The groomers and staff there are always wonderful to work with and attentive to either my dogs or my needs are concerns.

Update: Regardless of the misunderstanding or miscommunication that might have occurred, they are extremely professional. They did call me back, apologized, and tried to figure out what went wrong. Once my cat's fur grows back, I will try and go back here, and update my review accordingly based on their work. Review from Sept 02: I will begin with saying that they were kind enough to change my appointment time for my convenience. However, I wish I would have canceled my appointment all together. They might know how to groom a dog (based on their reviews) but they do not know how to groom a cat. I asked my cat to be trimmed NOT shaved! I had my appointment for a trim and brush. There should have been enough fur left to brush my cat!! Told them at least twice that we do not want the fur to be too short. My cat basically has no fur now and looks naked when it is near winter!!!

The absolute best! My Newfoundland needed grooming big time. I went here based on someone's recommendation and I'm glad that I did. Its worth the 40 minute drive. Prices are good, staff is caring. They are my go to groomers.

My tiny and already terrified dog came home with a serious back injury and is now taking medications to ease her pain. This place is definitely at fault. She was perfectly fine prior to her visit.

Love this place! I met the owner years ago - we shared the same nail salon and I recommended Cheryl's Pride & Groom to a dear friend that had a cat that need grooming and she took care of her cat for many years!!! I now own a little joy (dog) and he a mix poodle and I love they way they take care of him!!!!

Cheryl and her team has groomed 5 of our Goldens over the past 15 years and always does a great job - especially doing puppy cuts. Highly recommend her!

Wow! I brought my silky terrier here for the first time today for a haircut and teeth cleaning, and the results were amazing! The staff is friendly and my groomer, Brandy, was very helpful. My dog went in nervous, but he left calm and wasn’t rushing to dash out the door- which lets me know he was cared for well while in the hands of the staff. Forget Petco! I will definitely be taking him here from now on! Thank you Brandy!

I just picked up my little Yorkie Ella and let me tell you she looks amazing! They listened to exactly what I wanted and made sure to ask a lot of questions before they went to work on her. Thank you guys for making my princess look so adorable! I will be back when it’s time for another doggie spa day!

I've been bringing in my dogs for haircuts for years and have been pleased every time! The staff is kind and professional, the prices are quite reasonable and the dogs always look sharp afterwards! Would recommend to anyone.

I am absolutely appalled by this “service”! The employees were rude and quick with my husband and I, not asking our preferences and told us they would cut how they would. We have a goldendoodle and they completely missed chunks of her coat, leaving it uneven and messy! They also did not pluck her ears, risking an ear infection. We will NEVER be back. Save yourself and your pet the miserable experience and take your business elsewhere!!!

Always take our pup Cooper here! We have been taking him here for about 7 years, and he always comes home feeling confident and lookin’ great! Staff is very friendly and attentive. We have never been disappointed by them!

The Ladies there were very kind and professional. I only requested a bath, but my pup came came out looking beautiful, clean and fluffy. They even trimmed around her eyes, as the hair had gotten a bit long, something our normal groomers don't do, if its just a bath. I was very satisfied with her results and would definitely recommend their services.

Because of COVID-19 it was hard to find a groomer that was open. I googled and found this groomer and decided to try it. I was given a quick appointment. Once I got there they came out and greeted me and asked how I wanted my two Shih Tzus (male and female) groomed. I was given a call for a pick up and when I saw them both; was quite pleased with the outcome. I feel they really listened to how I wanted them groomed. I’ve had some unpleasant results in the past from prior groomers. Cheryl’s Pride & Groom did a great job and was professional and friendly. They both came out looking groomed perfectly and happy. And they smelled fabulous.! This is where I’ll be taking my babies from now on. Thank you!

Fantastic groomer for my cat at a great price! I called on a Friday and got an appointment for the next day to have the mats removed from my long haired cat. Cheryl shaved the mats off of him, have him a dry brush and clipped his nails all in an hour! She was also super friendly. Skip the big pet stores and go to Cheryl! PS You get a 5% discount for paying in cash.

Today was my first time here and it’s easy to say they have a new life long customer. My dog was severely over due for a grooming as I adopted him from a pound. The groomer assisted me in picking the right length for my dogs cut and went over what the service entailed. It did take a little longer than expected but I was advised of this prior to leaving. But it was definitely worth the wait. When I picked my shih tzui mix up I thought it was a different dog!! He looked amazing. The staff is kind and attentive. I’m so glad I was referred to them and anyone looking for a new groomer should check them out!!

I brought my 3 year old black Lab there today to be groomed (for the first time ever!). Mason, the groomer, did an incredible job with my dog. He was patient, caring, gentle, and attentive. My dog came out looking and smelling absolutely phenomenal, and she was not nervous or anxious at ALL. I highly recommend Cheryl’s Pride & Groom to all dog owners/dog lovers.
