Was looking for an all natural flea and tick spray and found this product on line. Emailed this store to inquire if they carried the product. Was answered promptly and told they do carry it and have it in stock. Lady (owner)? in store was very nice and extremely helpful in answering my concerns and questions. Cute little place. Definitely will go back.

When ever we go to paws and claws the are so nice and help they try very hard to help us find the great good for our dog that has allergies. I can't say how nice there are and to have a great animal place in town that actually helps you.

I can't imagine anyone knowing more about pet food and health, not to mention, their small town customer service. I personally travel 1/2 hour to get my kittys' food.

This place is amazing. The mother and daughter team are so very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. they give the 13th dog food bag I get for free. I will continue to get my dogs food and bones there.

Mother/daughter own this small pet boutique. They will answer any question you have and give you all the time you need. They will help you pick out a food for your pet. They carry a variety of high quality pet food and are very knowledgeable about it. They try to order anything you request (sometimes they can't get something, but most of the time they can). They also carry treats, leashes, chews, and harnesses.

They seem genuine and honest with all their reviews and personal experiences. They don't try to upsell you on anything. They are very knowledgeable and will answer all your questions. Also the options here are amazing. There are products here I cannot find anywhere else besides on online stores. Definitely a plus because everyone knows for heavy products, it is cheaper to buy in-person because of the shipping costs. Trust me Amazon factors that cost in too. Just all around great products and service here in paws and claws.

This store is amazing. Its like the good old days. The owner remembers everyone and they do not try to upsell you. I asked what should my animal eat and I got an honest answer including information I could take to another store. I was pointed toward the best products in various price ranges. If you aren’t sure they may even have a sample for your pet to try. They will order for you as well if they don’t have it. Wonderful little store. Support local small businesses!

The customer service at this store is beyond amazing. When we first went here to shop for a new brand of dog food, they gave us samples of the food to try. They give caring and educated advice & really care about your pet. Opposed to other stores where they are just trying to make a profit. I travel 30 minutes every month just because i trust & respect this store so much!!

Paws and Claws is a very nice, small pet boutique where you can find many brands that big box pet stores do not sell. If they do not have it in stock, they can usually order it and sometimes it could be in within as few as 3-4 days. The owners are a mother-daughter duo who are very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions you ask - even if it means talking to a customer for an hour. They do everything they can to get you everything you need. I stopped in one day for a particular cat food because they were the ones who had it in stock when I needed it immediately. Because of their knowledge and excellent customer service, I continue to buy my pet food here instead of going somewhere else, even though there are probably places that are closer.

I recently purchased a British Short Hair Kitten and a Boxer puppy and Paws and Claws has been amazing in educating me on the best options for my pets. As a first time pet owner I had a lot of questions and thankfully Paws and Claws was and is there to help.
