Unfortunately over the phone when making an appointment over a month a go for new client's....they never once said only one person allowed. I brought my 4yr old child because im a single parent and they basically said he couldn't come in. That they will take my dog in and see her and I have to wait outside. Excuse me this dog is like my child...this is first time she being seen here and is only three months I do not have trust in these people being new.....so no thank you. I will never come back here again....how unprofessional to let me know the new rules over the phone because of covid and new variant. ???? never again.

Constantly I call with concerns about my senior cat with feline AIDS. They are compassionate and listen to my OCD list of questions and take everything to heart when they examine him and give me advice and expert information about his health. Very loving to my animal I wouldn't trust him with any other veterinarian

I can’t say enough about this animal hospital and their staff. They always can find time for my babies when needed, the vets, especially Dr. Grasson, Dr. Potanka and Dr. McGinnis are simply amazing. When your veterinarian gets on the floor with your dog to say hello, even in the main corridor of the office to greet your babies, you know this place is somewhere special.

My little rescue pup was recently ill. Dr. Grasson diagnosed him and has been supportive with his follow up and continued care. I am grateful that she found out was wrong and got him feeling better!

The best group of veterinarians anywhere! I have been taking my pets to Torrington Animal Hospital for years. I recently moved an hour and a half away, and am still coming here until I find a new vet closer to me that I will be even half as comfortable with. And even before that, my drive was almost 30 minutes. That's how worth it they are. HIGHLY recommend!

Small place, the vet took the time answered all my concerns went over the medication with me and they even picked up my big boy who did not want to on that thing to be checked lol. I recommend this place absolutely.

RUN! Doctors are under-educated and will just prescribe an antibiotic to cure everything. They wanted to give my kitten a second round of shots, claiming the first round was ineffective because he was too young when he had gotten them. WRONG! our cat specialist in manchester said that would have caused a immune system crash!!!

Always a good experience. Dr Grasson is the best. Helped my cat, October, through his illness until he couldn't go any further and they allowed me and my Son to sit with him and explained everything really well and he went peacefully. I recommend them.

The staff is extremely caring, supportive, and knowledgeable. They talk through procedure to ensure we are comfortable and understand. They offer variety of options, when applicable, to help us decide the best course of action. They are great about returning calls and scheduling appointments.
