responded to my emergency need. My precious dog Lou Lou has been declining and knowing I have them when the time comes which takes so much stress off. I am very picky about who touches my babies. Having medical knowledge makes me a terribly patient mommy. Highly recommended and I will be using them for my other sweethearts as well. Now if I can just get them to accept my husband as a patient will be all great shape.

These people don't answer their phone. Called twice and left a voice mail. Two days later and still no courtesy to call back. Can't understand what kind of business they are running(or expect to) by ignoring new clients whos pets are in need of care. But I did find a great new vet so thank you.

This was such an excellent experience! We recently had a stray come into our yard and with a little love and food, he made this his new home. Thanks to the patience of the vet tech (I forgot to ask her name!) we were able to get him into the carrier and out to the truck for the exam. Paws Around Town will definitely be my new vet for both my old cat and our newest furry family member!

Dr. Graves and her team are wonderful! They truly love animals - there was no question that they would come out to examine 5 strays that I took in who at that time definitely didn't like strangers. One left claw marks on my slate table trying to get away. The Paws Around Town team didn't get upset for the cats acting like cats who are fearful. They treated them with kindness and understanding. It has been 3 years now and the cats have been won over with Dr Graves and her team. They may not seeing her but they let her treat them. Dr. Graves and her team also listen to you and will go above and beyond to help you have the options that will work for you and your family which I really have not had in 23 years of kitty parenting. So if you are looking for a great vet and vet team look no further.

Love the convenience of having an option for my pets to be examined and cared for at our home without having to put them through more discomfort with a drive. I appreciate the teams clear, friendly communication and that they show tenderness with my pets.

Paws Around Town came to my rescue! My dog is extremely skittish about people and I couldn't take him to his normal vet. The Paws Around Town team was the best. They were so gentle and patient with my maniac shepherd. They were able to give a full exam at my house. They drew blood and everything! The Paws Around Town team were the first vets that didn't have to restrain my guy! Paws down the best vet experience!

I had called Paws Around Town because my loving pup was very sick and had to be euthanized. We wanted her to be comfortable and not leave home. Dr. Martin and team were so wonderful with my 6 year old fur baby! She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly has a deep love for animals, she made my normally skittish boy very comfortable during his exam. I would highly recommend Paws Around Town to anyone who has an animal that's afraid of crates, travel, or strange environments!

Five stars are not enough to say how great Dr Jessica and her staff are with my pet. From the minute I called to set up my appt to saying goodbye to them my pet and I had an A1 experience. My pet was cared for with compassion and was treated like their own. The attention they showed while treating my cat was top notch service. I felt at ease with strangers coming inside my home because they respected my home and they left as friends. I will always recommend Paws Around Town for all your pet needs. We have had an excellent experience with Paws Around Town for my two cats! They are friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. They know my pets so well and always take time to give them some love during the visit. They go out of their way to reduce their stress.

Paws Around Town is highly recommended by me! My dog, Beau, hates the vet. He will not let them touch him. I've taken him to 3 different vets and all of them were very stressful and time consuming. I love these people! They came to my hotel room and took care of my corgi. Got him feeling better overnight! The staff were very kind and answered all my questions.
