Graylyn Crest Animal Hospital Wilmington, Delaware

I have been going to this place (Grayln crest) along with their sister locations ( Talleyville and windcrest) throughout the years they have failed in regards to the price you pay and quality of service your pet(s) receive. Highly do not recommend to ever leave your pet alone in their care… this review isn’t based on one occasion… it is based on many years and multiple times of disappointing service. Don’t be like me and forgive them through out the years and continue to let them torture and neglect your pet behind closed doors. When you notice the care your pet has received and confront them, it’s like hitting a brick wall, You already paid them, they got your money and sad to say… that’s all they care about.

This vet has been great. They are very knowledgeable and seem like they really care about the animals that they see. I would highly recommend Graylyn Crest Animal Hospital.

I unfortunately lost a beloved pet due to complications of surgery. The team we interacted with was nothing but lovely, classy, and professional. I know my pet received the best care. Thank you for all you did for my baby.

They quoted me $75 just to get a checkup for my kitten and an additional $230 for a single x- ray... so I took my kitten to Middletown where it is $50 for a check up and $110 for a single x- ray. Graylyn says "non- profit" but their doctors are most likely still making a pretty penny. I hope they're worth it to anyone who goes there

I took my cat here for an ear infection. The staff was very kind, friendly, considerate, and gentle. Both the doctor and the pother staff did a wonderful job of explaining to me what was going on with my pet and treated her as if she was their own pet. I could tell they knew what they were doing and seemed very experienced. I called for a follow up question a day or two later and they were clear and helpful then as well. I will definitely be taking all my pets here from now on!

Everyone was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to really explain everything to us and seemed to genuinely care about our pet. Would 100% recommend.

Dr Wilkerson and the staff take great care of our 8 year old cat. Recently, he had periodontal surgery at Graylyn Crest but after a few days is back to his old self. We trust them implicitly.

Doctor and wonderful employees spent a whole hour with my 14 yr old cat. They were kind to him as grumpy as he was. They addressed all issues, went above and beyond. The doctor gave me relevant education and answered all my questions. Probably the best vet visit Grayson and I had in 14 yrs. ????

They where great with moe

Extremely overpriced. I walked out feeling bamboozled. Went in for a simple ear infection and left with an outrageous bill. Then after almost a 200 dollar bill, I was informed that she needed a recheck in 2 weeks and that would cost me another 52 dollars. My dog has always struggled with ear infections. We have lived in multiple states and have never been charge for a simple recheck. Never again. Buyer beware.

They know what they're talking about and make you aware of what needs to be done asap . Very friendly staff ???? vet tech Lindsay is wonderful and very knowledgeable! Doctor Wilkerson is awesome and rather funny ! Highly recommend this place to take all your pets even exotics !!

The doctors and staff are knowledgeable, kind, and caring. The exams are very thorough and they take time to answer any questions or concerns. Ruby and Roy especially love to see Lindsay on their visits.

Dr. Wilkerson has saved the lives of one of my parrots and one of my dogs. Two other vets failed to diagnose them properly. My 13 year old malamute would have been dead 1.5 years ago if he didn't find her enlarged spleen. He is attentive, caring, very patient, and knowledgeable. I have had pets my entire life and he is hands down the best vet we have ever had. I have heard that people drive from VA to bring their pets to him. I have heard that pet owners have followed him as he moved around to different locations. We currently drive 40 minutes to bring our pets to him. He is worth the drive because we know that we are getting the best possible care for our furry/feathered children.

Words can not express the love, compassion, and dignity Dr.Jennifer Dawkins and Dr. Wilkerson and the great staff at Graylyn crest animal Hospital provided my family with. The most difficult part of our life was saying goodbye to our lovely boy Kodi. We were surrounded by them all with the comfort and support at the end of his precious life you made our family your family as you always have. Then days later our precious Hannah took a turn for the worse and after exhausting every avenue to keep her well we had to say goodbye to her it was the most harrowing month of our lives to say goodbye to two dogs but the GREAT STAFF of everyone at Grayling crest make it so much easier for us to bear the pain. After many years of my animals being taken care and they were sick babies for a long time we knew they lived this long because of the care and love they received. If I could give them 100 stars I would. ????????????????

The vet and assistant are wonderful with my two dogs.

Had to put my dog down because she was suffering. They were great with helping my dog feel good and letting me stay with her until she died. Even though was a ruff moment , it went better than I had ever hoped for.

Dr Wilkerson spent a lot of time examining and explaining everything to me. He really cared about my dog.

We recently had an appointment for our dog and our cat. We received some devastating news, which the doctor delivered with true care and compassion. We were not rushed through the appointment; our questions were answered with patience and understanding. Shortly after, we returned because we needed to have our sweet girl put to rest. The team could not have been more understanding in helping us deal with one of the most difficult things we’ve ever had to do. I can’t thank them enough for helping us through this. I understand prices can be high, etc., but they truly came through for us when it mattered most. Besides true loving care for our fur babies, they delivered true care to our family. I apologize for not remembering everyone’s names...you are all wonderful!

Way overpriced for the services they offer. Friendly staff, but not affordable. Will be taking my pets elsewhere.

A wonderful place to take my four legged family member. As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted with a friendly face. They really care about animals and take the time to understand what is going in order to provide the best care they can.

I didn’t get the best vibe from Dr. Bell and I feel like they overcharge. I also am going on day three with no call with the results of a $50 test, that could determine if my dog is sick.

The staff is very friendly, I came in with a dog I found on the road, they were able to find out he was microchipped. They helped reunite him with his family.

There has to be at least 7 vets in the area, most closer to me that Graylyn Crest or Windcrest but there’s a reason why I would always choose this office. Everyone here cares about your pets. The doctors are thorough, they take their time and they explain everything to you so you know what’s going on with them. People complain that they’ Expensive but you get what you pay for. If you want the best care for your fur babies, this is where to go. I have and will continue to recommend them to all my pet parent friends.
