This is such a warm, welcoming environment. When I picked up my pup, he was very clean and plenty tired, just the way I like him! I highly recommend this boarding, daycare and grooming establishment for your pups needs as well.

They shaved my chow chow completely bald, in November. Her fur was beautiful, not medically needed or mattered at all!! We specifically told them not to shave her, even though all professional dog groomers should know this.. my girl looks ridiculous!! I hope it even grows back, not patchy and more gray. And I paid the 100$ Because my step dad picked her up and didn’t have the guts to say anything. I’m very very upset. Horrible experience, I was in tears when I saw her..

I've only been there once, but that's ok because they are the best. They are so friendly and absolutely know what they are doing. My cat Gizmo had some very bad knots, he's a Persian, and they did everything they could to get every knot out. When I picked him up he looked amazing. He also smelt good. I love this place so much and I will be bringing my cat back today for his 2nd grooming!! Village Pet spa & kennels is definitely a place for your pet!!!

I cancelled an appt at another place and waited 3 weeks for an appt here. So 1st issue, upon arrival before 9am I realized all dogs are drooped off in the morning and then have to wait for hours in a crate until their turn. He told me my dog Baby would be seen around 2pm. I told him she is a puppy and has not been crate trained yet. I am now starting to crate train her and did not want her sitting in a crate crying for 5 plus hours. I live 10 min away so I asked if I could bring her back after 1pm. He said he did not work like that. Second issue, I said I wanted the body hair short but the hair around her face longer so i can make the bows. He said he had to make her even. I asked to see a picture or length sample for reference. He said he knows what he is doing. I saw prior reviews on dogs being cut too short so I said I want to make sure hair is not too short. Again, he said I know what I am doing. This and the fact that he expected me to leave my puppy in a crate for over 5 hours was too much. He said maybe i should find another groomer. I said agree. I will find one that cares that my puppy doesn't get anxiety in a crate for over 5 hours. One that makes real appts.

VILLAGE PET SPA IS THE BEST IVE BEEN WITH ROD FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND WOULD NOT GO ANY WHERE ELSE .THE BEST GROOMING , DAY CARE AND BOARDING FACILITY AROUND .I HAVE TO GIVE THEM A 10 PLUS. THANK YOU you ROD AND GARY. .

Had an amazing first experience with my 6 month old puppy. Our puppy has a hard time staying still as grooming is very new to her. The owners were so understanding and nice about it and not to mention so friendly. I was unsure how the cut would turn out because of this and i have to say the cut exceeded my expectations. Plus our puppy smells AMAZING!!! I would love to actually buy the shampoo that was used because we havent found one that even came close. 100% would recommend to anyone needing a groomer

If I could give a place less stars I would give this place less stars. I took my dog here a couple times. The first time he was fine but then the next couple times he would come home with cuts and he looks so scared. When on the phone with this place the manager blamed us and no one advised us anything on the times we went to pick him up as well. Due to the neglect of this place my dog has a fear of getting his nails trimmed in which his vet stated was the fault of the grooming place. Never coming back again, save your money there are better places.

I have been taking my dog here for years. I moved farther away and still do the drive to get him groomed at Village Pet Spa. They are always friendly, professional, and my doggy looks great !.

My first time here as I recently moved and I was beyond satisfied...the owners were super friendly and professional and 3 weeks later my pup still smells fresh and looks gorgeous. The only downside for me is that they don't have set appointments like my previous groomer had, which basically means my dog has to spend several hours there versus just the time it takes to groom her. That said, I will definitely be bringing her back.

This place is awesome, I would recommend the highly. This is where my dog from now on. I think she wanted to stay she kept looking out the window, she never does that.

I can’t say enough good things about Village Pet Spa! My dog leaves smelling heavenly for almost a month, his cut is flawless and even, and what I love is that the kennels they hold the dogs in aren’t super small, so your dog doesn’t feel like a caged rat while waiting to be groomed. Give this place a shot and you’ll never go anywhere else for your grooming needs again!
