I brought my dog in for a nail trim with Erin today and she was very professional and handled my pup with so much care. Thank you for hosting the nail trim event.

An FYI for anyone considering going to their nail trim events in the future: My dog's nail was badly cut and clipped causing a lot of blood from her quick within her nail. She also had to wear a muzzle which she has never worn before. We have never had an issue with the nail clipping events, but something was definitely not right today. Only 2 of her paws were done as a result of this. Waste of time. Groomer skill level is not what it used to be.

Good products but some items are pricey.

It is a pleasant shopping experience whenever I go. They carry the food I prefer, and have all you'd expect and want for your pets. Sales from time to time as well. My car broke during the Panera bread, and they even arranged a delivery. A service not provided any longer, but they considered the circumstance, and I was completely grateful for their help. Check them out!

I wish I could give this place more then 5 stars for this hidden gem pet store! I stopped here on my way up to a veterinarian hospital, and i couldn’t have been more pleased! The owner Karen was so kind and generous. Helping me, but more importantly my cat- Mars. We went through multiple beds for Mars to try in her new cat carrier, until we found the best one! Hooked me up with 20% off treats (always on tuesday, they call it treat tuesday) The store had great deals and a wide variety of toys, leashes, food, treats and a lot more for many animals! There were also employees in the back cutting cats nails! If you are a pet lover this is a place to stop and check out! Will be back just to see Karen!

We've been customers of H3 Pet Supply since we returned to Stratford in 2017. Mike, Karen, and the entire staff are delightful. Their knowledge of the different products they offer is amazing, and they're happy to answer questions to make sure their customers get what their pets need. And their commitment to the local community is awesome. I always recommend them to anyone who needs pet supplies!

My daughter and I are big on support small business pet stores and we sad when our hometown one closed due to covid. When we moved to Stratford and found this gem it was like our valley pet store didn’t close! The customer service is so professional and welcoming! They have great promotions and a variety of dog food, treats, and much more, all reasonable priced! And on Tuesdays they have a 20 percent sale on regular priced items...even the 99 cent treats! Must come and see for yourself!

Store is clean, prices are good, and staff are amazing. I always bring my dog with me to pet stores to practice obedience and manners, the staff were so patient to help me practice calm greeting. They have a great variety of specialty products (raw, goat milk, treats, chews). They also had a good amount of stuff on sale/clearance!

Has so much in the store! Has my cat food and it's a little less then other stores. Plus you get discounts for buying a certain amount. People are pleasant and helpful. They also rescue and find homes for cats. That's my kind of pet store for all of the above reasons.

I went there to get dr. Marty’s freeze dried dog food and I bought the wrong kind and my dog wouldn’t eat it so I didn’t have the receipt and the guy was so nice to me when I called up, James took my call and listen to me and he told me to come back in and he’ll exchange the food and he put a bag behind the counter to make sure there was a bag for me to trade because there was only 2 left, I thought that was very thoughtful and he reassured me there would be no problem I’ll be going there from now on for all my dog needs they were better then the other big store’s that don’t treat you with the same attention I recommend this store to anyone that loves their pet and wants the best for them , one more thing to add is this place is the only place within miles or even in the county I think that carriers dr. Marty’s freeze dried food I called dr.martys to find a store that carries their product and this is the only place in area and they had a wide selection of his stuff and I can get it without ordering it online and having to wait thx h3 for having such a variety of food to choose from

I was thrilled during such a difficult time there was a place I could take my dog to have his needs met, a simple nail trim. I made sure to arrive early, third car in the lot. Told the older lady when I arrived & was still forgotten when numbers were given out. Not only was I given the incorrect pet voucher, I’m more then 10th in line. Extremely disappointed in today’s service.
