Knowledge, experience, professionalism. The only complaint I have is this place has consistently raised their prices sense they started at the old location on Cherry St. Very expensive!!!

They always take such good care of my cat. I moved to north haven and I still drive him to Milford to go here for the care they provide. My mom has also brought all her cats here for over 20 years. Very honest and kind staff and doctors. They all love animals and treat them as their own and pet them and say hello. They’re one of the best around. Especially in my cats case they’re one of the only places with the technology he needs for his treatments.

First time visit. Every staff member was kind and courteous. Dr. took time to explain everything. Great experience

I would have given 5 stars but while we were in the room saying goodbye our beloved pet of 18 plus years the receptionist decided that was a good time to return my credit card. It really could have waited.

I recently took in 3 kittens that I rescued and I brought all 3 of them to see the doctors at the Animal Clinic of Milford to get wellness checks and start their vaccines. They saw all 3 of them right away and both the doctors and staff were very loving and warm towards all of them including my troublemaker, Spitfire. They made sure to make my kittens very comfortable. I was very happy with the services provided. Thanks!

First time there, took us right in and were sooo awesome with our little guy, our vet was not available, and this was an emergency, highly recommend, worth every cent....

Kanga our family dog needed teeth extractions and cleaning. Thanks to Dr Maley and the team she did so well and recovered rapidly. Everything done was explained in detail and understanding. Kanga is 14 years old so we were very anxious. Office is clean and friendly. Debbie the receptionist always helpful.

I got a puppy earlier this year, and it's my first experience with dogs. The animal clinic was really helpful and professional. They were communicative and explained the puppy vaccine schedule. The pricing is also good. Dr. Sasha Golovyan is the best!

We were promised lab results in two days, then after being passed around to 4 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES WHO COULD NOT HELP US OR WERE INDIFFERENT WE SPOKE TO THE MANAGER WHO SAID THE VET WAS ON VACATION. He said they had no results but then all of a sudden he said he was able some how to login to the lab and told me over the phone all we seem to get is their marketing spam, no call from the vet, no emailed lab results and no call back. We have contacted the bank and asked them to reverse the charge since we never got what we paid for which is timely service, the truth and certainly not the run around. They have no respect for Hadrians earned money and play mind games with your emotions, this was the worst Stay away this place is toxic

Got me in for my sick cat when no one in the area did. Was seen promptly and he is feeling so much better. Highly recommend this place.

We have boarded our dog twice at the Animal Clinic of Milford, and had wonderful experiences each time. She was so well taken care of that she didn’t want to leave when we picked her up.

They got very high reviews and ratings that's why I brought my 20-year-old female cat there. I have had cats for 30 years I know the groove. But when they try to EXTORT more money out of me through double talk and trickery, I took my kitty and left. It's not about the cost I don't care about it or the money ever. It is only, only about the care and well-being of my cat. Period. It's a shame but that was my experience.

Whenever I go there, they take good care of my baby!

I will be eternally grateful to Sasha & Tom for when my dog Bella had cancer, knowing I could not afford certain procedures they opted for the best way to prolong her life. When she had a cyst that had burst and I thought that was the end, they put their heads together and operated and prolonged her life again! Not ever having a dog with cancer I kept wondering if I was doing the right thing. They both would tell me, she will let you know. She most certainly did! On the other side of this, I do have to say though I love their staff, I feel since they have moved, there seems to be more confusion regarding records. I do know prior to moving they had a new computer system and that caused some confusion but when it comes to the care of the animals and what they are suppose to be getting, that concerns me. I personally have not had any issues since all my animals have passed but my daughter does bring her animals with her and has had a couple instances where the tech says one thing and it should be the opposite. Like dog getting heartworm but really should be getting Lyme. That sort of thing. I also feel it might be do to physically not being able to go into the clinic with the animal. I don't know. I'm sure with things going back to some what normal it will all work out. My daughter wasn't too concerned but I thought it could become an issue. Most recently had to put down my cat Gracie and Tom was very compassionate about my situation. They had a room just for us to spend our last minutes together. Reading some of the complaints I feel that if one doesn't communicate their problem the clinic has no way of knowing what is wrong and trying to rectify the situation. I wish many years at their new facility and look forward to one day seeing everyone again. I would highly recommend Animal Clinic of Milford :)

The lovely and caring staff helped my cat with leukemia over his short life and took the time to ensure I was comfortable with the decisions I was making.

I want to tell you about my experience at the clinic with my pet. I had been going there with my pet for 10 years. The last two of years my pet was under medication and went from a happy healthy weight down to 4 pounds 6 ounces. It was time to put him out of what was no longer a life. I made an appointment and brought him in. I had to pay in advance before the service was provided. The vet came in with his assistant. He was put on his side and the vet tech grabbed him by the scruff of his neck while the vet tried to get the IV in. My pet was screaming in pain. Then he was turned over to try to get the IV in the other side. Finally the medication to calm him was administered. The final shot was given and he was now at peace. To top that all off, I was charged for a sick cat visit. I have had other animal put down and never experienced that. My other animals were given the calming shot first now through an IV. The leg was then shaven so the vet could see where to put the IV. This experience has really been bothering me and I wanted others to know how horrible it was for my pet as well as me. Their bedside manner was terrible. I felt like they did not care about me or my pet.

Definitely one of the nicest vet offices I've ever seen. Place is spotless and the staff is very friendly. They've taken excellent care of all three of my dogs. With having three dogs I've been to quite a few different places for all sorts of different things, this place is my favorite so far! Sincerely, Jaws, Piglet, and Semolin

Thank you for helping my puppy

Went there with my guinea pig for an eye issue. I was in there for maybe 30 minutes max from walking in to leaving. Prices are super affordable and the vet actually took me seriously. They offer dog training classes and I asked about if they take pits and there was no discrimination towards her! I will continue to take my guinea pigs there and I will continue to recommend this vet to all my friends!

Last couple of years of our dog’s life, we spent thousands of dollars and he was being misdiagnosed, unnecessary tests and costly prescriptions right up to the day we put him down. 6 months later and we still get notifications. Update your records for God sakes.

I am writing this review bc I can’t get the picture out of my head of my beloved dog gizmo dr. Belden removed a lump sent it out for biopsy. 5 days later my dog could not walk and he told us he didn’t have cancer but would need to be put down and refused to give a copy of report . Needless to say Dr. Belden took a lot of more from me he is responsible for my dogs death my heart breaks and I miss gizmo every day!

Became very pricey. Used to be the best value around but bigger overhead higher cost. Still cant go in with your po et. Don't like that

An amazing veterinarian clinic. Have been taken my furry kids there for years. Always a wonderful care and best results possible. Even through tough times of Covid-19 they are on the highest level of assistance. Thank you ACM for your professionalism and support.
