We had a home visit. The Vet was great with my pet who doesn't really know anyone but the ones who live in the household. He took care of our Oliver and he's now feeling like a million bucks. Thank you.

Such great wonderful really caring place. The Doc is awesome.. He wont push things you dont need but gives you the info and spectacular care of your pet. Really a great place. My Brutus was not very nice to strangers like ever chihuahua mix. Dr John must have the touch because he didn't even flinch or bite not even with me standing by his side who he usually guards. I was always happy with his care. Unfortunately we lost out Brutus at an old age of 17 almost 18 but I will be back with my new pups very soon. Also it's very homey inside giving your baby a comfortable vibe. Beautiful remodelled Victorian home..

They are always very good with our dog. They are friendly and most important thorough. Highly recommend.

We bring our senior terrier here for acupuncture to relieve back leg pain. We've been going for 4 months now and our dog's quality of life and mobility has improved significantly. Can't praise the staff enough!

I have used Dr. Perdrizet for several years now because I wanted to get away from the VCA animal centers. I have found Dr. Perdrizet's knowledge to be so valuable that I will never go to another vet. I love how he thinks outside the box and doesn't resort to medicine as a first approach and he makes sure you are comfortable with his decisions. He is also trained in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. Another nice alternative to pumping drugs into your dogs. I truly believe he saved my dogs life from a very rare condition that only someone very specially trained would have caught. This gave my dog another two years! I will say they are very expensive. I thought I was going to save money by switching to a smaller type of veterinarian as their overhead should be lower; but that is just not the case. It's almost too expensive for me but in the end, you get what you pay for and my animals deserve the best care possible and I feel I get that at Sanctuary Animal Clinic. I am giving them a five star because of the care I receive, which for me, outweighs the cost.

Would not even draw blood on an emergency to see if my cat would be safe. Suggested shelters that kill feral cats.

Retta loves going to the vet! She's showered with love and they treat her so well. She is a regular patient but needed to be seen right away for being hurt by another dog and they got us in the same day I called. We are grateful for our experiences here and even if we move out of Holyoke we will certainly not be changing doctors.

After rescuing our kitten from a shelter, we took Sgt. Pepper to The Sanctuary for a check-up. The staff and Dr. Restey are amazing! They not only checked on our kitten's physical health, but also gave us tips on how to help her feel comfortable, be safe in her new home & also recommended food and litter brands that are best for her. Thank you for making this a great experience for kitten and human alike in a comforting and warm home environment. We have found our veterinarian! ???? ????????❤

Very down to earth. Everyone is so nice and understanding. They were awesome while we sadly had to put our sick dog down. I could not be more grateful for the way they treated us.

Wonderful doctor of the caliber one would read about in books growing up - the kind of veterinarian that made you want to know more about everything there is to know about animals. Educative, patient and kind.

The staff are amazing and work with you to make sure your pet gets the best care possible. The office is in a beautiful Victorian which removes that clinical feel that our pets are often afraid of. The doctor and assistants are very knowledgeable and clearly explain every step during the visit, keeping you involved in your pets' health care and well-being. I absolutely love the holistic approach they follow! These guys are amazing!

I really do not care for this vet at all! I live in Holyoke practically around the corner, but go to the Northampton Vet Clinic.

I took my dog there with lumps on his neck. My baby was diagnosed with leukemia the doctor and staff stood by my side to make sure my dog was taken care of they even squeezed me in when I had concerns and wanted him to be seen but unfortunately several weeks later he had to be put down. The Doctor and staff were so nice and supportive from the beginning to the end. They made the experience less painful. They were compassionate and caring. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who really feel their pet is a true family member.

I called to have two cats put down and was treated as if I were murdering the animals. It's a hard decision to come to and it should have been easier. One of the cats died a few hours after talking to these people. The second one died two days later. I was upset and anxious and met red tape like I never expected. I have a third old cat who has gone to the vet in South Hadley now. They treated me much better and even waved their office visit.

Dr. Perdrizet and the staff at Sanctuary Animal Clinic are exceptional people and pet health workers. The atmosphere of the "office," being in an old house, is so comfortable and welcoming; our dog was very relaxed there. The Dr. offers additional care in alternative fields, such as acupuncture and herbal medicines. He understands the importance of good food and balancing energies. I only wish I found the Sanctuary sooner! Additionally, I came from another animal hospital where they didn't seem to understand the situation we were in with our 13 year old sweet dog, and they wanted to keep running test upon test for illnesses that just weren't showing any symptoms. The advice we received from the Sanctuary was vastly more in line with our healing philosophies. Please consider having your pets visit Dr. Perdrizet and the Sanctuary. You'll be so pleased you did. :)
