We have been taking our pets here for over 15 years. Everyone there has always treated all of us with respect and care. Dr Mariano has been our primary and she always looks out for what's best for our pups. And she always takes the time to ensure we have a complete understanding of what is going on with our dogs.

My experience here was fine, I felt that my dog was treated well on a standard office visit. However a staff member member did take my personal information and used it for their own purposes which I find disturbing. I will not return due to trust issues, I liked the doctors but do not trust their staff

Dr. Delione saved my dogs life. I'm so happy I got a second opinion on a much needed surgery and treatment. Come to find out sepsis was already moving through my pups system by the time she got to surgery. She was treated just in the nick of time. The staff is awesome, super nice and professional. I felt comfortable every step of the way. I'm very happy I changed my vet to Ridgehill.

This is best place for pets. We just had to lay our Zeus after 20 years. They took great care of him and were very comforting and compassionate. I highly recommend Ridgehill. Thank you for your kindness.

They took care of my beloved Sheba, she was 16 years old, a purebred Bengal who lived a long great life. When she had gotten sick I have spoken to one of their very professional veterinarians whose name escaped me, she was very very thoughtful professional and caring. Several months later the time came where I she got off feed and her health declined and it came time to put her to sleep. The staff couldn't have been more professional caring and professional,gave me all the time I needed with her, treated her with much respect. I recommend this vet to anyone.

We have trusted our pets with Ridgehill for almost 20 years. They are really family to our pets.

Took my dog here weeks ago due to gagging and heavy breathing . He was given water pills and was told had a heart murmur .seemed like the vet was unsure . My dog was bloated before his walk today and never made it back alive today, he died on his walk . I do not recommend this vet . I feel like it could have been prevented. I was told that an xray should be done if the gagging continued. It started back last night and now my dog is gone .prior to his walk today I was getting him ready to go to another vet . So upset never again will I go to this vet.

Used to be great I believe they are under new ownership and now they only care about leaving on time and collecting money. The great vets have left the practice one by one. My dog had been a patient for 13 years. Unfortunately it was nearing his time to pass away and I called ridge hill a few days in advance to let them know my dog was nearing the end. They told me to call ahead and bring him in when the time was right and he needed comfort. So a few days later it’s his time to pass away and he needed immediate care. I called for help on a weekday and during normal business hours (about 3 pm) I was told there wasn’t any appointments because the doctors were scheduled to leave in a half hour but they could give me an appointment in two days. I told them this was unacceptable but they continued to decline help. I was told to go to central hospital where compassionate care was provided and he was able to be at peace very quickly. ( i mean literally 5 minutes bc he was very sick) I am disgusted and ashamed at Ridge hill for turning away my dog at such a vulnerable time after he had been their loyal patient for 13 years. The fact that the practice wouldn’t stay even 15 minutes late to help a suffering animal tells me they don’t care anymore and I will not be returning.

My dog went in today for X-rays and biopsy. I was told he would be ready at 12:30. I was on time and called to let them know I was there in parking lot plus told them make/ model of my car. 38 minutes later and I had to call back, they forgot about me. I took my dog home to feed him and work when my husband called to say we have a problem the dog had to go back because they forgot to remove the catheter on his leg. Are you kidding me. You had me wait 38 minutes and then I have to go back. What kind of business is this when one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. Bad enough it was traumatic to my dog but also to me. I will never go back there again nor would I recommend them to anyone!

I wouldn’t recommend them. The reason behind this is we were bringing our dog Ottis there for years. They used to be great then they became part of a larger Hospital Group. Our dog became very sick and was on the verge of dying. The hospital would not treat him they sent us to another Hospital because.They said they were too busy. Too busy to treat our dying dog. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. Our dog did end up passing The second reason we were adopting a dog and listed them as a reference for medical records the adoption agency called and they said they did not know who we were. We lost an adoption because of them. In the end it all worked out we adopted a beautiful puppy. I think it is important that people know what they are dealing with if they do choose to go to the Ridgehill hospital.

The staff here is so kind and generous, they will treat you and your pets like family and mourn with you when they pass. The Vets are smart and compassionate and the prices are entirely reasonable. You will be welcomed every time, they genuinely care and that's why we keep going back.

My then boyfriend, now husband, recommended Ridgehill Animal Hospital, where his pets always went, and I've been bringing our pets here ever since. We've always had dogs and ferrets, and Ridgehill Animal Hospital has been there through all stages of life. I'm so thankful for them, and their warm and loving approach to everything they do. Our dogs have even enjoyed boarding here! Over the past 24 years, we have been blessed with the best care for our furbabies. After numerous other veterinarians caring for my pets, finally found Dr. Goglia at Ridgehill Animal hospital. I've been going there since the day the office first opened. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. He's knowledgeable, patient and friendly.

After spending thousands of dollars on multiple pets with this group, it is clear that either management or ownership has changed. My dog was sick while we were on vaca and the sitter dropped off a stool sample and they siad they would call me with results. After getting back from vaca I called and they said they would get back to me with results. I only recieved 1 call which was a request for payment and 2 bills by mail in 4 days. Turns out they are awaiting the $35 payment before they would let me know if my dog was ok or not. I was not told when i called originally that payment was needed for results. They clearly dont care about my pet’s health as much as they do $35.

The staff is very friendly and you can clearly see that they all are animal lovers. This was my first visit to ths establishment and as soon as I got home I called my children who are pet parents and told them how wonderful they are and I recommended that they switched veterinarians. 2 days later my daughters dog got an ear infection she called her vet and they made her an appointment for 3 days from when they called and the cost was averaged out to be about $250 dollars. I called Ridgehill and they told us to bring him in as soon as i could make it there and the total cost was $140 with medication included. Very clean, respectful, professional, understanding place.
