Reagan and I made our first visit there and were welcomed as if we were home! Prices are very fair and staff is compassionate.

Our current vet they go above and beyond to make sure our dogs have the best care possible they have taken care of all of our animals from cats to dogs

Very caring when it comes to the health and safety of the pet and the pet owner. Resonds to any questions or concerns very quickly.

This animal clinic is appalling with their treatment and care for animals. I would never recommend this place due to the staff being incompetent, inadequate, and substandard in their care and treatment of pets and their owners.

Does not care about the actual animal only cares about money. Would not do a payment plan and let my cat die after he was hit by a car. Would not take us without money up front. What is wrong with this world !!! We r in a middle if a pandemic. What happend to basic human decency.

My cat’s eye injury wasn’t healing properly and Dr. Hernandez recommended and more aggressive home treatment that did the trick! It saved us from an ophthalmology appointment with a specialist. Happy cat, happy cat mom! The staff is fabulous and treatment is considerate and caring!

I came here to have my dogs nails trimmed, back a few months ago. The other place in town would not take my Puppers in. So sad. We went there ,for 9+ years. That would not take her in because of Covid. Oh well North Torrington Animal Hospital took her in. And I am so happy for the change. Everybody there is so polite and professional. Tomorrow morning my baby girl is going in there to have surgery on her bladder. She is full of bladder stones. I found this out two night ago after I dropped off a urine sample. They all stayed extra long to help me and my pup. This world needs more people like those at North Torrington Animal Hospital. Thank you and God Bless you all <3. The Love of my life is doing well. Also getting out on to the road is so much easier, than the other place. Give them a call.

Omg! This is the best place in town for pets. I would go here if they took humans! Lol Great, great staff, also the atmosphere in the office was worth going.

Since Dr Gerber left they have steadily gone down hill. I spend most of my time at Emergency Vet.

I switched our 3 year old lab mix to them just over a year ago, they are SO patient with him, even when he's a little skiddish they help the situation remain calm. Recently we got a puppy who was behind on vaccines, and they came up with a plan to catch him up, but in a safe manner for his little system to handle. They truly care about animals well being, and everyone I've had the pleasure to meet so far has been so kind. They listen to us and our concerns, as they do feel we know our animals best. Highly recommend them for wellness visits along with emergency care.

Staff is very friendly, appointments were quick with very little waiting. My cats Sage & Basil had a stress-free experience with their visits.

Dr. Kaeser is a wonderful, caring vet who does everything she can to help my fur babies.

North Torrington Vet is THE BEST vet around. The only time I take my animal to another vet is if there is an emergency. If they were an emergency vet I would never go anyone else.

My dog was sick and they would even make 15 minutes in their schedule to see her. They said we would have to make an appointment for August. We have been going here since we got her 15 years ago. We ended up having to go to a emergency vet in west Hartford which we waited 6+ hours at to get her seen come to find out we needed to put her down yesterday but Torrington would not even try to help us or make time to see us. Terrible service and completely disrespect. We have had multiple dogs cared for by this vet but never ever had this line of disrespect for an emergency.

The vet tech is fantastic

My dog had a swollen leg and was limping. I had a different veterinary and was not happy with there services. These kind and caring professionals saw my dog right away. They were great. I can’t say enough good things about them. There prices were so reasonable. I am so happy that they will be caring for both my dogs. I highly recommend these wonderful people. Best choice I ever made.

I thought I had seen my fur baby (cat) had worms.. I called for an appointment, they got me in on a Tuesday afternoon (they been busy and that was the soonest appointment I could get so I took it) I got there early.. I have to start getting my cat in his carrier earlier cuz he hates it. They took him in 20 minutes earlier than his scheduled appointment, which was awesome of them and I had him back in 10 minutes he was dewormed and got his annual checkup.. the ladies at North Torrington Veteranary Hospital have always been really sweet to me and my Butterscotch and very professional as well. I always worry when I have to bring my fur baby in but they’re always so understanding.. and my cat is a feisty boy.

I always get feedback of how happy my dog Jeter is from the Vet and all the technicians. So if he is responding to their treatment in a positive way, that's all that matters to me. I have no recommendations for this facility to make any improvements.

Me and my baby boy, Gemini, LOVE North Torrington. I’m a new dog mom and my boy is almost a year old. When I first rescued him he was terribly ill with kennel cough, a vitamin deficiency, and the most roundworms you’ve ever seen in a 4 pound dog. The vet and vet techs worked with me to get him on the right dewormer, as well as choosing the right food. My boy was a different dog after he healed. He became playful, happy, loving, and brave! Since then they’ve helped me neuter him and tolerated me running in last minute with “is this normal?” questions. I couldn’t be more grateful for North Torrington. Gemini even loves going to the vet because he knows he’ll get lots of attention and love from the friendly staff. Plus, I’ve always been very please with the prices! Thank you for being an amazing vet and true animal lovers, North Torrington!

North Torrington Vet always exceeds my expectations! They are super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and prepared. I super appreciate how they are handling this new situation due to Covid-19, and am thankful they are open to help my boys! I have 2 large dogs and they both love going there! They whine when I pull into the parking lot like we are at the dog park lol! I totally recommend North Torrington Vet for all you Vet needs in CT!
