I'd rate it 4.5 if I could. Parking lot is big but since it's on a slope it can be hazardous. But Staff was friendly and helpful. I feel like they should be in a bigger store with all the product they have.i just got a spare water feeder for birds

Had 15 fish for over a year or more in my tank and decided to come here to get a few more randomly… last weekend that we were in the area Brought back the first fish that died and they said he was sick and was replaced. Fishes from the store came with ich and killed all my fish within a week now i have zero Very very upset Absolutely do not recommend buying fish from here at all

I bought a beta fish Who was in 65% water when beta supposed to be in 75-80 degree water I believe my beta is sick because lack of attention they show the fish thank God I had the right Ingredients to help my lil. Beta feel better but it isn’t fair

They have very nice things for the animals you could find things that you will not find anywhere else. The people there are nice.

Everyone has been friendly and helpful to me every time I've gone in to the store. When I recently returned with an open item that was the wrong size, they took it back without batting an eye. Thank you!

This is a great place to find superworms, hornworms and crickets for your lizards. They have them when alot of other places are out. They have a decent price on them as well.

Have everything need for pets and love the renovation and reasonable prices I will go again

A recent visit to PSP at Bishops Corner was very unpleasant. A rude cashier named Marissa railed at my daughter when our dog started sniffing at strategically placed nose-level treats. She had already decided to buy 2 of them even though she was berating to “mind your dog.” My daughter was trying to pay for her purchases and oversee the dog when Marissa yelled at her that “It. Is. Asking. You. For. Your. PIN,” punctuating each word with a slammed finger on the countertop. My daughter came home visibly shaken from this inexplicable treatment.

The store on bishops corner is always clean and easy to navigate. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The autoship is convenient and the drivers are courteous. I've been buying from them for almost 5 years now. I would recommend.

This store is ???? awesome! The people that work there are not just a cashier or someone that stocks the shelves. They all are very knowledgeable about pets. Got questions? You can ask & they actually know the answer. (Not like some stores where all they know is how to do their jobs!). .Marissa the manager is very kind & knowledgeable about pets. Helpful staff and very clean

This place is awesome. Instead of shopping alone, your pet can shop with you since they have items placed low on the shelves for your dog to sniff or try out. My pup loves going here and picking out his own treats/toys. In addition, they are extremely organized and you can find what you need right away. I find myself wandering around looking for what I need in other stores, which is especially difficult when I have my pup. At PetSupplies Plus there is plenty of room for you and your dog to walk the aisles, and you can easily find what you need. Your dog will have fun as well! Mine does. Oh, and they have GREAT discounts if you sign up for a rewards account, and the staff is very nice.

Nice clean store, leashed/constrained pets always welcome. The employees are knowledgeable, with the caveat that they are there to sell product (they do not get commission as far as I know). I have a family member (HS student) working there as a stocker, but shopped there for years before he got the job. They also have a free membership/club that will get you discounts and coupons. Highly recommended if you live in the area.
