We love bringing our Belgian Malinois, Panda here for monthly ozone acupuncture to treat an old ACL injury. He loves coming into the facility and they treat him as if he is their own pet. Panda is usually afraid of the vet but he is not one bit afraid of the Animal Wellness Center. We recommend Dr. Rose to anyone who is considering ACL surgery to first try the acupuncture, it’s worked wonders for us and is covered by our pet insurance!

Dr. DeVila is so kind and friendly. She speaks to your pets as if they are her own. She has great energy and my dog loved her which is the first veterinarian my dog ever loved. My dog is going to be 9 years old.

Within moments of meeting Dr. Rose DiLeva, I knew we were in the right hands. Her passion for holistic medicines and how the body fights cancer is comforting. She is elegant in the way she speaks and explains techniques so that you're able to understand how it fights disease. We are blessed to have found found doctor who is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. The staff at Animal Wellness a Center can not go without mention! Those who answer phones, greet animals and assist in the care of my baby ???? were so very kind and comforting. This is a special place. Thank you!

I took my fur babies to Dr. Diliva to get the best holistic health care for them. Dr. Diliva detected a heart murmur which had not been discovered previously--this probably saved her life. Great doc & staff--highly recommend!

I've had dogs my whole life and I've become very disillusioned with conventional veterinary medicine. Dr Rose is a godsend. State of the art holistic treatment. My pupper has had excellent results and we will continue with her healthcare here.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Rose. She saved my dogs life! We came to her with an “end stage liver disease” diagnosis from a well known vet hospital in the area. I had been going there for months and it seemed all that was happening is my dog was being put on more and more meds and was not getting any better. I was losing my sweet pup, she was on her death bed, literally. After I was referred to Animal Wellness Center, I saw a change in the first 3 days. We since have gone weekly for Ozone Rectal Insufflation and have been giving my pup special herbs, oils and a special Liver Tincture daily ( all from Dr. Rose office) She is no longer on “meds” the old vet gave her and we now feed her a raw diet. Today her blood test results came back normal!!!! This was never in my mind before going to see Dr. Rose. I really thought my pup was going to die, she was not herself and fading fast. Until you Dr. Rose saved her life! Thank you Dr. Rose! I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am. Thank you thank you thank you!!! You’re the best!

We went to have our Cat, Sophie checked for a sore paw and to have her nails trimmed. Just for that first visit, I was impressed and will be taking her back in 3 weeks. Seems like I will be continuing to take our Sophie there.

We credit Dr. DiLeva with saving our beloved kitty. She was only 6 years old when she suddenly stopped eating. We took her to our traditional vet, who suggested it was lymphoma, and recommended an expensive and invasive biopsy procedure, which would have cut our already suffering kitty open from stem to stern and not actually treated her in any way. A second opinion from another traditional vet recommended the same procedure. We were beside ourselves and didn't want to put our kitty through that trauma. My best friend suggested I look for a holistic vet in my area after being pleased with the holistic treatments for her terminally ill dog. I found Dr. DiLeva through a web search, and have never been more grateful. She did a blood test that was able to confirm with a high degree of probability that our kitty did indeed have lymphoma, and suggested an alternative treatment of high doses of Vitamin C through a series of infusions, as well as a change in diet and some tinctures and herbal treatments -- all for about the same cost as the biopsy! Dr. DiLeva allowed me to sit with my kitty during her infusions, which was so reassuring to both my kitty and me! We began seeing some results almost immediately, and I'm writing this today, a year and 2 months later... my kitty acts like a kitten again: jumping and playing and chasing chipmunks and birds from window to patio door to other patio door. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Dr. Rose has to be the most knowledgeable veterinarian I've ever taken one of my pets to. She is worth the hour plus drive we take to go see her. Our pets actually enjoy their time with her, so it's never a fight we get there. She takes time to explain everything, and really listens to your questions or concerns. She is by far the best vet in the area, by far!

It took me 3 years to find an outstanding veterinarian like Dr. Rose! I stay informed after what I been through with my cavalier Charlotte and my 2 goldens who I lost to cancer. It's most definitely a weight lifted off my back when a doctor is bringing up the same exact stuff that I was so concerned about...that other hospitals I been to didn't seem to understand let alone accept including documented research studies. But Dr. Rose stays updated on everything! She genuinely cares about the well-being of your animal. Anywhere else they want to convince you to do things that will ultimately jeopardize the longevity of your pet for money. I had issues trusting vets but after I found Dr. Rose I can say with absolute confidence that Charlotte has a new veterinarian now. I saw some negative comments about her prices and to be honest her prices are about the same as anywhere else except she genuinely wants your pet to do well and that to me is priceless! Before I found Dr. Rose I was a client at one hospital for over 12 years and I learned the hard way that they only pushed things on me because they wanted to make a profit at a later date. No vet with integrity would push something that would jeopardize the health of your pet long term. My former hospital did not fill me in on the full repercussions from getting my dog fixed prematurely or how bad it was to overvaccinate him because they knew down the road they would make money off of it. I lost 2 dogs almost 3 from that hospital but I don't have to worry about that at Animal Wellness Center because Dr. Rose practices veterinary medicine with integrity.

I went there for Acupuncture for an old dog losing the use of his hind legs. She was prompt and very caring for the dog. She did it for a number of visits and the dog has been getting better when conventional vet specialists had given up. I am a scientific researcher myself, with advanced degrees and run a successful business.

I went to this vet after seeing two others and determining my dog had a torn ACL. I went there looking for Acupuncture but The receptionist told me about a treatment they did called cold laser Therapy which might benefit his condition. I showed up and they offered to begin that day. While I waited I overheard her diagnosing another dog with Anaplasmosis. When she saw us she asked if he had been tested for Lyme, I said no but I wondered if it was a possibility with swelling my dog had experienced. She proceeded to diagnose him as welll with anaplasmosis and recommend two herbs. One for “ tendons and ligaments” and one for “ Lyme disease” in addition to a supplement which a previous vet had already given me in another form. She told me her form was better and more “absorbable”. I said I wouldn’t buy it because I still had some and they were chewable and he liked them. Also, since I already had doxycycline from a previous vet prescribing it “ in case” he had an infection, I did not take them Up on the doxycycline she was prescribing for the anaplasmosis, because her bill had already come to 300 odd dollars and I wanted to finish up the existing prescription before buying another. When I returned for the second round of Cold laser treatments ( 100$) I asked for the doxycycline since ours was gone now. In the meantime I had expressed an interest in knowing what the herbs we’re that she prescribed and asked the receptionist while waiting for dr. Rose to come in.shortly after Dr. Rose burst in the exam room and exclaimed, “ Now what?” Annoyed that I had asked for an explanation. I was somewhat taken Aback but assertively stated my case and the validity of wanting to know exactly what the herbs were going to do for my pet. What their purpose was and how they’d benefit. She told me I wouldn’t understand because they were Chinese herbs. I said I had a right to know her reasoning for prescribing. What is odd is that neither the vet assistant or the receptionist seemed surprised that she blew up at me. Apparently she is the authority and didn’t want to be questioned. Mind you I wasn’t going to challenge I just wanted to know. I also asked the receptionist what the situation was with the doxycycline. She told me they couldn’t give it to me and wrote me a prescription for it to get at a pharmacy, and suggested I go to Costco where it would be cheaper. Never have I seen a vet who wouldn’t administer the antibiotic. she told me she didn’t have it because it would cost over 500$ a bottle. In the meantime I overheard on the speaker a very dissatisfied client complaining about another prescription issue and price. I was scheduled for another visit for the laser two days later so she said she would give me a write up on the herbs before the next visit. . In the meantime I went to get the doxycycline from a pharmacy and it cost me 165$ ‘my previous vet had charged me 33$ for half that amount of the same pills. She never emailed me the explanation of the herbs she provided and I called back the morning of the cold laser treatment and told her we weren’t coming. Pet owner beware. If you ask too many well intentioned and valid questions you have the right to get answers to, you’ll be met with condescension and offense. I have never written a bad review for any business but felt inclined to relay these details because many people seek alternatives when they are in a crisis and unfortunately there are those out there who would take advantage of that. I was distressed at the possibility of a serious surgery and asked her, if by doing these cold laser treatments was I putting off the inevitable. And she asked me with annoyance what I meant, putting him “down?” I said no, surgery. She kept re iterating that there were strict recovery procedures and down time for surgery and that it would be very difficult. I would suggest seeking alternatives elsewhere and decide how much you are willing to spend before going in there. I went in there thinking I’d spend the advertised 45$ for acupuncture.

Excellent treatment and service! I have been going here for over 10 years now. I live over an hour away from this vet and use them as a main vet for their alternative treatments and shots. She has saved me so much money with offering alternative treatment that works without invasive surgery that other vets would recommend. She is compassionate and always takes her time. LOVE THIS PLACE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Well if I could give a zero I would. First let me say it started off well hence my wife's previous review. I started taking my dog their because I've grown tired of conventional vets and their lack of caring. After my dog lost two of his toes due to cancer I decide to seek alternative methods of treatment so I found Dr Rose and explained to her that I dont want to see my dog lose any more toes due to cancer. She recomended neoplasen in a capsule form which I was giving my dog for over a year with no problems. Than I brought my dog back for seperate problems one being his tyroid in which she diagnose along with allegory issues. She prescribe medication for tyroid and decided to take him off of neoplasene. Well my dog started to get red blotch of his foot so I immediately took him back to her she prescribe one of here creams etc and said to apply it . Weeks go by and blotch is becoming bigger she took sample of wound and it came back as mersa. She said should would recomend amacation which she couldnt get. Her nurse brought a used bottle in for us the in the next visit and had gaul to charge mefor it. Back to story while my dog was clearly dealing with cancer again she still didnt give me neoplasene again. She did give it twice in four months via a needle and was working everytime she gave but never stuck with one form of treatment. Well she the vet decided to try laser treatment which was one time untill I and my wife went back for second visit and machine was broken mind you I and my wife didnt even receive a phone call that machine was broken and we didnt live around the corner either. So we show up for our appointment to find out that machine is broken and they said we dont know how long it will take to fix and while we were there we recived a bill for changing my dogs bandage. My wife was growing tired of changing bandages everyday along with her vet bills was started to add up. We were tackling this for over several months and getting no were with this except my bank acount being drained. The vet decide to have us see another doctor and when he saw it he couldnt believe it. He told my wife that this tumor should have been removed months ago. When I called Dr Rose and confronted her about her lack of care and inability to diagnose want took another doctor less than day to do was really frustrating. The other vet even had antibiotic that she supposedly couldnt get . which my dog needed the whole time . She Dr Rose came back at me and said I guess your a vet now I said no but I dont throw darts at problems and hope to fix them . I proceeded to also say you bite off more than you can chew because everytime I went to her office she was running around instead of devoting her time to her patients. Stop being cheap and hire another vet . So after seeing her and the referral vet I and my wife spent over 14k because of her lack caring and guessing so if want your animal to go through what I went through this is your place l

My cat had been dealing with chronic health problems for a year, and conventional vets just kept giving her steroid shots without treating the actual cause of the problem. Dr Rose made us two homemade herbal tinctures to give the cat twice a day, and within a week she was gaining weight and had a shiny coat again! I highly recommend this place and integrative veterinary services in general!

I liked the doctor. She was good. She took her time to look over my dog. She gave options for treatment that would be less invasive than the surgery that all of the other vets wanted to jump right to. I would definitely recommend this office.

They are an OK vet -- but please be careful. I went to get allergy testing for my dog. They talked me into a full panel and some topical cream that doesn't work that the vet created and was $22. I walked out of there with a $475 bill -- and when the results of the test came in -- they didn't even bother to call. I had to follow up within two weeks. There are several good vets in the area -- I would suggest going elsewhere.
