They took very good care of my dog Rosie when I brought her to be groomed. She looked great and smelled wonderful.

They cut up both my dogs ears. They were traumatized for days afer that. Time to find another groomer with sharper shears

I searched all the reviews for every groomer within 50 miles of Central CT and decided to go with The Pet Spa. I'm so happy I did. My mini schnauzer Romeo is 5 months old and this was his 1st haircut. I talked with Reava about my concerns and she did not rush me. She took the time to listen and assured me he would be fine. (He won't let us brush him and he is still teathing). He was very matted on his legs and I knew he would need to be shaved. They said he did great and gave kisses the entire time. I love the fact they do 1 dog at a time to keep the stress level down. He seemed so happy when I picked him up. He was only there for 1 1/2hours. She gave me lots of options for his next cut and really made me feel like they enjoyed having him. I'm still in shock he did so well. The very next day Romeo is actually letting me brush him! Mission impossible accomplished!! You won't be disappointed!! Thanks to all the people at the Pet Spa!!

I have taken my cat here twice. And I will go back whenever she needs a spa day. Whether she needs a shaving or just a bath and brush, they are kind and caring and do a wonderful job. ???? ???? They even took an adorable photo of my cat and put it on Facebook! ????

I don’t even know where to start, this place is amazing, they are very responsive, happy to do what they do and amazing at doing it. As soon as you open the door, you see nothing but smiles, Reva was our groomer and she was already waiting for us and genuinely happy to see my puppy, even gave us her personal cell for questions or concerns while she was grooming our Gumbeaux, because I was having a little of first-pawrent anxiety. She recommended a collar and abusing of that power I sent a text to ask again about the collar and she replied, isn’t that great customer service?! Both are amazing and forgot to ask the other Groomer’s name. We already booked the next appointment, we are gonna be their customer for as long as we live in Connecticut. Thank you!

The place is a smaller pet beauty salon then where I use to go.. However, that's a good thing!! I like that they are personal and one-on-one with the animals! My puppy girl you went in at 8:30 in the morning, I picked her up at 10:00, and she came out smelling good and looking beautifull!!????????

My dog had his first grooming experience here today. He gets reallllly nervous over being bathed. All of the staff reassured me he would be fine and took the time to inform me of how they do things to make the dogs comfortable, which I appreciated! You can tell that they genuinely care about animals and make sure they are taken care of during their stay. It also makes a huge difference that they groom each dog one at a time so they can tend to their specific needs fully. He was so relaxed when I picked him up & not left in a crate which made me happy. I feel great about bringing Bodhi back to The Pet Spa!

Been going there since they opened 20 plus yrs with all my animals the staff is exceptional and extremely kind to your pet wouldn't go anywhere else.

Absolutely wonderful with animals. You can tell they really love them and they're great with shy animals who may be a little afraid to go.

Great job done on my cat. His fur was long, so he had a "lion's cut ". It looks very nice. Friendly place to take care of your cat and/or dog. Very pleased.

I've been bringing my dog here her for years and we love it!

Cat is great with the fur babies and she's very informative with other things as well. I've been taking my American Eskimo Stiles here since he was a puppy and they shaved his entire coat off at another groomers (NEVER AGAIN)....thank goodness I found Cat and she knows exactly how to groom a coat like his and where to shave off and cut, comes out how I ask everytime. Stiles always comes out smelling so great and super white and fluffy. I'd highly recommend.

A constant in my puppy's care and I have never seen her afraid of going in. She will jump out of the car to greet her groomer, and everyone in there is exceedingly accomodating and loving with my dog. Love them!!

They did a great job with our 5 year old pit, she hates her nails being touched. They took their time and kept her calm.

The pet spa is super friendly and professional. They have been grooming Lily since we've moved to Bristol. Each time she gets washed Lily comes come with a season appropriate bandana. They treat Lily like family, and for a dog with separation anxiety she is always more that happy to take a trip to The Pet Spa!

Cat and her team are amazing. My dog is very hard to groom. She’s terrified of it and reacts badly. Cat is understanding, patient and kind. She continues to work with her to see what makes it a better experience for my pup, where others would give up. I can’t say enough good things - great people!

They always do a great job and treat my dog like she is one of there own. I have always been happy with how my looks after her grooming.
