I am a new dog owner and they were so helpful and welcoming to not only my pup, but to me and all my crazy questions! I have always felt understood and valued, but most importantly my dog LOVES going there. I have met with new vets and vet techs each time and every single one was so caring with my dog.

I absolutely LOVE the care my cats get from everyone at The Pet Hospital! They are always available for any unscheduled check ups when a problem arises. They are great!

Mom took her baby-kitty (he's 8 but still her baby) to get a large skin tag removed. The staff was extremely helpful and compassionate. Thankfully everything went well and we were kept informed the whole time. Thank you everyone at Pet Hospital for taking such great care of Nicky ????

I have been to multiple veterinarians in the area. Some okay-ish some downright awful. Pet Hospital of Stratford is a revelation. The are a Fear Free certified vet meaning their building setup and their staff all meet specific standards for low anxiety environment and high level of care. Their prices are fair, some vets charge almost 30% more for a rushed, assembly line-like experience. At PHoS I feel like I'm bringing my little boy (a long coat chihuahua) to trusted friends. I almost didn't want to write this review because they are the areas best kept little gem of a place in a cute building that has a cozy old barn feel to it. They are simply wonderful. Thank you everyone at PHoS, you are a rare gem.

They have the best staff and doctors and care very much for all their patients. They helped us go thru a very tough time when our furbaby passed away. They have me all the time I needed, cremation services, everything. They made our experience much less painful than it could've been

Bad customer service!!!!!. I left a voice-mail inquiring if they were accepting new clients and that I needed an appointment as soon as possible. A few minutes later they called me back and left a message stating that I could bring her in that same day to just call them back.I called back right away within seconds of them leaving a message.They did not answer so I left another voice-mail telling them I was sorry I missed their call and to please call me back to set up that appointment they told me they could. After a few minutes passed without them returning my call I tried calling them back again and this time I was able to speak to somebody who proceeded to tell me that they no longer had any appointments available for the day. I was so disappointed. I really needed them to see her and got so excited when they left that message saying they could. I think she has developed diabetes and I need her to see a vet. All the other places I called were booked out. I was so upset. I still am . I understand that they are busy but why leave a voice-mail stating that they would see my cat. Then when I finally spoke to someone I was told that it was too late. It was less than 5 minutes from the time I spoke to someone and when the receptionist left a message on my voice mail. So disappointed.

Office staff is so nice and caring! The doc is very knowledgeable and offers as many options as possible!

I recently took my 14 year old Chihuahua here for a visit. The staff is very professional and caring about your pet. The vet took her time to explain everything in detail and gave a print out of the estimated costs. I'm very happy with the overall service and environment.

I've been bringing my puppy here for the past year since we adopted her. They are caring, communicative, and quick. See no reason not to continue to bring her here as long as we live in the area.

My dog contracted a virus and had an upper respiratory infection. He was coughing heavily and had some odd breathing patterns periodically. My old vet told me they could not see him as they were "busy with only one doctor on staff." They told us to bring him to the hospital as they could not get him in for a week. Needless to say I was furious, as his condition didn't warrant trip to the hospital. The Pet Hospital of Stratford got him in to be seen within 30 MINUTES of my call. He was diagnosed and given medication for the RIGHT price. He is recovering just fine now, and will be a lifetime client of this establishment. Their staff is excellent and caring.

Everyone at the Pet Hospital of Stratford is incredibly friendly, they constantly keep you updated since you are unable to go in with your pet and everything is very covid safe!

I have been going there with my cat Bella for 15 year. The staff and the doctors are always very patient with me and my pet, They answer all my questions and work with me to achieve the highest care for my Bella. Even during this pandemic, they are there for me.

The veterinarians and the staff are all welcoming and professional. Their love of animals is evident in how they treat the pets that come in for care from the moment they arrive through the examination process to when they leave. They are also very friendly to the pets' owners and families!!

Had a great first appointment with my kitty. Found out she is actually a he, so the family is brainstorming boy names. We met Gisselle and Sue and they were both very warm and welcoming. Dr. Claudia is so informative and patient... She didn't rush and answered any questions I had.

Attentive. 100 times cleaner than Shakespeare. Friendly. Informative. They take the time to explain things to you esp when it comes to meds for my fur baby. They took my girl in right away a few times during her recent illness and even waited to close up til I could get there and pick up more meds she needed. I don't know the prices for other vets in the area, except Shakespeare - and Pet Hospital is more reasonable. And the staff at Pet Hosp are actually human, not just robotic lumps sitting behind a desk like Shakespeare... Would recommend.

I have no complaint. I bought my dog here and they took great care of her and give me all the information for my situation. I highly recommend this pet hospital for your fur babies you can't go wrong.

The hospital is very pet good, excellent staff. The Dr. Goes threw every step with you on the phone, due to covid you can't go inside.

Doctor David dvm is great listens very well explain why my cat is the way he is old with issues addressed all my questions .
