The folks at Ragged Mountain are so knowledgeable and compassionate. My dog needed emergent treatment and they graciously made room in their schedule to perform his surgery and provide the care he needed. By doing so, these amazing folks saved our boy’s life. Thank you to all of you from the bottom of our hearts and the bottom of Sprocket’s stomach!

I've been bringing my cat to Ragged Mountain for the last 3 or 4 years. During that time I've received great treatment by the staff and Dr Kimm and always recommend people to come. Within the last year there was a change in staff with a new Doctor and a new woman on reception. Dr. Brooks is very kind but the woman on reception not so much. I wanted to bring my cat in because he'd been acting unusual and without my knowledge I was booked for an Urgent Care Exam which costed an extra $100! Mind you over the phone I specifically said this is not an emergency before I booked anything but since they were booked and they only had something the next day I took it. According to her SHE felt it was an emergency. I dont have a problem paying for things when I CONSENT but I did not consent to an urgent care exam and I was not told ahead of time I would get an extra charge. After I spoke to her about that she was unwilling to offer any help or work anything out regarding the fee. She was not sympathetic and though she apologize I dont think she felt she did anything wrong. This isn't the first time I've been rubbed the wrong way and I'm not even sure I want to go back after this. $100 extra fee for a pet bill can be the difference between someone being able to afford food for their family or not. You just don't do that to people.... $368.10 later, I'm just happy my cat is okay ❤

This is our vet. My dog had a torn acl Was told to take her to the er since they couldn't see her Then the er said to follow up with your vet on next steps I did so. It was like i was on my own. Didn't care at all or help with what to do. Horrible. Said call around for a consultation

I have never reviewed a placed this low, but lack of professionalism and straight up greed run this place. I will not tell you whether or not to take your pet here or somewhere else. But I think Pet owners should be aware if your Love ones have any simphtoms and they deem it not a problem, they shouldn't be prescribing just to justify the visit. unfortunately I couldn't talk the Doctor but the Secretary can used some human relations training! I hope your pets and yourselves get a better treatment than mine!

Good vet but in the last year I've been turned away any time I've called to make any appointment because they are too busy. I've had to change vet completely as a result. My experience: consistently unreliable to get an appointment which unfortunately isnt a great quality for a vet clinic. The few times I have been able to get there were in 2019 and the service was good& recommended. Just beware of lack of availability if you have a needy pet.

Great doctors, cost for veterinary care is difficult for most budgets for our pets.

Recently brought my very healthy 6 month old german shepherd in to be fixed, and they said she passed away while under anesthesia, most likely due to a bad heart. It was said this never happened in their whole career. I know she did not have a unhealthy heart. I am completely heartbroken

Doctors are compassionate, caring, and extremely helpful in all situations. I wouldn't bring my pets anywhere else.

Dr Kim has been caring for my animals since I was a child. Dr brooks is wonderful as well. They saved my Scottish Terrier many times. He had a few health problems. The day came when we had to put our little family member to the next life. The office was always compassionate and caring as always. I called to get an appointment for my cat, the woman told me they are not accepting new clients. Other vet clinic I called automatically scheduled an appointment. Ragged Mountain bad decision!
