The customer service is above average, the check-in is quick and easy. My dog was groomed according to what I asked. Overall my expectations were met and I will recommend their services.

They did a great job with my 7 month old Corgi! He hates getting his nails clipped but they loved him and took great care of him.

This grooming establishment is so very caring. They listen to your concerns about your dog's needs and handle your pup with love. After grooming my Sophie, a 13 year old Shi Tzu, looks beautiful with a soft fluffy coat and a just right haircut. Thanks for taking care of my Sophie!

Everyone here is very friendly, down to earth, and helpful! Our pup loves going to run around and burn off some steam while we're at work.

I needed a last minute vaccination appointment for my dog. They got me in the same day and were super professional and accommodating. Very smooth visit esp for an anxious pup.

I brought my dog into Heart and Paw for an evaluation for Dog Daycare. The receptionist was friendly, but when she asked what her breed was and I said a pit mix, she was quick to go back to get the evaluator. Then the evaluator lady came out and explained she was going to take my dog into the play room and see how she interacts with a few dogs at a time. Looking through the window, she seemed to be her normal self- high energy and wanted to play with the other dogs instantaneously. Keep in mind, she’s attended play groups at several other places which she has never been a problem at. After about 10 minutes the woman came out with my dog and told me that she did not pass the evaluation. She continued to tell me that my dog seemed too aggressive around the other dogs and seemed to make other dogs “uncomfortable” which is definitely not what I saw at all. She then asked me if my dog was a pit mix and if she has ever had interactions anywhere else with other dogs. I said yes and when I told her where, she said “oh to be honest, ___ isn’t the greatest place to take your dog”. That made me pretty annoyed because it’s actually one of the top rated dog places in the area and I’m only not taking her there because it’s out of the way from my new job. She then said to me “you can try again in a few weeks with us to see if she’s changed”. I politely said no thank you and as soon as I walked out the door I was instantly tears for several reasons: 1) Anyone that has met my dog knows she has a lot of energy, but is very sweet and never aggressive around anyone or any other dogs. 2) The woman had the nerve to bash another dog place that is actually one of the top rated in the area (I only found this through a Google search, not by anyone I know) 3) She also had the nerve to say ‘if she changes’ when my dog shouldn’t have to change who she is. 4) It was not fair at all on how one can be so quick to say my dog isn’t a good fit after only 10 minutes, especially when I’ve taken her to do full day evaluations before and she’s gotten great reports. All in all, I did not have a positive experience and would not recommend this place. Just because she is part pit and has high energy does not automatically make her an outcast from other dogs, especially in a play setting. I am going to continue to look elsewhere and know there are definitely better places out there that will love my dog for who she is and not judge her off her breed and energetic temperament.

Quanita Thompson was my stylist. My cockapoo Abby made an instant connection with her relieving a concern that I had about leaving her. She went into the grooming room rough and shaggy and came out looking like a puppy. I highly approve of Quanitas work.

It was a great experience. My cat was nervous about the vet trip now because she had a really bad experience from an emergency trip recently. The doctor and the nurse were patient and helpful and did their best to calm down my cat. The staff were very friendly and had everything ready when we visited. It’s also really easy to make appointments and change appointment. The staff responded really fast. Recommend for everyone!

Today was our first visit with Heart + Paw. The staff was welcoming, informative and we will be returning with our boy, Onyx’s, care. We also made a visit to Giggy Bites for treats. Thank you for all of your guidance!

Having a reactive dog, I recently was looking to switch vet offices to find someone who could give my dog the time to feel comfortable during her visit. The Heart + Paw office in Glen Mills absolutely blew me away. The office was clean, updated, and not overwhelming. The vet and nurses let my dog go at her own pace and it was a successful visit. I would definitely recommend Heart + Paw if you have a reactive dog that needs some TLC when seeing the vet.

We were confused after we called. When I inquired about an appointment, I was told that they were months away from any available openings. Then when I inquired about one of those openings I was told "I don't think we are excepting new clients". When I hung up the phone I was completely confused as to what just occurred.

Friendly staff, Vets and techs are great with the animals. Gentle, patient handling, which my very anxious Great Pyrenees is grateful for. Love the grooming services as well, and can usually get an appt. within a reasonable amount of time.

We are thrilled with the caring and knowledgeable staff at this facility! Everyone was very friendly, and showed utmost concern for our pup as he went in for play evaluation. Buford was nervous, but the staff gave him only comfort and no pressure as he went in cautiously. They then slowly introduced him to other dogs in a manner that kept all dogs safe & obviously happy. They knew who to introduce first, and before we knew it our pup was happily playing with lots of different sized dogs. We are extremely happy with the cleanliness there as well. We look forward to seeing our dog enjoying himself here again soon.

We love Heart + Paw - Glen Mills! They are all the most caring, and compassionate animal care facility around. Our family uses both daycare, grooming (thank you, Helen) and vet care so we know first hand how amazing this place is. In fact, one of our dogs, Finn, has a major crush on Ashley so much so that we have a hard time getting him into our car at pick-up time. From the incredible staff - Randy, Jen, Justin, Tara, Ashley, Marina, Matt, and George, etc., and all the great on-site docs, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking such great care of our fur babies! This is a place without a doubt we truly trust wholeheartedly! ❤️❤️❤️

We love Heart+Paw in Glen Mills. They take such great care of our dog and two cats - both on the vet side, the daycare side, and grooming. They are so friendly and really seem to love our animals as much as we do.

Nicole always does an amazing job. My dog can get nervous in new environments, but she always takes great care of him. He comes out a very happy pup after his groom. I highly recommend Nicole and Heart and Paw.
