Horrible woman terrible and completely rude, I didn't get her name thank God I don't want to know it she's awful. I don't know what kind of services you are running there but you have no sensitivity whatsoever the date is November 12th and the hour is 11:00 a.m. whoever is working and on those phones should be fired

I been going this Hospitial since 1970's. They cared for each one of my dogs (5) all which came from shelters. They are always friendly, before covid would treat my dog with alittle cheese snack before seeing doctor. They are great. if you might had a stressful during covid take a step back from your anxiety and people who really do care.

Horrible, un-empathetic staff during a sensitive time. "Cheryl" whom at first refused to give me her name because she said it was "none of my business" was extremely unprofessional and crossed the line when she called my home phone leaving a message on my answering machine stating I was rude. I was simply calling the office to get insight on my ailing senior cat. ZERO empathy. Please look elsewhere if you care about your beloved pet. The Dr.s should be embarrassed to have such staff.

Okay vet. Nice people. I just wish years ago when my mother's cat was first sick and brought to them we would have been given more options since there's a cure for his condition. But I guess just telling people about meds to keep them coming back than a cure keeps the lights on. That was a lesson learned on our part. These are businesses you have to find the one who is for profit and for helping animals. Not just securing a payment every month. Our new vet told us our options, but clearly it's too late at this point. I will not be bringing my own cats here. They're family to me, not secured payments.

The staff are attentive and caring in their treatment of all my animals and their rates are very reasonable. Always willing to work with you when it concerns the health of your pets.

Love love love this place and the whole staff. Specifically Dr. Loquine. They treat my dog like he is their own. I've been going here with him for over ten years. The staff members CARE and are willing to go above whats required. My senior dog had to stay the day for testing and emergency grooming, so Cheryl made sure he had an extremely comfortable (thick, memory foam-type) bed for his crate that day. It is the only place that makes me feel comfortable and confident about the care and health of my dog.

I took my cat here to be spayed. I took her for a pre-op type visit. The vet wanted her to have more vaccines than I was comfortable with letting her have, so he out right insulted me about it. The visit also cost about $100 more than I was originally told it would. I took her back for her spay visit only because we had already started the process with this office. They seem to have done a decent job with the operation, but I will not be going back.

This is the best animal hospital!! The staff are so caring and welcoming. It's a very comfortable place and my pets are always welcomed with open arms and TREATS. My dog loves going to the vet! She thinks it's a treat factory :) she never even notices when the doctor gives her the vaccines, she's too busy getting love and dog cookies.
