Awesome facility and staff! After having a lackluster and disappointing experience at another doggy daycare nearby, we were so happy to have our pup land at Uberdog. The number of long time clients speaks volumes, and I understand why! The building is always clean and the staff are courteous. It's impressive how quick they were to get to know us and our dog! They never miss a beat when it comes to communication.Highly recommend!

These people are so amazing that my dog bolts in the door and doesn't want to come.home. they really dote on the dogs offering nail trimming and grooming.

Bruno always comes back with a big smile on his face and crashes earlier than usual on uber dog days. So many of my neighbors use uber so it feels like a nice community of dog owners. they always greet us with a smile and i feel like they take great care of our dog! thanks!

Great staff, great place for dogs to play and board.

Staff seems nice and I appreciate having a place where my dog can get some energy out. But I would like to see more than just an open area for the dogs...maybe ramps/tunnels for them to explore. The staff often have very loud music playing to drown out the sound of the dogs barking. I ended up pulling my dog from this place. They were great at first but you could tell they had favorites and if your dog wasn't one it was put in time out very often.

I have a very mild tempered dog. Over the past couple of weeks I have been noticing cuts after picking him up. The people of the counter make no mention of it. After speaking with the manager, there was a list of all cuts and incidents involving my dog that was never mentioned to us. They acted like it didn't have. Finally, last week my dog started feeling sick. Turns out my dog picked up a parasite from Uber Dog. I plan on never bringing my dog back here.

Me and my family have been bringing our dogs (2 labs, doodle mixes and a corgi) ever since they opened their first location in 2007. Throughout the years the staff has always been friendly and attentive and the pups could not be more excited to go! We just recently boarded them during a family gathering at the new facility and were very impressed by the new space. We would not trust our dogs with anyone else!

I have been bringing Kai, my German Shepherd Dog, one or two times a week, since he was a puppy. To this day, he is just as excited to arrive there, as he was 5 years ago. I know this because he sings the “Uber Song” when we turn onto Talcott. This is a song of excitement and joy that he saves for only the most special of occasions. When we pull into the parking lot Kai cannot get out of the car fast enough. He greats all his “Uber Peeps” with cuddles and kisses. This is the only time he leaves my side without looking back. He also has to say a personal goodbye to each of the staff, when I pick him up at the end of the day. Uber Dog is clean and accommodating to both dogs and people alike. The staff is attentive and knows each dog personally. They Love the dogs in their care and it shows. I could not and would not leave Kai unless I knew he was 100% safe, happy and well cared for.

We have been using Uberdog for boarding since they first opened and have always had a great experience. The new facility has made it an even better experience. All of the employees are amazingly nice but Hector deserves a special shout-out, he's always so great with Annie, thanks Hector!

My puppy Hershey has gone here a few times for daycare then I had to leave for a vacation so he stayed for boarding. A few nights into his stay I got a call from Katie and Hershey wasn't doing too good, we decided to bring him to the hospital. Katie took pictures for me to keep me calm since I was in SC. He stayed at the hospital overnight then back to uberdog the next day. I cant thank Katie and the staff enough for taking car of my boy. They truly went above and beyond and made feel better until I got to pick him up. I would recommend them to anyone and I'm sure Hershey wants to go back soon, he has so much fun.

Two staff members you had on duty last Saturday 2/10 provided customer service above and beyond. I arrived late, about 2:15pm, in hopes of still being able to pick up Casper and Roxy before Sunday morning. Your staff members were driving down the access road, spotted me, and turned around then offered to go back into the building and get the pups for me. I was so thankful that they cared enough about the dogs under their care to go out of their way. I’m embarrassed to admit, I don’t recall their names, but I wanted to let you know that you have some pretty great staff looking after Casper, Roxy and all the other pups lucky enough to visit Uberdog!

I have been bring my dog there for 8 years. It is a great place. Everyone who works there is very nice.

Our dog has been going on a weekly basis for more than 2 years and they love him almost as much as we do! Great staff, always friendly and helpful.

We’ve been taking our dogs to UberDog for years now! By far the Best Place for our little guys to play and hang out for the day. Dan and his staff are serious about safety and extremely caring and professional! We are very excited to hear about the new facility, and anxious for it to open.

The worst place ever. They have entirely too many dogs they can’t control. My dog was attacked twice(had to go to the hospital the second time) in a week span before I pulled him out. When it came to my refund for the remainder of the passes I didn’t use it took the FOREVER for them to place the money in my account after we continue to go back and fourth about the amount they owe. Then when it came to the vet bill again we had to wait.... their excuse was because of my dog personality( he is a free Spirit) it made him a target.... which I couldn’t understand since they are suppose to scan for aggressive dogs or dogs who don’t play well with other.... it was funny when I called around for other daycare for my dog others had the same issues or worst.... only the large group get to go outside and the other groups have to stay inside...

They leave the dog's unattended every night and especially holidays, weekends, and during bad weather. The dogs will sometimes bark and/or cry out throughout the night. I witness this 365 days per year as I live nearby and can hear & see what happens there. Someone should attend to the dogs 24 hrs per day.

My dog loves it here - starts sniffing the air and wagging as we start to pull in the driveway, tries to rush inside, and basically can't wait to bust down the door and start playing. Never had an issue in 5 years and dogs don't lie--she loves it, which is what I care about!

The staff here is excellent, cares about my dog, and constantly keeps me updated with relevant information about her day-stays there. My vet knows them and keeps them informed of her shot records, and they ensure that dogs who haven't received all of their shots don't get to play with the other dogs. This is a great team who makes my dog very tired (i.e. very happy).

We brought our dog here twice. Both times Max came home with giardia. We quickly changed to a kennel in Glastonbury, have used it numerous times since , with no issues. My guess is that UBERDOG IS NOT uberclean.

Our dogs, Duncan and Hobbes, have been boarded here multiple times. They always come back happy and exhausted and smelling horrible which means they had a great time. We've tried other boarding places around the area and none are as good. The workers are VERY patient with our dogs because they were once shy because they're rescues. They know our dogs by name and comment on how they behave when we leave them. Today, picking our two up after a 3 night stay I saw Duncan in the big dog area jump up and lick one of the employees from the window in the lobby. He's cautious of most people but runs straight to them. I always feel good knowing they're having fun when I'm out having fun. The boarding beds are clean and actually smells good. They showed us where the dogs would be staying. It would be great if they did put up some webcams so I can see what they're doing.

Been coming here for 6 years and highly recommend it. Great staff, well insured, super safe, hands-on owner..... I swear by this place during busy work days where I don't have enough time for my dog.
