Our pets are always well taken care of at Chippens Hill, even during the Pandemic! Staff are friendly and efficient and very knowledgeable.

Heres my concern...since this pandemic we are not allowed to be in the room with our pets. With the outrageous amount if money we pay JUST FOR THE VISIT ALONE..not including any exams or tests..we should be allowed to be part of the whole experience...not only to make sure what were paying for is actually being done..but also its a right to be present with our animal. How is it every other medical profession has integrated into virtual appts yet vets havent? That is fishy if you ask me. That makes me feel like im being ripped off abd my cat isnt getting the correct care. These vets need to be held accountable and how do we do that when we arent allowed to be part of our pets care during an exam and or visit? It costs NOTHING to facetime or zoom...hello. ?also...how do these places get the right to call themselves veterinarian hospitals ..yet they do not take animals when they have an emergency?! Its just a tactic they use to get to charge hospital prices. Wow. They make it near impossible to get our animals cared for. Why is it only rich people can have animals...or healthy animals that is.

I went to have sutures removed from my dog and they left one in. I noticed when I saw my dog removing it herself. I helped her.

My visit with my dog was a pleasant experience. The staff is wonderful! They are kind, caring, courteous and prompt! You can tell they love what they do. The Dr. gives good explanations for care and addresses concerns without you feeling rushed. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is clean and has plenty of parking. The COVID protocol works well and you will feel safe bringing your animal here.

Our dog is a longtime patient at Chippens Hill Vet and we have always had full trust in the doctors here. We have moved to a farther town and still come back because of that trust!

Bringing our cat to Chippens Hill Veterinary Hospital is both easy and enjoyable. The staff there are very passionate about what they do and they really care about both the animals and the owner. I highly recommend you bring your pet here if you want the best care that money can buy.

Terrible service completely greedy and inhumane. Won't even allow to be with your dog to get put down. Come here if you want to be charged 400 dollars for blood work but they won't ever help you just drain you of money for no reason.

I first came to Chippen Hill Veterinary in 1986 with Leo, my cockatiel and was seen by Dr Linetz. Leo was loved and well treated by Doctor and lived for 30+ years with us. We got to enjoy his company for all that time until he succumbed to old age. Then we got Christie our African Grey Timneh in May of 2013. She has gotten her physicals and grooming from Chippen’s Hill vets and techs and is treated very well. Our thanks to the good people of Chippen’s Hill Veterinary Group!

The wonderful folks at this hospital were warm and welcoming from the moment we contacted them. We received fantastic guidance as new bunny owners, and they took wonderful care of our little one throughout our visit. They clearly love animals, and as a new bunny mom I was tickled with how sweet they were with him.

I wasn’t going to write anything but I decided to after how I was treated here about two weeks ago and loosing my best friend. I brought my cat in who was SEVERELY ill, couldn’t walk, wasn’t eating and foam coming out of her mouth. The receptionist was extremely rude and non compassionate toward my cat who had seriously something wrong. I believe the receptionist name was Celeste. So before even getting a chance to explain the full situation she cut me off and told me she couldn’t help my very ill pet without even evaluating her. I drove an hour and half away to another Vet who was trying to help my pet. But in the end my cat ended up dying a week later and the vet I went to who was trying to save her said if she received treatment from the first vet I stopped at she would still be alive. I had my cat for 11 years. I’ve NEVER experienced this in my life so I recommend if you want to keep your pet alive don’t step foot in this place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My dogs are established at this vet and wellness visits (vaccines, etc.) are usually fine although the staff somewhat rude and dismissive of my concerns and questions. However, on the occasions that one of my dogs has been sick or injured, this “animal hospital” refuses to even evaluate my pet during regular business hours. They are rude and insensitive and don’t actually care about my pets. I started bringing my dogs to chippens hill after moving here from out of state and have been shocked by the lack of care and compassion and the blatant disregard for the health of my pets demonstrated by both the vet and the staff. I have had animals all my life and never have I had a vet refuse to see a sick or injured animal. Please do not take your pets here. I am changing vets immediately after my most recent experience and will happily drive 30 minutes for quality care for my pets.

If you consider your pets family then I suggest you do not go to chippens hill. This is the second time this "veterinary hospital" refused to see my dog for an emergency visit. We have multiple dogs that get their routine vaccinations at chippens hill- as it is in close proximity to my house. There has been two occasions where my dogs needed emergency help & on both occasions my dogs were refused treatment. I am dumbfounded by the lack of compassion and professionalism this practice has demonstrated. The reception is rude & hung up on my wife. If we did not travel 30 miles to an emergency hospital my puppy would have died. Rethink your decision if you are an actual animal lover

Chippens Hill Vet DOES NOT CARE about your animals. I highly do not suggest ever bringing a pet here. Doctors & staff are rude and uneducated at best. I have had the worst experience here, with all FOUR of my dogs unless it comes to routine vaccines (so they can get payed) they are not willing to help or even see your pet in the event there is an emergency visit required. I will never step foot in this “animal hospital” again as I prefer to spend my money at a veterinary hospital that actually cares about the well-being of your animals.

Been going to Chippens Hill Veterinary Hospital since 1979. I wouldn't go any where else with my pets. Vets are great and so are all the employees.

Not a fan of this place anymore. We miss Dr Travis, the front staff is rude and with covid we are not allowed to go in with our dog. We got a new vet.

The best vet ever: Dr Elliot!

Dr. Clark and Dr. Elliot saved my 2 dogs' lives, despite diagnostic and treatment complications and challenges. They went above and beyond to explain risks and benefits of treatment decisions. Both dogs are happy and healthy after receiving the necessary care from Chippens Hill. As a new dog owner, I've asked a lot of questions and they have been great with their reponses. All of the staff are patient, professional, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend them! I cannot express my gratitude to Chippens Hill!!
