Excellent care for our pets. Not only care, but compassion on a level that shows the reason most of the employees began this line of service, their love of animals. We were just here for a checkup for our 14 yr old cat, Tiger Woods. He had a cough that had us concerned but it turned out to be hairball related. Because he's older he needs a little help to produce them. On another note, about the time Tiger Woods was in trouble with his girlfriend, we brought our cat, Tiger Woods, in to be neutered. Besides being hilarious in itself, there were offers from the staff and customers alike to perform the deed! Lol!

Overpriced, by a lot. The vet they currently have is nice but it all just seems like a cash machine. It seems as though they are bought off by the various providers of medications and vaccinations. We will be searching elsewhere

Chewey is an out of state dog who developed a problem we felt needed checked. The visit was on time, thorough, everyone was knowledable and professional, kind, caring and gentle. We are extremely pleased with the visit and happy they worked him in to their busy Saturday schedule.

Took my cat here for almost 20 years. They were always very good to my beloved boy. Little bit of a mix-up with urn when I had to put him down earlier in June of this year. They did try to make it right as swiftly as possible,, and yes I've noticed the prices have increased considerably, but you get what you pay for. My cat had a wonderful 1 week shy of 20 years of life. He was in good health mostly, but had some ups and downs over the years and they always came through for him.

Probably the best experience I have had at a veterinarian thus far! The staff is so unbelievably kind and welcoming and Sandy took care of my pet without a second thought. I am still smiling after leaving our appointment and am just amazed with how well everything went! Thank you!

Montgomery Road Animal Hospital has a great staff. They treat your pet like it's their own. The Vets are outstanding, I wont go anywhere else.

They saw my cat the same day as injury occurred. Very kind and gentle with my cat. Very thorough and explained in detail the checkup, treatment, and how to administer medicine and followed up with a phone call the next day to check on my cat and his condition. I love VCA Montgomery veterinarians and staff

The staff and doctors are so caring and kind. I have never had a bad experience and am happy to know how much they truly love their patients.

Anxiety at the level of, flying for the first time, consumed me. It was time to say goodbye to my Best Friend, Dixie! A border collie, filled with enough love to share with the world. This hospital and it's wonderful staff, took my daughter and I to a place of peace and comfort, making a horrible situation, amazingly relaxing so we could give our Girl, final goodbyes and kisses. There was the three of us, My Daughter, Dixie and I with each other's hearts together for the last time in this physical world. I can't say enough about this wonderful hospital/ Staff and Doctors.????

A bit expensive but overall good service and care for my dog. I bought food for my dog from there a few times, for better digestion and sensitive stomachs, and it helped.

This place is Wonderful.Would be 5 stars but they got rid of Emergency Care years ago.So no where to go now since Spfld isn't doing it anymore either.

Joke of a Vet. 3 weeks for a sick vist for my dog. Kennels are not clean nor do they give them the blankets you provid for them to be comfortable. Staff is nice usually but Vets domt listen to what you say about YOUR pets and their everyday behavior.

Angel had 17 teeth removed on the 23 of Jan. The staff were so professional. We were comfortable with our choice, because of this. Thank you all, from the tech who met us when we arrived to the tech who brought her out and our call with Dr Viera, we knew Angel was in good hands. Thank you.

My family can’t say enough good things about VCA Montgomery Road animal Hospital. We are so grateful to the entire staff for the great care they always give to our two yellow labs Jackson and Cole. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful but I would especially like to give recognition to Dr. Myers, Dr. Vieira and Manager Adam Ransom. I feel that they go above and beyond to give the best treatment to our two boys, both seniors now. Most recently they both enjoyed getting cold therapy laser treatments to help with their arthritis and joint pain. They left with big smiles on their faces and it has certainly helped keep a pep in their step! Thank you for all that you do, it’s much appreciated!! The Cansino Family ????????♥️
