Lianna did a wonderful cut for our dog and did exactly what we asked. Groomer (Lianna) was very gentle and caring

I love going to this store! The staff is always nice and knowledgeable. The shelves are always stocked. I never have a problem finding my senior dogs food. The groomers are great as well. They handle my dog great and she always looks fantastic when she’s done. No complaints on my end with this store.

Don't go here if you want an animal, the adoption agency that they subcontract to is a nightmare. Buy any supplies from chewy it's easier and cheaper anyway. Also awful traffic from the target next door.

If you want ur pet groomed do not go to pet smart. We take our sheepadoodle puppy to go get a groom, and he comes home looking like a grey hound. Definitely do not recommend

PetSmart in Glen Mills is typically under staffed. The lines at the registers can get long due to this. They have a good collection for guinea pig items, but they quickly run out of stock on important stuff like hay. The employees are very nice though and will ask you about your animals. Due to being the only pet store within 15 minutes, I will be returning.

The Glen Mills store is well stocked, neat and tidy, and everyone working there were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed shopping there and will come back.

PetSmart is the best for finding out information when you're trying to adopt a dog. Very good having the supplies you need for your animals. The best.

I went to purchase fish today for a big tank aquarium I already own that was empty and was deterred to purchase any fish i was interested in by a staff member. Not to mention I spotted and pointed out multiple fish that were dead in tanks.. I am very disappointed that I was deterred away from what I wanted but there were dead fish that were not even noticed.

Just about everyone that works there is super cool. I'm 100% sure they don't hire anyone that isn't cool. They have a wide selection, organized products, and I saw a cat on a leash today.

Took my pup to get groomed twice now by Olivia. She is the absolute best! My dobie can be a handful at times when it comes to anything water related (he thinks he will melt or something) or getting his nails done. Olivia has the patience of a saint because she gets the job done. My pup comes back with all his nails cut, super clean, and loose fur free. She really takes her time brushing to get all the loose fur off. Highly recommend Petsmart grooming at the Concordville location!!!
