They saw both of my dogs for a nail trim on the same day I called :) I'll be coming back in a few weeks for thier next trim!

I received a gift card to One Pampered Pup and finally was able to get my ,my boy Blue to them and I am SOOOOOO glad I did. The staff & owners were so welcoming and super friendly as soon as we walked in the door (even after Blue left a present for them on the floor) and when I picked Blue up he was like a whole new dog. At least 3 pounds lighter from all the hair they were able to get off of him and he smells so fresh and so clean. Love it. I would recommend OPP to anyone!!

My pups ALWAYS look and smell the best after bringing them here! By far one of the best, personable and professional groomers around. They do the little extras that set them aside from other places. Def worth the wait time!

I’ve taken my dog to several groomers and by far One Pampered Pup has been the absolute best! Both Kim and Justin are always very friendly and always find time for Dallas, even when they’re booked. Every time I pick Dallas up, he smells amazing! His nails are perfectly trimmed and they take their time with him. Kim is always very patient and does a phenomenal job with him (he is a bulldog and very stubborn). They treat him like one of their own and we are very grateful for finding them. Dallas is a happy pup!

DONT TAKE YOUR DOG/PUPPY HERE!!!They cut my poor puppy’s ears when I said don’t cut his tail or ear they still did.my dog cannot walk per or eat I am very scared of what happened.Also a dog bit him.They should really look out for the dogs CAUSE THIS IS NOT OK????????.Also sorry for the bad pictures I just put some stuff to heal him

I always take my 1 year pup and I can say very very amazing service. He always comes out perfect the way I tell them to do the job. Very amazing work !!!

I am SO happy to have found one pampered pup. We have a 65lb English cream golden retriever. After a bad experience with a previous groomer (even with an apt would have my dog there for 6+ hours) I was nervous about finding a new place. When I first called to make an appointment with one pampered pup I instantly felt relieved over the phone. I explained my situation and nerves. The owner was so kind at having my dog come in first thing in the morning for her first apt which would make me and my dog more comfortable. Not only did my dog look great their communication of when she would be finished was awesome. The store itself is also adorable and feels like a spa for your dog. I have since gone back two other times and have another appointment coming up. This last time we got the de shedding treatment and my dog has never looked better. I also put a lot of trust in how my dog responds to being dropped off there. Of course going to the groomers is no dogs favorite thing to do but I can tell she is much more relaxed with one pampered pup. I can’t say enough good things! We can’t wait to go back to get my dog cleaned up again before she is in our wedding ceremony.

We’ve been taking the pups to One Pampered Pup for almost a year now! The business itself is so clean and decorated so nicely. It’s like a modern farmhouse salon for pets! Everyone there loves the dogs like their own and my girls always come out with smiles, cute bandanas/bows related to season/holiday, and CONSISTENT! With that I mean, where I used to take them, they’d always come out looking different each time. I enjoy seeing and talking to the owners when I do drop offs and pickups, it’s a great thing when owners are really passionate about their business and you’d never know they were the owners if it weren’t for the cute family photo they have on the front desk. So welcoming all of the time! It’s just always a pleasant experience, from booking to picking up the pups. Thank you One Pampered Pup for our FURever grooming salon!!! ** We have a Husky, Pomeranian and a 3 legged Maltese. Upon adopting our Maltese, she was never professionally groomed and so when we took her, Kim & Justin had let us know she was very matted and probably would have to be shaved which was the end result. Her coat has grown in so cutely now and so glad we can maintain her from here on out. Thank you Kim and Justin for your expertise and taking care of our fur babies!

I can't say enough about my experience at One Pampered Pup. Owners Justin & Kim provide top notch service and will always accommodate even on short notice. My family in total sends 4 dogs here and we send them in confidence knowing the dogs will be taken care of, but also coming out looking the best they can. I'd recommend and will continue to recommend One Pampered Pup to all of my friends and family in Southwestern CT who are looking for a quality grooming service, run by great people.

Very bad service I took my dog, everything was cut off and with a swollen leg bitten by another dog, my dog ​​after taking it can not walk or do the bathroom, it does not eat the worst decision I have taken was to take it to this place they are irresponsible and they delete all comments that they don't like. this happened on Friday 7/23/2021 I sent him a message on Instagram I sent him a photo of what they did to my dog ​​to call me, the only thing that came out was that they blocked me from taking responsibility

I’m absolutely obsessed with this place!! Kim and Justin are amazing. They know exactly how to handle my crazy pup. Every time I pick him up he’s so happy and clean! They are extremely professional, accommodating and affordable. This place is so welcoming and CLEAN! I can’t say enough good things about One Pampered Pup!

The staff is excellent with my grumpy old man, who hates baths. Other groomers have been unable to finish service because he was so bad. One Pampered Pup treated him with love and care from day one and regularly update their notes to reflect what he likes. Their natural products leave my baby smelling absolutely divine for days! We won't go anywhere else.

I have been taking my baby shih tzu to a different groomer since her first hair cut. Although I liked where I was taking her recently I decided I wanted to try somewhere else as I wasn’t completely satisfied anymore. I had been seeing one pampered pup recommended ALL over Facebook. Every time anyone would ask for recommendations I would see this business. I am SO SO SO happy I decided to bring my baby there. I just picked her up and I literally cannot get over how adorable she looks. I have never seen her hair look so perfect, so fluffy and soft. She looks like a literal teddy bear. They did everything I asked for and more. I am So excited I found them. Not too mention the salon is so beautiful and adorable and the owners are so incredibly kind and welcoming. Can’t wait to be back ????????

I don’t have enough words to explain how impressed I am with One Pampered Pup. Our first experience was absolutely splendid. Right when I walked in I was politely greeted by Kim. She was so warm and professional. She welcomed Archie with open arms and one of the first question she asked me was, “Are you ready for this?” As a first time puppy mom, I felt like she TOTALLY understood the emotions behind our puppy’s first big-boy groom, and finding someone we truly trusted. You just do not find genuine customer service anymore like Kim and her husband offered in their business. I felt so comfortable leaving my puppy in their hands, and Archie was just as comfortable! He was wagging his tail the entire time. They spent a significant amount of time with him to ensure that it was a safe space for him, which I loved. When I picked him up, I was in awe at their level of precise detail from nose to tail. We have already scheduled Archie’s follow up grooming appointment and we can’t wait to go back!

I brought my dog Oliver today for his first grooming. Very much over grown with matting. Kim was wonderful and made extra time for him and made him look beautiful. She went above and beyond to accommodate us since I only made an appointment for a face trim and nail clipping. I would highly recommend One Pampered Pup; Kim and her staff are amazing. Thank You. What an amazing experience! I have looked for a groomer who knew exactly how to cut my King Cavaliers and after three years and many groomers, I finally found my forever groomer! Not only that....I have a 19 year old Bichon; they were so kind and gentle with him. Our dogs look amazing AND they were super relaxed! A no stress, perfect grooming experience! Kim and her husband were so lovely and Kim was so detailed in the pre grooming process to ensure the perfect cut. I so appreciate them both in this entire experience! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! I highly recommend bringing your little furry family to this place!

The best groomers in CT. If my wife and I were to ever move, we’d still drive far just to bring our two dogs to One Pampered Pup. The owners and staff are very nice and hard working. Much respect.

Finding a groomer that I trust with my two girls was very important to me. We struggled finding the right place until we tried One Pampered Pup! Literally the best groomers in CT. Extremely friendly. Attention to detail. You feel safe leaving your fur babies there. It’s a comforting feeling as an owner! I couldn’t ask for anything better.

This place is amazing! Both owners are so friendly and understanding. I have an extremely dog-reactive dog, especially in enclosed environments. In the past I have taken him to other groomers where he has stayed all day (6+ hours). Today Kim and her team had him done in under 2 hours. As I was running late for pick up they let me know he didn't do well in the kennel and let him hang out in the waiting area. I work at a vet and understand how difficult it can be to handle a dog who doesn't do well around others - specifically my own who can act like he's losing his mind! I'm so appreciative that they not only understood his faults, but totally knocked his haircut out of the park! He went in looking like a scruffy, unkempt street dog and came out looking like he was ready to go on the bachelor! ;) I would recommend One Pampered Pup to anyone looking to have their dog groomed - and specifically for those who's fur kids are on the 'special' side like mine! I am so happy with their work and how understanding they were with his personality.

This was my first time attending. Just moved in to Stratford 2 weeks ago and needed a place that would be pit friendly. I told them I had a new born which truly hasn’t been easy a 4 day old baby and a pup to mange. Staff was very kind and helped tremendously, something so small taking extra time to give us some extra time alone meant a lot. Fallon loved it he seem d comfortable and came out shinning and smelling like a brand new car. Definitely will continue taking him there. Thank you guys
