This store has a good fish selection. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Some of their products, foods are outdated so keep an eye out for that. Has definitely come a long way since the first time I visited. Would definitely recommend!

Stopped here for the first time today, I'll be going back. Petco didn't have the dog food I was looking for, All Pets Club did.

So I bought an adult bearded dragon who just didn’t look good. He was super malnourished to the point where his ribs and hip bones were sticking out. I was informed that he was surrendered by an owner who kept him in terrible conditions so I’m not blaming the bearded’s health on them. My only issue was the fact that I was assured he was in good health and that they wanted $200 for him. That price just seems way to high for a sick surrendered bearded dragon. The day after I got him he passed away and when I called the store to ask about a refund, a very nice lady said that wouldn’t be an issue so I’m not too upset with this location.

Friendly staff who are helpful to customers and caring to the animals. I've been a member of their club for awhile now and the savings are well worth it. Highly recommend this place, I buy boxes of hay all the time for my 2 rabbits.

The WORST all pets club in CT. Compared to all the others it’s absolutely horrible, I feel so bad for the fish. Their tanks are disgusting, I would never buy any fish from here. I hate being a “Karen” & writing bad reviews but this one time I feel like I had to. Clean the tanks.

Stopped into the store tonight to grab some treats for my puppies and Scott helped me pick out some healthier options. I highly recommend stopping in and checking it out! They have so many more nylabone, benebone, and Kong toys than all the other stores!

It was new for me. The service was amazing very informative. I will be back.

This is the best pet store! I only get my pets from here, they are the best! The customer service is always great. They all are very nice and helpful every time. They make customers feel welcomed. No other pet store compares to their prices! I highly recommend becoming a club member it is definitely worth it!!

Good selection of top shelf products. Get a membership for the discount. Bought a very sweet puppy there. However we are on our second round of Meds to cure her gardia from kenneling with all the other pups. They try, but it is a common problem in that situation. When we visited she was very happy to see her caretakers. Very much appreciate the staff and their helpfulness.

Store was super dirty and staff wasn't helpful at all. I was trying to ask some questions about the 2 adult ferrets they have and the woman in the back just walked away from me after acknowledging that I was speaking to her. The pug puppy kept behind the counter was coughing poor thing is definitely sick. Wouldn't recommend getting your animals from this place. So sad to see

Never buy a dog from here. We bought a pug for my wife's birthday and the puppy came home with a parasite and was very sick. This was July 28, 2021. The puppy is still sick in fact right now. I've spent around $3,000 dealing with getting this dog in good haalth. When this happened the manager, Melissa, told me to save all my receipts and they'd reimburse me for my expenses in getting the parasite taken care of etc. Today I received a check for $174!!!!! What?!?!? I emailed Melissa and she is now signing a whole different song saying they only take care of a fecal test and a medication. Not what she told me before!!!! I will make sure I let everyone know how this place does business for a long time coming. Buyer Beware!!!

Always helpful and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend them for all your pet needs. They have helped me for years now with my Saltwater Tank.

I love to shop here rather than the Wallingford or Branford locations. For saltwater aquariums, this location has the best variety of fish and coral compared to the other locations I have been to. What is more important is that the Southington location has the cleanest aquariums so I feel better purchasing fish and coral from them. Since I need to go there at least twice a month, the employees there have always been friendly and helpful. They have some really knowledgeable employees that have been wonderful in helping me maintain my saltwater aquarium. The store may be small and crowded but it has everything you need. I also purchase items for my cat and my dog as well. I highly recommend this place!

This location is SMALL. So small I think it is cluttered. They surprisingly have puppies at this location but due to the spacing issue they really can’t properly separate puppies by their size. I was sad to see a husky attacking a small pug. I told the associates who just brushed me off assuring me it was normal play. It wasn’t. I haven’t been back since because most of the animals at this location really seem neglected.

Everyone at All Pets Club has been so very helpful. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. We have purchased a rabbit, fish, and a guinea pig from them and they have all been healthy and happy. We have had these animals and fish for years and they are still doing great. I have recently had issues with my fish tank out of my own error and the staff has been helping me with this all the way through. They are patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!!

Love this store and it’s friendly staff, Greg has been very helpful in testing our pond water and providing great advice on controlling the water quality… good variety of fish for sale.

Everyone there is very nice and professional. They helped me out so much when I was purchasing a guinea pig. One of the workers went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. Amazing customer service and great products!

Really love the variety, and how knowledgeable the staff is. You can find some really interesting fish here. *updated* I really love this establishment. The staff is always friendly, and willing to help with any questions you may have. I like the non- big box store feel. They usually have a wide variety of fish, some you wouldn't usually see. Really great professional staff.
