Amanda is awesome! Everytime I bring my dog he's happy to be there!!! Amanda is flexible with times! I couldn't be more happy!!! Only place I'm bringing my golden, "wilson", is here! Ty amanda!

Found everything I needed and the beta fish are really beautiful. Cats have big cages which is nice while they wait for adoption.

great associates, sometimes takes a bit to get help with getting crickets, but that's usually because they are short staffed editing it to say that there is one cashier, I always forget to ask his name, who is one of the most upbeat and friendliest people I've met. even when it takes some time to get help on the floor, I always leave smiling because he gives such a great final experience. I credit him with being the reason I changed my review from 4 to 5 stars

Amazing! These ladies are the best, it's the second time I brought our kitten (Ella) to have her claws clipped. The service and true care for pets here is awesome, thank you!

Very clean and organized but low stock on the items I was looking for, not to mention it's on the expensive side. Cashier greeted and completed my transaction in a very friendly manner, but talks like he's on a commercial and that's kinda creepy.

The people working here are suspiciously nice, like, all the time. They are exceedingly helpful, and weirdly knowledgeable. Almost too good at what they do. Almost as if they like their jobs. Such personable service is not encouraged in New England.

They were very helpful at this location and were very helpful in answering any questions I had. They took the time out of their day to help me with any and all help I needed in the store and were happy to help.

Their new parakeets were looking to each other from the glass, not doing anything and were on the ground. They were also tittering. I am so disappointed with the answer that I got when I heard why they were like that. The man said that they didn't get enough sleep. WHAT THE HELL!? I have 5 parakeets and they do not sleep in the daytime and they don't titter and stay on the ground! You have to treat your birds better Petco. I am disappointed.

Good service, and friendly staff. They have alot of items that Petco doesn't carry! Plus they have cats for sale too, and they are open late
