The volunteers and staff are fulfilling a wonderful mission with reduced staff and are truly exemplary individuals. Please exercise patience and empathy while they continue to perform their mission!!

I recently went for a vet appointment. The nurse was very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor, I believe it was Dr. Sweeney, is the sweetest veterinarian. She answered all my questions and was so informative. I’ve never felt so comfortable talking to a doctor! I was also so surprised when they came out of the appointment to let me know how good Luna (my cat) did. I thought she was going to be a terror! The one downside was the experience with the front desk. The older woman was on the phone while the two younger girls were just sitting on their phones laughing. I don’t know if maybe the front is run by volunteers? But it was weirdly unprofessionally and I felt awkward in the lobby.

It was nice to see animals running around and not in cages.

My family and I wanted to adopt a dog but they refuse for us to look at the dogs because of COVID restrictions which makes no sense since the lady in the front didn’t have any mask on ???? what a joke by the way all if us are vaccinated and had our mask on. I feel like they’re hiding something not good costumer service. Makes no sense I’m guessing they don’t want the dogs to get adopted?

this place takes amazing care of every animal that comes to them! i just rescued 1 year old leroy and i couldn’t be happier to have my new best friend❤️

Friendly, kind, loving environment. They really do want the animals to be placed in wonderful homes. They did a great job helping my Uncle find a feline companion. After almost 2 weeks they are learning more about each other and their trust for one another is growing nicely. Also they let my Uncle borrow a carrier to get her home.

It would take a book to list all the great things they do for fur babies

After looking at many places trying to find the right forever friend and being worried that a new cat would not get along well with an energetic dog, not only did they take time with us and offer feedback on which they think would be most compatible they made sure we were comfortable well. Understanding the concerns that we had they offered foster to adopt and advice on how to introduce the new cat to the current pets. They have great people and great pets that would love some attention. If this place is anywhere near you I would highly reccomend checking it out.

I've had a great experience here on my first and second visit. The staff is friendly and the Dr came out and discussed everything to me in detail. She was awesome. So happy I found this place. Also... The prices are extremely fair!!!

Odd hours but great vet services and they are treating my fosters wonderfully.

I believe Faithful Friends genuinely cares about animals. I wasn't happy that I wasn't able to walk through and look at the dogs that were available for adoption. I just had a sense they were hiding something. I am fully vaccinated and had a mask on. What was the problem! I am very disappointed with their process with the general public. I only got to see the dog they wanted me to see. I was there to give a dog a forever home but they stpped that!

I currently foster Feral kittens through FF and I have to say they are absolutely amazing. If you want an animal that is loved thoroughly daily come here! No one else compares

Years ago we took our pitbull "DIAMOND" here, and she was very sick cause if u don't have your female fixed they can get something from having to many heats I forget what it's called, but they said we caught it, so we made an appointment to get her fixed once and for all, so this wouldn't happen again!!! Well they told us the surgery went well and she is just tired from the sedative. Once it wares off she'll be back to normal!!! Well she was butchered during the surgery. The cut should of been a lil incision which it wasn't a lil incision it was a huge incision which told me they had complications during the surgery and told me everything went well!!! First off it didn't go well at all!!!! Idk why they just didn't tell me we had complications and it spread and we had to make a bigger cut ect ect ect... they lied to me and said everything went well when it clearly didn't!!! That is the only gripe I've had with Faithful friends, but overall they are about your pet and they do help when they can!!!

Great place, great people!!! Got my two best buds there (April 2018). Two brothers Mash(now Pro V) and Dash (now Putter) who are, as seen in the pics, still attached at the hip and love the dishwasher!!! So glad I kept them together!! They are now North Carolina cats and love laying in the sunshine!! They are so happy and I’m glad I could give them a forever home. Thanks !!!!!

I've been here perhaps twice for care. On each instance, I was told the root cause of problem for my pet but no treatment (ex. medication) was provided until I asked for it... I realize that this organization works on donations. I give items or money when I can. The practice of not providing actual treatment is odd.

Rescued my dog there. My dog is amazing, I don't know what I would do without her! But the information they told me about her was not correct,like her age she is obviously younger then they said. They said shes not good with other dogs, the problem with pits is they are VERY protective of they're owners and kids,, and get very jealous, that's why pits will attack other dogs. They get vicious real quick if they fear for they're owners or if another dog gets too much attention from their owner. Remember that if you decide to get a pit mix. But they're the best, most loyal and loving dogs you can have. She is wonderful! Also use vet services. Had my dog sedated and had nails done. They were great with her and my anxiety. I purchased non toxic nail polish an asked if they would paint her nails while she's out,, they wouldn't do it. That was disappointing.I love her so much though! A very sweet and lovable pit mix. She's got quite a following on social media too! See her videos and reels on Instagram. Ethical not getting paid, just for fun, but there cute! Her name when I got her was mommas because her nipples were sagging so bad from having litter after litter. I fattened her up,spoiled her rotten, changed her name to Baby,because that's exactly what she is.????

I can't say enough about how great the staff was with me. I now have a new angel furr baby his name is Buddy. He picked me.

Applied for a male dog and was denied adoption bc I had a MALE dog that was not neutered. Instead they’d rather keep them caged up for weeks at a time. Don't recommend.

Great shelter for abandoned animals. They will work with you to place a new addition to your home.

Had my akita spayed, great customer service, text them for fast response.. she went in at 930am, i picked up at 1230pm..super fast, awesome service.A+ rating..Now my big baby is recovering..

Used to have reasonable prices, but slowly getting to prices of a normal vet

They told me I couldn’t adopt a cat because I didn’t have a job… but I’m self employed. I would never recommend!!!! RUDE PPL
