I’ve been bringing my dogs here for years now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The workers are very nice and have always taken great care of my dogs. Would recommend to all of my friends and family!

I had brought my dog here twice. The owner was rude both times. The second time I was told not to make any appointments the same day. They basically take your dog all day long. Don’t take them out to use the bathroom. There was matting between his paws and the next day my dog could barely walk. They were red and he couldn’t stop licking them. I had to call my vet. Unprofessional - I highly recommend NOT bringing your pets here.

Owner was extremely rude I was told to bring my 2 dogs in at 7:30 to find out the groomers don't get in until 9:00 so the dogs were put in crates.i brought in my vaccination papers and was told they weren't needed for grooming---hello ever heard of kennel cough not to mention the other diseases I finally picked them up at 3:30 this is not acceptable since I was the first one there NEVER AGAIN double thumbs down ???? for this place

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAT HERE if you want good service. This is one of those businesses that does grooming for dogs, but will claim they also do cats for extra business when in reality they have no business grooming cats because they DONT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THEM. When I first got there, they tried to talk me out of the haircut. Later, I was called and told my cat “wouldn’t come out of the carrier and was being aggressive, hissing, and spitting”???? I was shocked because every groomer I’ve ever been too has told me he is gentle and quiet during grooming. When I went over there, I could hear him meowing and he popped his head out as soon as I opened the zipper. I know my cat and he showed no signs of aggression prior to opening the crate. It seems like they didn’t really know how to handle a cat or didn’t really want to deal with him. Not happy. I would just like to add that even if he was agitated, the environment itself didn’t help. They didn’t even bother to separate him from the dogs so of course he would be scared. cats aren’t socialized, that doesn’t mean they don’t have the same rights to grooming

We have taken our dogs for years here. They have very friendly staff.

The groomers are very professional and they take care of your pet as if it was their own pet. The owner is very courteous.

I can't say enough amazing things about Express Your Pet. We needed to board our cat while we were showing our home. Showings aren't typically scheduled that far in advance, but Lauri and her team were always there when we needed them...even on short notice! Our cat had her own area that remained hers until we were done boarding her during the day. Price was right, the people are lovely. Highly recommend!

Place is simply awesome staff friendly and knowledgeable owner loves dogs even breeds frenchies! Immaculately clean...PERFECT

I bring my cat here to get her claws trimmed. They are always able to get her right in and the price is affordable. They do a good job and trim the claws to the right level. As a perk, They have a store cat named Martini who is adorable!

Despite much discussion on my expectations for my dog’s haircut, the stylist shaved him. He was supposed to have a summer cut, but he got a summer shave. The overall experience was poor. I will not be going back. This place is not worth your time or money.

My dogs actually go here and they love it. The 1 star reviews are part of a smear campaign that started a couple weeks ago. Make notice of the dates.

Abusive to animals, aggressive grooming. Don’t take your dogs here!

I have been taking my dogs to Express Your Pet for over 18 years. Daycare, boarding, and grooming so I speak from experience. Lauri and her staff are fantastic.

It's really hard to find someone who is gentle enough with cats and knows how to groom a Persian without butchering their fur coat. I've tried a lot of places locally and I was so unhappy until someone recommend Express your pet. My cat looks so great and she gets her in and out by lunch time and she has great prices. I've been taking my cat their for over 2 years and I don't have any complaints.

I own several french bulldogs. I bring them all to be groomed regularly. The extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff make grooming them pleasurable. my dogs always come back looking and smelling fantastic. the grooming has made a huge improvement in their shedding. they barely shed at all now and I get so many compliments on how their coats look. I have also used express your pet for boarding and .my dogs were so well cared for. my dogs enjoyed playing in their daycare area. I also found their retail space to be a great place to buy dog treats and toys at a very discounted price. This is a great place to groom, board and shop.

These people are so disrespectful! I made an appointment to bring my cat in, and I had to make arrangements to get a new carrier because my neighbor had mine and he wasn't home and they obviously weren't listening to a word because I had to keep repeating myself I said and the clerk clearly spoke to her manager saying I was rude and then the owner started yelling at me!!! Find a more professional place if you can!

This is my third time with Express your pet groomers. I think they do a good job with grooming but my big complaint today is how much time my dog is over there. I brought my very small dog first thing this morning. They were just unlocking the door when I got there at 7:30. It is now3:07 p.m. My dog is still not done. Called twice and they said there are still 2 dogs ahead of her. WHAT? No reason for this. Then they say we didn't specify time to get picked up. No one ever told me this and they didn't ask. This dog doesn't get water, food or go out to even pee this is wrong. Will find new groomer
