Mobile Veterinary Clinic is outstanding, staff is professional,kind and thorough. Dr Brianna Reid Favret cares for my 2 dogs and cat, she is very knowledgeable, compassionate and kind, she listens and explains procedures and diagnosis. I would recommend highly.

They do not care about your time, I was 5 min late and had to reschedule an appointment at the extra cost of 80 dollars. Meanwhile whenever I am early, I am forced to sit in the blazing sun while my dogs suffer and pant puddles in the hot car. Now I am sitting outside Trumbull animal hospital still waiting for mobile vet to send over my dogs records for over an hour, when they should have done it when I left them and asked. Trumbull animal hospital is a mile down the road but miles ahead of mobile vet when it comes to costumer service and ideal care.

Dr. Favret is awesome. You can see that she truly loves animals and patiently explains everything to pet parents.

Best Vet. I've been coming here for over 25 years. So compassionate and truly loves animals. I drive over 20 minutes to get here because I completely trust them.

we love MVC and the staff are stellar!!

For pets that are used to the vet without their owner it is ok. But for my cat was a traumatic experience. He was scheduled for a vaccine and they could not administered it. They suggested to be sedeted.

They saved my dog's life. My dog had a mast cell tumor. I was going to another vet and persisted in asking them to ensure the growth on his stomach was not cancer, as he has had one removed a few years ago. They repeatedly poo pooed my concerns. Even claimed they could not see anything, despite the fact that it was very large. Because of the pandemic they would not let me point it out to the vet. Thank goodness I decided to go for a second opinion. Mobile vet saw me right away. One look at the growth made them do a biopsy and on the spot under a microscope they could see the tell tale signs that this was cancer. They scheduled his surgery for the following week. The surgery was a success.

Treated my sick cat very considerately & kept me informed as to necessary treatment.

Tried scheduling an appointment for my dog who had diarrhea with blood, and they were able to get me in the same day WITH $165 SAME DAY APPOINTMENT FEE! If you ask me, that is completely taking advantage of people who care deeply for their pets and will pay anything to get them in. With that being said, I scheduled a same day appointment at Monroe Country Vet instead, and although I may have paid more for the entire appointment and meds, it was much more comforting knowing these people weren't taking advantage of me for money. I went to mobile vet for 6+ years, and even adopted a pet from there and referred several friends/family, but unfortunately I will not be returning.

I have been bringing my elderly cats to Mobile Veterinary Clinic for years now. I fully credit their highly skilled and compassionate veterinarians and veterinary nurses/technicians with keeping my 19 year old and 17 year old cat kids in the best possible shape considering their age-induced kidney and thyroid conditions. I would recommend them for anyone looking for quality vet care for their fur babies.

The staff at Mobile Vet has the absolute worst attitude of any company that I have ever dealt with! My dog had an ear infection which was bleeding. I called to have the antibiotic refilled and they flat out refused. Telling me that that antibiotic will make my pet go deaf. He had previously been on the exact same meds. "Are you going to risk your pets health like that???" Of course not, but I already know that this med won't cause that side affect with him. They said that they need to see him first, what a money grab! They offered an appointment 8 days from the date of the phone call. Or told me to go to Shoreline Emergency Hospital, which is always a $1,400.00 to $3,00.00 per visit rip off. I asked to speak to the doctor and was told she will be back in 5 days and that they would give her the message then. I then asked to speak to the Doctor that was in and they said no! I would have to wait for Dr. Brianna Reid to return since she makes the decisions. I have been a customer there for 23 years, but things have drastically changed for the worse with the newer management! I highly suggest that you stay far away from this place!!!

I am the new groomer there! I know that the staff & the vets are doing everything in their power to maintain a clean, safe environment for the people and the pets inside the building and in the parking lot where animals are dropped off.

Where do I begin? I have been doing business with Mobile Veterinary Clinic for over 9 years! I had an issue with one of my dogs that wasn’t even their patient, yet they still assisted in his care as if he was their own. The moment I met the staff I knew this is where I would be bringing all my animals for their veterinary care! We have been through a lot! The care they provided to my dog Mia & my family during her final hours I will never forget! They treat each and every animal that walks through that door as if it was their own! Always been a great place been here on and off for 30 years

Zero stars seems more fitting but unfortunately that is not an option. Very disappointed in this veterinary clinic and more disappointed in myself for not taking the negative reviews more seriously prior to establishing care with this office. They are untrustworthy and money hungry. The unprofessionalism stems from the front desk staff up to the veterinarian herself. There is no genuine concern for the well-being of my pet or ways to improve his overall quality of life but rather the emphasis is on getting unnecessary tests and diagnostic imaging when they in fact WOULD NOT change the overall management of the disease. Also, if you refuse any of their recommendations they hold it against you and make you feel guilty as if you don’t have your pet’s best interest in mind. Would much rather pay more at another establishment than waste any more of my time with their nonsense. .

Do Not Board your Pet here. I boarded my dog and she was returned to me with diarrhea all over her face and body. The Vet did not clean her and would not refund my money for her stay. Very unprofessional.

It's incredible the live they have for animals and how they interact with people. If I were a cat or dog, I would certainly want to be in that clinic for care. I would feel safe.

Doctors seem to be knowledgeable, and take the time to explain things to you. They seem to genuinely care about your pet and are willing to work within your budget. Prompt and courteous as well! ????

Best vet for my boy Buddy I've been to several

My pet recently passed away and I brought my little boy to be cremated. The receptionists were very sympathetic and the package I chose when I received it went way beyond my expectations. Thank you so much Mobile Vet for helping me to honor the memory of a beloved family member.

Great father/daughter vet team! The place is very clean. I even board my animals there. The staff is so friendly and treat every animal with TLC. I highly recommend Mobile Vet.

I board my cats here when I travel and I use them as a vet. Very good doctors and friendly staff that enjoy caring for animals.
